Definitely a locals spot filled with everyone from families, seniors and even road construction crews. The restaurant is definitely older and even has an old style dessert display case. I didn't catch our servers name but she was very friendly and efficient. Considering how busy it was she never left us wait for service and consistently filled coffee and water glasses. I ordered the eggs Benedict with hash browns. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the hash browns were nice and crispy. I felt the hollandaise sauce was a bit heavy and I didn't really taste that light and lemon flavor you usually get with hollandaise sauce. But, overall a tasty breakfast dish. My husband ordered eggs over hash browns with a cheddar cheese sauce. He said it was good but the sauce definitely rich and heavy. Not much flavor. The server leaves the check on your table and you pay up front at the register. Overall we liked the breakfast experience. We may stop in again and check out one of their dinner type specials.

From baking local goods, taking speciality orders, cashiering, hostessing and cooking - she does it all! A very small interior but everything is made from the heart. Stay for just a moment and you will be provided with a friendly conversation or a hot cup of coffee. My family went for breakfast and got seated extremely quick. The omelettes are excellent and the baked goods are top notch! Outside the shop Laura has a small boutique of little trinkets you can buy as well such as coffee cups, wall art, drink glasses, cookie jars, etc. Come give it a whirl!

The waffle cone was also very good. My boyfriend had two scoops of salted caramel praline and while he enjoyed it, I think too scoops was a bit much as it become very salty toward the end.
