They have both Açaí bowls and smoothies. You can order either a signature bowl or build your own in three different sizes. Depending on the size, your custom build can have up to 6 bases for the large (24 oz), 4 for the medium (16 oz) or 2 for the small (12 oz). You then get to pick which toppings you want from different categories. I chose the "humble" size (small) Post Workout signature bowl which has Açaí, blue majik, chocolate peanut butter chia pudding, dark chocolate sea salt granola, cacao nibs, goji berries, strawberries, bananas, peanut butter drizzle. It was so good and filling. I got mine to go and they wrap it in plastic instead of jamming a lid on it or limiting the toppings. You can order online for takeout or delivery as well. I can't wait to go back to try a different signature bowl!

Fair prices in my opinion for the large smoothie! I will come back for the smoothies, there's so many! I was confused by the sweetness level and I should have ordered 20% since apparently 50% is equivalent to 100% at other places. This is the first place (in 11 years of being a boba tea fan), that said 50% sweetness is full sweetness so I was confused. 50% (full sweetness) was way too sweet for me. Aside from that, the prices were higher than other places for the same product but I will say the boba pearls here are cooked the best and tasted better than anywhere else, hence the 4 star review. I hope they do well overall and I appreciate their helpfulness despite my own confusion of the structure.

Tip: Order online or through the Nautical Bowls app to earn points towards bowls and more…read more I was in Blaine a few Saturdays ago and had just had lunch. I wanted something with fruit in it. I did a search and found this Nautical Bowl. It was across the street from where I was. I placed an order online for my usual sunrise bowl. I got a dinghy (medium). I usually get a cruiser (large), but I didn't think that I could finish it. It was easy ordering online. I paid and got an estimated time when it would be ready. I drove across the street. Parking was fine. I backed into a spot across from the main entrance and walked in. The space was cute. There were places to take photogenic photos of bowls and drinks. I headed to the pickup area. There was the nicest man taking orders and making everything. He was great helping me get my order, which was in the fridge. He handed a paper bag with handles over to me. I wished him a great day. He reciprocated. I happily headed to my rental vehicle with my goods. I drove to Grand Casino Arena for a Minnesota Wild game. Once I had parked on level 4 of the RiverCentre parking ramp, I took out my bowl of happiness and ate it before heading to the arena. I love this smoothie bowl so much. It is my favourite. It has a layer of blue majik (spirulina, pineapple, mango, and coconut) , followed by a layer of pitaya (dragon fruit). It is topped with granola, sliced bananas and strawberries, and a drizzle of honey. It has enough fruit to satisfy my fruit cravings. I love the granola that gives a textural contrast between the layers of smooth fruit with the sliced fruit. So good! I am glad that I dropped by. I'd definitely return for more when I'm in Blaine again. (135)

Tucked right at the end of Main Street in Stillwater (or the beginning depending on where you're coming in), it's super cute and cozy, and the perfect stop for a leisurely Sunday. The ambiance is warm and inviting, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming us the moment we walked in. One thing I thought was super neat was the huge selection of syrups available on the bar counter so you can flavor and personalize your drink exactly how you want which was a fun little touch :) The shop itself is a bit small with limited seating which led to a slightly embarrassing moment on my end when I accidentally tipped over their dog water bowl while waiting for our drink. ‍ note: it's near the syrups and underneath the counter so beware!! Note that you have to order here before being seated. Not too bad but does put the pressure on to order quickly so you can be seated before others. I went with the turkey melt and upgraded to fries and my partner got a turkey club with a fries upgrade. Together, this meal totaled just over $40 (no extra drink, we got waters). I feel bad giving a low score because of this but I do have to mention that the prices feel much higher than the quality of the food. Yes, we added fries instead of chips which might be the cause for the higher prices, but you can get two well made burgers for less than this so it doesn't feel justified. Additionally, the food was good but not great. My tuna melt lacked a bit of flavoring and only tasted of mayo. Normally this would be fine for me but not when I paid above average for my food. This really is a nice restaurant and in an area that doesn't have too many of those. Our waitress was very attentive (almost too attentive) and the service was good but I don't think I'd choose to visit again.
