This is a nice little spot in Warwick with some sandwiches, baked goods, coffee and some other products like cups and syrups and other grocery item goodies. The place looks new and very clean. The girls working there were friendly and quick to bring your items to you. I got the Rhody Latte, think coffee milk meets latte and shared a chicken parm and an Italian sandwich. The Italian was good but the star was the chicken parm for me. The sauce was great and really made the sandwich for me. The coffee, to me, was good but the coffee milk portion overpowered the coffee flavor. It's worth trying unless you're a coffee purist. All in all I would go back and try other drinks and sandwiches, and maybe one of those delicious looking cookies. read more

Great little spot in Warwick for a quick bite. Plenty of lot parking - we scored a spot right in front of the entrance. The place is super bright, airy and open - seating lining the wall as well as a few comfy arm chairs with tables and more seating past the ordering counter. Service was very friendly - everyone was warm and full of smiles. For sammiches, we ordered the Italian and the Chicken Parm. For coffees, we got the Rhody latte and honey latte. I snuck in a potato salad and brownie - who's counting calories at this point? We opted to eat in so grabbed a seat and our sammiches came out 5-10 mins later. The chicken parm - chef's kiss! It was super tasty with a good amount of sauce overflowing on top of the fried chicken cutlets. It was so good I was tempted to order one to go and it was a good sized portion! The mister got the Italian, although not the best we've had still very good - good portions as well. The potato salad was meh - could use a pinch of salt. The lattes weren't bad - I didn't mind my honey latte but the mister was just ok with the Rhody latte - he felt with the autocrat syrup, it was fighting with the espresso flavor. Can't believe I didn't review this place yet after a couple of visits already~ the coffees specialist are delicious! Super tasty, I had the s'more Latte, and it was delicious without being too overwhelmingly sweet. For food, I got a sandwich thanksgiving. Wish I customized to a different bread because it was heavy meal with thick bread. I didn't have my glasses and the staff were super kind and gave me a paper menu of the sandwiches. No menu on the coffees but again, super friendly to helping me figure out what I wanted today. As always, very spacious with some items for sale and cute cards. I stopped in with my son because we found something new. We split the chicken Parm sandwich and an Italian grinder. The deli itself is nicely renovated and it is a nice place to sit down and relax with friends. Chicken Parmesan sandwich was both of our favorites. The chicken was juicy and tender and there was plenty of sauce to soak into the bread and cover the chicken at the same time. The Italian looked fantastic, but wasn't my favorite Italian. I didn't like the meat as I thought the sopprasetta was too fatty and the combination of meats didn't jive like some of my favorites do. I would definitely not dismiss the corner house. It deserves a shot with the great atmosphere and kind staff. I'm sure they knock it out of the park with some of their other menu options. read more

I came across The Corner House because my friend wanted coffee and it closes at 6pm on Monday-Saturday. It literally is on the corner of Post Road and Masthead Drive. Inside and outside, there are tables for you to enjoy your purchases. Inside, there are prepared foods and Warwick ice cream in the refrigerator, local provisions on the table, and baked goods in a display case by the order counter. The menu offers sandwiches as well as tea, coffee, espresso drinks, beer, and wine. I just ordered a vanilla lavender latte since we just had lunch. Some of the sandwiches did sound very good like the banh mi pulled pork, chicken shawarma, and cuban panini. The vanilla lavender latte comes in small and large and the difference is $1. I just got a small one with whole milk. After ordering, I walked around the store till our drinks were brought to us. Service was great and our drinks came out in no time. Throw a bag of chips or something at it to make it at least seem more substantial. Had to add salt and pepper to this as well. The "tzatziki " had no flavor or spices and was super watery. The corner house itself is great - in all categories - location wise, cleanliness and atmosphere. The fact you can be 5 minutes from main-street and not have to worry about parking was awesome. The food is second to NONE. Fresh food, pre made favorites and take home meals make this a phenomenal place to peruse after you order your lunch. Over the last few weeks I've tried the Italian, cheesesteak and their banh-mi. All have been amazing! They use top level ingredients and you can very much tell this isn't a standard fare sandwich joint. The prices are higher than a normal deli but well worth it when you see the love and passion attached to each order. Oh ps. They have kick-ass desserts as well! Incredibly cute inside. Love the 'pantry'. My chicken sandwich was really delicious. How do they get that chicken to be so flavorful and moist but thoroughly cooked? My chocolate bar was especially good. I only like dark chocolate and this was pretty dang tasty. Outside sign is too small so had to double back but easy enough to do. Looking for sandwich places close to my home. The plan in 2024 is to have 1- sandwich in all establishments 3-miles or less from my house. The corner house popped up, never knew of this place. The inside is unusual with entrances from the street and from a parking lot. Very clean and hospitable. There is fridge where you can purchase ready made sandwiches and soups. Saw a lot of hype about this place when it opened so when I was driving home from an appointment I decided I should finally stop and see what is all about. The place was cute and quaint. Only a few people were eating lunch. The menu was a decent size and had plenty of options. Instead of going with the usual like an Italian I went for something else and had the Cuban. When the girl at the register said "is this still on the menu" I should have changed. Worst Cuban I ever had. The menu said it has "mojo marinated roast pork" and wow the pork was dry, inedible and you could tell it's been reheated multiple times. While I knew it wouldn't be like right off the roast type pork I would at least expect the ingredients to be fresh. Had I not taken it to go I would have requested a refund. Took a couple bites and just couldn't get through it and to the garbage it went. Never again! Not worth the hype. read more
