As experienced foodies, we've concluded that the baked goods are not made on-site but are most likely purchased wholesale as ready-to-bake frozen pastries, which are then baked at the shop. The previous owners had loads of donuts and the signs still says "Scandinavian Donuts". The changes haven't seem to affect business as it was bustling on a Saturday morning.
