The frosting was bad but also the cake was really dry with a strange after taste. Our whole group whose ages range from 14 to 76 years old thought this cake was awful. Everyone thought it was so bad they couldn't eat it. We threw the rest away. My one star review is not related to the customer service but I will also add that who we thought was the owner was very rube when ordering this cake. She was very overwhelmed during the morning rush on a Saturday, and it took a very long time to receive my iced mocha. She was working hard, and I did appreciate her great attitude through it all.
