Classic Wisconsin breakfast with great greasy food. Service was friendly and quick. Everyone was really inviting and the atmosphere was very homey and cute. Loved the food, and felt like a fun hidden gem.

Perfect breakfast to fill you up before a winter walk on the lake! Grab a Bloody Mama or a Mamosa to get your day started.

Downhome old timey cafe, small but with a great breakfast, biscuits and gravy are awesome as is most everything else.

The nicest breakfast place for miles around. They do a nice job on the standard breakfast menu. Cheerful staff!

Great breakfast food and the service is old school. Need more tables though...hard to get breakfast in the morning.

My husband and I have seen this cute cafe many times during our ATV trips to the Danbury area. We…read moredecided to give it a try! The restaurant is quite spacious inside. It was decorated in cute farmhouse decor mixed with a cozy country feeling and was giving me some fun Mexican vibes. As our server was giving us a run down of the specials, she mentioned they have special date nights dedicated to serving only Mexican dishes and tasty margaritas! We'll have to come back to try it! As for the breakfast we had, it was served quite promptly, despite being busy. My husband had the chicken fried steak with scrambled eggs and hash brown. It was one of the best he had! He asked for extra crispy hash browns and it was made perfectly! I had a simple breakfast of easy over eggs and bacon. It was quite delicious! Our server was very friendly and warm. They had a couple of people walking around making sure our drinks were always full. I highly recommend this cute cafe and will definitely be coming back!

Biz was my server and is the nicest! Lynn, also the nicest Manager, stopped by to check on things as well. Even Anson, the chef stepped out to check on things! I had the blueberry pancakes with eggs and bacon...delicious! The pancakes were deceiving... they had a ton of blueberries inside! Bacon crispy. Eggs large and cooked perfectly. Look forward to making Amelia's my regular breakfast stop gong forward, and meeting Amelia in the future. Highly recommend...great food...great service!

Less Uffda, More Lefse: that's what this place is about! We…read morethought the service was lacking, especially for a Saturday morning (a relatively popular time for them). Since this was our first time, we had no idea that it was a 'seat yourself' type of place and there were no signs indicating so. We stood at the door being stared at by the patrons and the employees. It took several minutes for someone to tell us we could sit wherever. Finally, our waitress stopped over, took our drink order, but because we weren't ready, she left. She didn't come back for more than 15 minutes. She did apologize, but it was far too long. Prices were reasonable and two specials were offered - our kinda place! My husband took part in one of those specials and ordered the country fried steak and eggs. I ordered the regular steak and eggs. We did substitute an order of toast for the Swedish pancakes (gotta!) It took a really long time for our food to come, which was disappointing. Food did come out hot and my husband was a big fan of the country fried steak. I didn't think the Swedish pancakes were anything I would HAVE to order a second time, but I'm glad we tried them. The hashbrowns were probably the highlight of breakfast. A waitress did stop by with a dum dum for kids, which was a cute added touch!

There are plenty of tables that aren't crowded too close together. Staff was extremely friendly. Everyone around us appeared to be eating breakfast, and it all looked good. However, since it is a Swedish restaurant we decided to order the meatballs and lefse. Both had average flavor, but wasn't anything special. The gravy on the meatballs were under whelming. I don't think I would order them again but I definitely want to go back and try their breakfast.
