But I've had two bad experiences with the same employee in the drive thru and it's hard to ignore. When I pointed it out, she tried to charge my card again for the missing taco instead of fixing the mistake. On top of that, we were again given just one small salsa. When we asked for more, she walked away, said something under her breath, and came back with a couple more with an attitude like we were bothering her. I'm not sure what her issue is, but being greeted with friendliness and basic customer service goes a long way. These experiences have made me think twice about coming back when she's working, which is disappointing because I do like the place overall.
