This place needs a good call out for their amazing Vietnamese food. We ordered their croissants, misubi, bulbogi bowl, bulbogi bon mi, and beef pho. All are very flavorful, simple and executed well! The pho is what I had and I had lots of pho before. I enjoy how simple the soup tastes, it doesn't have a ton of noodles which I love - some pho place packed their bowl with noodle. They have a self served spice bar with all the hot sauce, toppings etc. The place is very cute, located in the heart of the town with a nice patio. The homemade croissants are amazing. By the time I got there at 11:30AM on a Sunday all the chocolate ones were gone. They were pricey. $8.50 for two croissants. But knowing how much work goes into making them, I sort of understand. But this will be a once in a while treat. They also have Cafe du Monde coffee for all you French lovers. Prices looked decent on their Vietnamese dishes. Looked fresh and delicious. read more

The food was so lovely and came so quick after we sat down! They even offered we try one of the new items on the menu and it was so delicious. The chef came out to serve it to us, and it felt like a very special experience to know that this is family-run. The chef was very nice as well! The bread was also fresh and to die for. Wish I could make some of my own. I also liked the overall vibe of the place. The only negative I had was that I didn't like the boba tea flavor I got, but I liked the flavor my friends ordered. It's always nice to find good and filling food in a small town like St. Croix. I will be supporting this small and ethical business! read more

Wow! What a delightful find!! We looked up restaurants on our long drive home from a weekend in Northern MN. What a GEM! We were incredibly impressed by the beef pho (the broth was sooo good! The meat was so tender! The herbs and veggies were crisp and fresh!). The croissants were also delicious. Buttery and flaky, just how they should be! We also enjoyed Vietnamese coffee and a mango slushee- both were also great. The staff were so accommodating and very friendly! There were several nice teenage girls working and they were polite and well spoken. They shared the history of the restaurant and said some new offerings were coming soon. The restaurant and bathrooms were really clean and newly built. It had a cozy atmosphere. We will definitely try to come back and recommend this place to others! Thank you! read more

I recently dined at this French/Vietnamese cuisine restaurant with a group of four adults and four children, and the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Service & Cleanliness Upon arrival, there was no staff guidance for seating, so we seated ourselves. While this was not a major issue, the booth we chose was dirty, with food scraps left on both the table and floor from previous customers. The two waitresses on duty failed to properly clean the area before seating new guests. I had to request that the table be wiped down, which should have been standard practice. One staff member attempted to clean the area afterward, but the situation had already reflected poorly on the restaurant's professionalism. Menu Discrepancy & Availability Prior to our visit, my sister-in-law reviewed the restaurant's online menu, only to be informed upon arrival that it was not accurate. The cashier explained that only select items from an in-house menu were available, displayed on a chalkboard. Many advertised dishes were unavailable, including specialty pho options. Customers were limited to beef pho or beef rib pho only, which was misleading. Order Handling & Wait Time We were informed that the kitchen was low on noodles and broth and needed time to prepare more, which we understood. However, during the wait, a separate family who ordered after us received their pho first, despite the kitchen being aware of limited inventory. This reflected poor order management and prioritization. After 30 minutes, we were told there was no more broth available. We were offered the option to wait longer for more to be prepared or receive a refund and order alternative items. Because part of our group had already received their food, we reluctantly chose to switch to rice dishes despite originally coming specifically for pho. Additional Order Issues When reordering, I attempted to add spring rolls, but the waitress informed me that the previous customer had taken the last one, implying the item was not freshly prepared or replenished. This further highlighted the restaurant's limited readiness and planning. Staff Preparedness & Professionalism The overall service felt inexperienced and poorly supervised. While staff age itself is not an issue, the lack of training, communication, and basic hospitality standards was evident throughout the visit. The operation felt disorganized, and staff appeared unprepared to manage even a moderately sized group. Food Quality The food was underwhelming and poorly executed. The pho lacked aroma and depth, tasting diluted. * The chicken curry resembled a bland stew, lacked salt and richness, and was served lukewarm. * The grilled pork rice bowl and lemongrass rice bowl tasted premade and reheated, with meat that did not seem freshly prepared. Between the poor cleanliness, disorganized service, misleading menu, limited availability, lack of staff training, and subpar food quality, this restaurant failed to meet basic dining expectations. I will not be returning. This experience reinforced that high star ratings do not always reflect quality or authenticity. read more

You can get Pho,Bon mi, noodle bowls, and fresh croissants. Service is great and in order to have the PHO you have to eat here everything else you can get to go. It's fresh and so yummy. you should try this place. Also IT is all FRESH!!! We went to C'est Bon Mi this last weekend & it was an experience. I want to start off that we were SO excited to find a somewhere like this out in the middle of nowhere. First let's start with the good, the food is tasty! Now the bad and weird... We found it weird & a bit upsetting that our Pho noodles were chopped to these mini pieces but overall it was a great broth & had all the essential ingredients. We also had the spring rolls & wonton "egg rolls", the spring rolls are worth the $8 but the wonton things are NOT. It would be much simpler to just make real wontons but i think they were choosing to be cheap by using the same ingredients and shoving a small amount of cream cheese with honey in them.. 4 of whatever those are for $8 is ridiculous and they need to rethink that you are giving customers a fried egg roll wrap at this point. Lastly, we were told our wait time would be 10/15 minutes. It took them 45 minutes, while serving 3 partys that came after us before getting our order out to us. It felt like if someone complained they'd rush someone else's order and that would push others who had been being patient before them back. The kitchen, and management need to have a conversation with their front people.. they literally had ZERO idea about what was going on and should NOT be giving fake wait times for customers. I can promise you that we weren't the only ones really frustrated. We would have left & came back for 45 minutes... but like I said at the start, the food is great. Delicious family-owned restaurant in the heart of St. Croix Falls! This place is a breath of fresh air- great patio and a variety of different options, all tasty.
