    Classic Burger w/ no Tomato

A good go to whenever i'm traveling into / from providence. Solid burgers and some of the best onion rings i've ever had. Service could be a tad bit slow and the vibe is what you would expect inside an airport, but very affordable meals.

Really good cheesy classic burger. I was surprised and will definitely get burgers here whenever I'm at the airport.

Insanely slow. 25 minutes for a burger ridiculous. Average burger at best. Sadly no quick food options at PVD.

It will be 9 miles from my home. Order: took only 8 min to fulfill at lunchtime Chicken Sandwich Four tenders, Cole slaw and two packs special sauce Three tenders and sauce Superior chicken tenders -- all white meat, battered & deep fried. But not greasy tasting or to touch. Moist and tender meat every time! Very Crispy bite and lightly batter. Outstanding. Coleslaw-- excellent! --veggie bits, savory with hint of vinegar, not pronounced mayo. Dipping Sauce is outstanding, a blend of mayo, sweet chili sauce and a touch of vinegar. I purchased a pink glitter stainless beverage item with a straw for my granddaughter. It is a current promotional item in collaboration with Meghan Mahoney. ($20.)

Cane's founder Todd Graves was a guest and his description of how he started the business and about his product was very impressive. One was built near where I live about a year and a half ago, but I never seemed to be hungry when I was driving by. Well today I was ready to eat, so I pulled in on the way home from an appointment in Boston. I should have done this a year ago! The chicken tenders were moist, tender, and had been cooked in an incredibly delicious well seasoned batter. That in itself would have satisfied me but I'd also ordered the Cane's dipping sauce. That turned my meal into a masterpiece! It blended so well with the seasoning of the chicken and batter. The two young women who served me at the counter were perfect examples of what customer service is supposed to be. They were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable about their products, and patiently helpful while I was trying to decide which of the two sauces I wanted. Thank you both! The dining and ordering areas were spotlessly clean and well lit. It would be the perfect place for a family to come and have a healthy meal as a treat on a weekend afternoon. I wish that Raising Cane's had been around when I was little. :-) One word of warning however, Raising Cane's only entree is chicken fingers so if you don't like chicken this might not be for you. That does however emphasize how good those chicken fingers are if they don't have to offer any other meal. :-)

I remember 5 - 10 years ago there weren't that many, so when you saw one you didn't mind that there was a 20 minute line to order. Now, they seem to be all over the place and the old school quality control just isn't there. At one time, I'd have put Shake Shack ahead of In n Out burger in terms of the actual taste. Perfectly caramelized, browned smash patties seasoned nicely giving them a crunchy but juicy salty pop. Now ... Maybe 1 out of every 4 burgers I get here is good. The rest are a greasy mess. All you can taste is the drippy grease which saturates the bottom bun and oozes from the patties. After 3 bites, your stomach starts to do somersaults and you feel full and gross. No more can you taste the seasoning or salty special burger sauce ... it's just nasty grease. Fries are consistently average here. It's hard to fuck up bagged crinkle fries ... but the fries are as much as most burgers elsewhere and pretty unremarkable. (In fairness, In n Out has this issue as well, despite being fresher.) The Shakes here are pretty rough compared to Chic Filet next door. It's a sugary milk shake which also makes your stomach do cartwheels. If the line wasn't so long at Chic Filet, I'd go there for their amazing milk shakes. For $7-$8 fucking bucks at Shake Shack, a milk shake is way overpriced and not great. Overall, it's no mystery why, even during peak times, this place has no line at all while Chic Filet's line stretches around the store. I can honestly say this is the worst Shake Shack I've been to from a quality control aspect. It's just never consistent and they have about a 25% track record at making a good burger. All other times, it's a greasy mess with no taste.

It was late in the day and found this Wendy's restaurant within walking distance from my airport hotel. I was happily surprised that this Wendy's Restaurant was there. It was a quick trip for dinner before walking back to the hotel to sleep and enjoy from a day of travel. The entire experience here at this Wendy's restaurant took about at most an hour and a half. I took about 15 minutes to make up my mind and ordered a meal with extra bonuses to keep me loaded with carbohydrates. The bright spot of this experience was the chili. Wendy's restaurant makes pretty good chili. I ended up getting 2 orders and had one in the restaurant that night and the other the next morning. I also got the baconator burger combo with a large fries and a large drink. I had a big feast and definitely loved the chili because I normally don't have chili on a regular basis. On this night that I was here at this Wendy's restaurant here in Providence, Rhode Island, it was an interesting one because I was basically the only one dining in here on a Sunday eveningin May 2025. This restaurant is fairly close within walking distance from the airport. I actually walked from the airport into where this one is located. For the most part, though, it was a nice peaceful, uneventful, casual dinner before I had to run a marathon the next day in Warwick. The chili helps keep everything smooth and definitely enjoyed eating here, especially when I don't normally die in Wendy's anyway, while I travel or at home. I enjoyed the ambience of this restaurant because it was very quiet and I was the only one dining in here at the time. My favorite part of this experience was the fact that this Wendy's has the self service digital drinks station. You could practically order up any drink that you want, and it would be there in stock, usually. It's pretty cool. And so, I sat and ate my meal while on my phone. I spent about an hour here and refilled my drink about 3 times before leaving after finishing my meal. I enjoyed the quiet ambience, of course and it was nice to be able to just decompress before heading back to the hotel after a day of traveling by train from Boston to Providence. The over experience here at this Wendy's fast food restaurant was pretty good and casual at the same time. Not the best fast food fare, but it is quite convenient if you're staying in the airport area of Providence, Rhode Island. The service here was friendly and fast while being interesting and everything that is good about living in the East Coast. The price is here are easy on par with many of the fast food restaurants anywhere and everywhere you would find. The menu has all your favorite items, including the aforementioned chili. They also have smoothies and fountain drinks to chill your thirst. Wendy's, the Canadian fast food restaurant offers, basically your favorites, from burgers to french fries, to smoothies, to anything else in between. However, Wendy's is a favorite because they have chili. Maybe I should think of Wendy's when I want chili. If I ever come back to Providence, Rhode Island Feature travels I would definitely come here just because it's next to the airport. If you feel like me, you better get the chili because this is quite awesome and definitely a meal worth consuming. I enjoyed myself here and hope you do too. This Wendy's fast food restaurant is located near the Providence Rhode Island regional airport. It's physically located at 1951 Post Road, just outside of the airport corridor. As mentioned before, you could actually walk from the terminal/baggage claim and out into the main road and walk to Wendy's. They accept major credit cards as well as cash. Not sure about crypto though. As far as parking goes, they have a large and generous parking space for anybody and everybody who wishes to dine here. For myself, though, I ended up walking to Wendy's from the airport. And when I was done, I walked from Wendy's to one of the airport hotels for the night, which wasn't that far anyway maybe about a quarter mile away. I'm not sure if there is public transportation service here that runs from the airport into the neighborhood community, but double check to see if there is anything available in Providence to make you get here to enjoy when these chili or whatever you're craving. Period for me, though, I felt the baconator burger was very good and very filling. The french fries were good too. Very crispy and very satisfying at the time. As always, you can always use Lyft or Uber to come here to pick up your breakfast, lunch, or dinner, or a late night snack. Wendy's is a popular choice. Don't overlook them because they have great offerings for those who are sick of McDonald's are barking. And the chili is good too. 5.0 stars for the overall experience Support local! A+
