Hubby and I spend a lot of time here now that we have a grand daughter. She loves to come here and play while enjoying her happy meal. It's good for when it is cold and rainy outside so she can burn off her pent up energy. She is always learning something about the structure and gets more confident everytime she comes to try it out. But this morning when I sat down and ate my breakfast, there was a customer relations person going around each table asking if everybody was OK, and while I was there she came by twice. I went into the restaurant on Tuesday, July 23rd with a friend and was told by the supervisor that we had to use the kiosk. The manager and employees need to train more and learn better customer service and how to fix issues with the app. The manager taking my order seemed to be in a bad mood and it showed when she greeted me at the drive through voice order thing. In addition, I was unable to hear her as she was talking too fast and I could not understand her so I went to the window. They were unable to resolve my problem with my order on the app and the manager made me feel stupid because she said I just didn't know how to use the app even when I tried to explain the problem. This is the first and last time I come to this McDonald's. I placed a mobile app order, at the first window, the guy claims that my card was rejected, the same card I just finished using to fill up my tank of gas. I hand him the same card, it goes through, and voids all the mobile app deals. I receive my food, get home and realize these people filled the sundae cup a little over half... they're apparently stingy with ice cream. The two quarter pounders with cheese which I asked for mayo, they disgustingly added what would be nearly a 1/4 cup of mayo combined on both burgers, this is not an exaggeration. Both burgers were not only medium rare, literally pink meat inside, but they weren't freshly made, the meat patty was nearly room temperature and the cheese almost dry looking. By far the most disgusting food purchased at any McDonald's ever. Eff this place, never ever again. read more

It was the worse Spicy chicken sandwich ever It was almost burnt, put very sloppy on the burger bun. Will never order again. It looked good in the picture but it's not what the picture looks like. Went here at 3:30 am to order what I thought was a double burger. When I arrived at the window I was asked what size I wanted. She started asking if I wanted the large or small burger. Then had an attitude when I said I wanted the one that was only about 3 dollars. When she shut the window I was able to look it up on my app and found out it called the mc double.
