Coleslaw-- excellent! --veggie bits, savory with hint of vinegar, not pronounced mayo. Dipping Sauce is outstanding, a blend of mayo, sweet chili sauce and a touch of vinegar. Cane's founder Todd Graves was a guest and his description of how he started the business and about his product was very impressive. One was built near where I live about a year and a half ago, but I never seemed to be hungry when I was driving by. Well today I was ready to eat, so I pulled in on the way home from an appointment in Boston. I should have done this a year ago! The chicken tenders were moist, tender, and had been cooked in an incredibly delicious well seasoned batter. That in itself would have satisfied me but I'd also ordered the Cane's dipping sauce. That turned my meal into a masterpiece! It blended so well with the seasoning of the chicken and batter. The two young women who served me at the counter were perfect examples of what customer service is supposed to be. They were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable about their products, and patiently helpful while I was trying to decide which of the two sauces I wanted. Thank you both! The dining and ordering areas were spotlessly clean and well lit. It would be the perfect place for a family to come and have a healthy meal as a treat on a weekend afternoon. I wish that Raising Cane's had been around when I was little. :-) One word of warning however, Raising Cane's only entree is chicken fingers so if you don't like chicken this might not be for you. That does however emphasize how good those chicken fingers are if they don't have to offer any other meal. :-)
