I always like their breakfast items, so delicious. When we pulled in to park there was an employee mad dogging us while she was smoking a cigarette right in front of customers in the front parking lot, yuck. Everything was absolutely delicious except for that spicy McMuffin, BARF. It was very spicy with a very weird taste, I threw it out immediately. The food is fine, it's McDonald's, however the wait times are HORRENDOUS. It's to the point where, if you don't have 20-30 minutes to spare, do not go here. My son had a gift certificate for McDonalds and we decided to go through the drive thru. It was busy, but line went fast. He got a number 9 and when we got it everything was as ordered. My kids wanted (3 and 5) wanted to play the games on the stationary tablets but couldn't due to woman (mid-late 40's) and a teen taking up the spaces.. The tablets are there for the kids. We came here because the dining room at Jack in the Box was already closed at 10. This one closed at 11 p.m. We'd come from Woodward West and there didn't seem to be much available at that time of night that didn't involve alcohol. We were greeted by a trainer at the register--that was a very good thing. Forgive me, but the chain has trouble with their equipment and their employees' attention span. Way back when, I worked at two franchise stores and we couldn't believe when we went to company stores, at how horrible they could be. Ordering was quick and without a problem. Food took a little while, but their drive-thru was backed up. I seem to remember that we were given 1 minute to fill orders at our stores. I think McDonald's has no problem with 5 minutes. When we got the food, it was okay. We didn't order anything custom, and they didn't make a mess of it. The food wasn't particularly hot, but that is corporate policy--to have loads of pre-cooked parts that are to be reheated. During my visits here, the service has been good and the restaurant and restrooms have always been clean. I like their value menu. For the price, they have good food. We ordered just 4 items online using the app. When we pulled up to the drive through we were told they were still waiting on one item and it'd be just two minutes and to pull up front. We pulled up front and waited over 10 minutes so I went inside. I waited another 10-15 minutes inside again supposedly for the same exact thing we were waiting for when we first arrived. Avoid this McDonald's at all costs. Drive a little bit further & go to the one at Loves. At this location food accuracy & freshness have taken a backseat to shitty upper management with no respect for their customers. After going to this location off and on for the past 15+ years, I vow to never give them another penny. I'm pregnant and have been eating mcdonald's breakfasts nearly every day to ease my morning sickness. Three days in a row my hashbrowns were cold, and my sandwiches burnt. On the 4th day of inedible food I called the store to let them know something wasn't right with their breakfasts. On the 5th day i came in to pick up my corrected order and was met by the "store manager" who basically said I was out to scam him and that theres no way possible my food could have been messed up. After he belittled me in the store, and loudly embarrassed me I ended up getting half of what I originally ordered fixed, and had to pay for another drink. There was never an apology. There was never any sort of empathy or sincerity, and he had the audacity to say I had never been there before because he didn't recognize me. Free ice cream cone day was a joke. My wife and I decided to take advantage and went through the drive through and ordered two drinks and our ice cream. We were told that the owner said it was only one cone per customer and that they considered each car a customer. I asked to speak with the manager and was told the same policy.
