At least I got my money back, but now I don't have the food I was planning to bring to an elderly family member. The employees should have some accessibility training and at least a modicum of patience or respect. And something shouldn't be able to be ordered on the app if its not carried in the store. He even walked him to our vehicle once he was finished eating. If it hadn't been for the absolutely fantastic employee behind the counter that evening, I don't know what we would have done.
