Love, love this place. Coffee, homemade soups and sandwiches are so fresh. I also enjoy the artwork.

This place is not a drive-by. Stop! Coffee, homemade seasonal soups , salads and sandwiches are so super fresh and you will be so relaxed from the indoor/outdoor atmosphere they have created here. Slow down and enjoy this establishment on your way to Covid wherever in WI.

Quaint coffee house with an immaculate interior. Lots of table variations (window, back room, main room) and friendly service. Lots of seasonal drink options served iced and hot. I look forward to my next visit as I hear there are some hiking trails close by which would be a fun activity to try after a visit!

Quaint beautiful shop with all the appropriate knack items you'd find in an artsy neighborhood. Baked goods are divine the espresso even better - would appreciate if the cashier noticed me standing for 20 minutes next to the counter waiting patiently for the 2 coffees I ordered - had to finally say something to get noticed - I understand you're busy but when you forget or loose an order and I've waited for 20 min - the least you could do is buy me a coffee ‍

What the.......! Cafe Wren? Really? Palo Alto and Berkley check and see if one of your coffee shops are missing! Monterey and Santa Barbara you better check also because I think I may have found it in Luck Wisconsin! Located on the edge of a town in an area known for its lakes and cows, is this gem of a coffee shop. Solar powered and basically self sufficient in that it grows and makes fresh--really fresh, like on the actual premises fresh--treats that will thrash your waist line. Coffee is great and hot! The atmosphere is comforting and punctuated by soft music in the background. The rooms are colorfully painted and the walls decorated with art from local artists. The baristas are friendly(again, what the...)and polite. Now don't miss it. It is located about 25 feet off of WI 35/46 in what appears to be an old house in need of painting. The patios out back feature cows, beautiful green pastures, and lower blood pressure! Good food, good coffee, good views, and good people. I'll be back for sure.

Great breakfast spot. An oasis in this rural Wisconsin breakfast landscape. Try an almond nut roll but please leave a couple for us!

Well known as the town with the teapot water tower just north of Forest Lake. Along with a tasty lunch in Chisago. Places and things we checked out included lots of cute local shops and of course some sweet treats! @thelindstrombakery was worth the trip on its own We tried a variety of things and got some take home goodies. Swedish Almond Cookies (so. darn. good. Had to get some for later) ALL of their donuts were so fresh and light. Highly recommend getting yourself here for treats. Each item we tried was accompanied by slow chewing, serious glances and closed eyes of bliss. Uffdah what a fun day! Hoping everyone can find some Hygge in your days. Hygge (pronounced "hoo-gah") is a Danish cultural concept focusing on comfort, togetherness, and cozy contentment. Aw guys I hate to down my previous rating. Nice remodeling job and for fixing the dangerous floor…read morewith the step down on entrance. Simple scheme with tables and a smaller store as the rest of the space is used for another shop. Problem: There is very little selection. The bakery used to be lined with shelves, now it is all in the front closed off as the employees have to reach take it out. No rolls or buns, just basic breads and nothing all that creative. There are bags of cookies to go and they have coffee beans with no price marked. Others have mentioned donuts, but I didn't see any. The previous owners had loads of donuts and the signs still says "Scandinavian Donuts". The changes haven't seem to affect business as it was bustling on a Saturday morning. I never saw that many people in the store in years past.
