The meat wasn't quite rancid yet, but it was extremely dried out and didn't taste good. Then, although I did not have sauce on my grinder, there was a slimy concoction between the bread and the meat. It was extremely inedible and unfortunately, just a waste of money. I was a little taken back by the fact that the typically clear deli case is painted all black so that you can't see inside. The "salads" (potato and macaroni) do not appear to be homemade which is most likely why it comes with a hefty price tag ($3.99 for an 8oz container). The price point and taste could be improved if it was homemade because there's too much sugar in them and they are overall just "blah." They seem to do decent business though because a lot of people came in while I was there. The prices are not any better than other establishments so I feel like they could do better in ways such as improving quality. After this experience, I feel like I would rather have gone to Subway because at least the ingredients would have been fresher. Nothing tends to stand out from this visit, other than customer loyalty. But in the sense where every customer should be treated the same and no customer should get week old meat and month old bread, there's definitely room for improvement.
