Its next to a QFC, Ross, Total Wine etc. Getting in and out during busy hours or at night requires a bit more caution and a lot of patience because of how the plaza was constructured. The food wasnt too terrible. Fries weren't soggy. McChicken was delicious. Big mac was hastly put together and not that great. The biggest downside was the wait. It was semi busy at 10pm when I came and there was a line building of people waiting to get their food. Some were starting to get annoyed. Once upon a time, McDonald's was sort of a third place. A home for kids' birthday parties, high schoolers hanging out, seniors talking story over coffee on Sunday mornings. Now? No humans, no napkins, no condiments or drinks, empty hand sanitizer dispensers. Unwelcoming signs and the thermostat turned way down on a cold morning. In the era of ensh!ttification everywhere, I suppose it's no surprise that McD's is showing its true colors as yet another soulless profit-gobbling corporation. The basic rule of fast food is that you're ready to serve fast food and with this place I came in Sunday morning 8:50 a.m. and they were not ready for breakfast. You've got 30 seconds if you are a cashier to answer the speakerphone and in this case the first thing I was graded with was can you please hold on, not are you using the mobile app today which is what you should be hearing. So I waited 30 seconds no response and my guess was that nobody was there. Maybe the staff the night before put too many on and we're hungover, maybe they didn't show up from work, I don't know but as a customer I expect fast service when I go through the drive-thru. As a result I had to go to the one down the street on Southwest 116 and they were ready within 3 seconds they said how can I help you today will you be using the mobile app? Now that's the way to serve and of course I got the value meal deal for $6 which is a sausage egg mcmuffin, hash browns, and a coffee and they even threw in a free diet soda because I wanted two drinks but the coffee was free I think. In any case I go to this one now and not the one on Barton's Street anymore. I see why the reviews are so low. Bottom line is restaurant staff needs to be ready to serve and not count customers as an interruption when they show up. read more

The new remodeled McD is outstanding ! However the food is the same and that's total comfort food. Huge fan of the fries & Quarter Pounder w/cheese yet my fav thing happens in November and that's the McRib. I come here when that bad boy happens! Two other minor things McD has going for it are the ketchup & COKE... McDonalds COKE is the best served globally due to the special piping they use. 0 stars should be an option. Literally, AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. 1. They do not serve customers in the order they arrive to the drive thru window. It's incredibly disorganized and frustrating to be waiting to order, while 2 cars in the lane over who arrived after you get to place their orders. 2. They ask you to pull into a waiting spot and then as soon as you park, they are at your window with your order. They have asked me to park no matter if I order a single happy meal or multiple items. The drive up parking location is inconveniently located and you have to make sure you don't back into a car coming out of the drive thru, or a car that is driving around the backside of the restaurant next to Five Guys. I have witnessed an accident here due to this very concern. Seriously, get your crap together - you shouldn't be operating two drive thru lanes if you're going to ask every car to park to wait for their order and then bring it to them 5 seconds later. 3. The food is bad for McD too. The order is almost always wrong. Missing a sauce, wrong substitution or omission, etc. The fries either cold and soggy, or hot & burnt. No in-between. read more

Ion even really care for the food anymore since i got it for free with points. Service was alright, the worker stood there and waited till i grabbed my food. I ordered it and it came out like 10-15 mins after so it was quick, sketched out and a but concerning because it was quick. But when i ate till the end it was when i saw it wasnt done. The absolute slowest McDonald's ever! Ever since they remodeled, their service has gone to hell. It sometimes takes a few minutes for them to respond at the drive-through and when you finally get to order, you can sit in line for up to 10 minutes waiting for your food. I asked the lady at the window why the service is so slow now? Are they always short-staffed? Can they not find employees with brains? She just shrugged. Oh well. I don't go there anymore. The WORST establishment I have ever been to. This location should not be running or functioning. I ordered a #1-Big Mac meal with a sprite. Not only was I charged extra for a large (that I didn't ask for) but I got home and found that my meal package was filled with nothing but ketchup packets. If it were possible to rate lower, I would. EVERY time we order, there is something really wrong with the order. Today's breakfast order gave us half cooked hash browns, ROCK HARD biscuits, and soft drinks that had the right amount of fizz - but no flavor. Instead of Sprite, which we ordered, we got seltzer water. It was gross. This isn't an isolate incident either. Last time we got the rock hard biscuits, they didn't bother putting the hash browns in the bag, and the Sprite was completely flat. Just one screw up after another. She had to stop in the middle of my order to do something random, another 3 minutes to get back to me.
