This mcdonalds cant make a latte to save their life for whatever reason. I go in the morning one day and ask them for an iced caramel latte. On their drive through menu it reads that i rang up an iced coffee. I tell the worker "latte, not a coffee" and she said "oh, its the same thing". No its not, but i assumed she just entered it that way on the menu for whatever reason. I get to the window and she says "here's your latte" as she hands me a REGULAR ICED COFFEE. Idk if they're just stupid or they were too lazy to make an actual latte during morning rush. Either way dont make me waste my money on something i didnt order or ask for. On a 2nd occcassion i gave them another chance and tried ordering through the app so theyd actually get my order right and they gave me a latte that wasnt mixed at all and tasted weird, tasted half like a regular coffee and half like latte syrup. Anyways these guys just cant get it together. You'll have much better luck at the one in diamond springs area. Only plus is that service is usually fast and good when im ordering a food item, but dont go here for coffee lol read more

If I could rate this McDonald's 0 stars I would. While stopping to charge my car i decided to walk in to grab my son a quick bite.. his order was 3 plain cheeseburgers. Not only did our order take over 30 minutes his burgers were made wrong TWICE! The woman's restaurant was also out of soap and the cashier who was handling cash did not wash her hands before goin back to food handling. This place is horrible all around! Beware read more

Went on a 150pm, Tuesday summer time, there were soooooo many people! There were just like 4 staffs. We waited for our orders for 50 minutes on a supposed curbside pick up. Kids just entertained themselves in their big inside playhouse. The playhouse could get a good scrub and refresher scent. It is stinky inside there. I was waiting for the kids by the dining area so, I will not smell it. The whole bunch of customers were just standing by the cashier waiting for all their orders. The trash bins were overflowing. Trash on the floor and every table unattended. Hope it gets better here. read more

I was so disappointed coming to this McDonald's today the girl that was helping me check out was extremely nice. My order number was 212 on Memorial Day at 11:15 AM. The problem that I occurred was that the lady helping me needed a little bit of help in the Manager came over and was extremely rude to her. It felt like I was on one of those episodes where they're gonna come out and have TVs come out because they just wanna see if somebody's gonna stick up for the person being treated bad That is not OK that is so uncomfortable for people that are coming in this Manager definitely needs more training and should not be a manager right now The establishment here is super nice. They have a very wonderful play area. I was excited. I thought I was gonna give this place a five star. The reason that it's a two star is because of the Manager. And if the sweet girl that helped me out, read this, I hope that you have an amazing life and everything goes well for you. I'm sorry that you're being treated that way. Great location lots of windows to see out of they do have kiosk so you can order. I understand that they might be busy but being busy doesn't equate to a manager being rude to her employees. read more

Date: Monday, June 24th, 2024 Time: around 10pm Feeding: 3 people Meal: Late Dinner Ordered: via McDonald's app *Bacon Quarter Pounder with Cheese Large Meal: Large Coke ($13.89) *Cheeseburger ($2.89) x3 *Filet-O-Fish ($5.99) *20 pc Chicken McNuggets: 1 Tangy BBQ Dipping Sauce, 2 Hot Mustard Dipping Sauce ($6.19) *FREE 2 Medium Fries with purchase of a 20 pc Chicken McNuggets We were heading back to SJ from Tahoe and needed something quick we could eat in the car. After looking around, we decided to go to the McDonald's in Placerville. I had actually gone to McD in the morning for breakfast and used my 20% off in app deal for that day. So decided to use the free fries one for this meal. There wasn't really a line at the Drive Thru, but they were making new fries, so we parked at curbside to wait for them. Took a bit longer than we expected, but the fries were nice and hot. Lately, any time I've gone to a McD location, they've forgotten about me after telling me to park at curbside, lost my app order, made me wait 45 mins for my order, etc. This location was the best of the last few situations. Tho one day, I will get my food fast, just as the name suggests. REVIEW #3476 read more

Was ordering through the drive thru and while still deciding what my family and I were going to order the lady who was taking our order had the nerve to say are you done, you're going to slow for me! I proceeded to go to the second window to talk to the manager and was told that the person who taking the order was the manager. I asked the employee to give me the number to another manager (Donte) and she printed the receipt with number 916-868-5276 , I called the number and it was out of service. I told her about that and she wrote down another number 916-208-8057, not sure whose number that belongs to but I called and just told me to leave a voicemail, no name! With that attitude and service I will no longer be going to that McDonalds. read more

If I could give this McDonald's zero stars I would. Every time I visit this McDonald's there is a long wait and cars are backed up. But here's the thing, the line isn't long because they are busy. The line is long because they don't have enough people working. The excuse from MGMT/employees is always the same, "were low on staff today." Today there were 6 cars in front of me and it took 13 minutes to get through the drive thru lane. Their counter service isn't much better. read more

Best McDonalds ever. Nah foreal! Super fast service late on Easter, fries are flaming and fresh. Burgers are together upon arrival. Bagged nicely and served with a smile. I had a good experience at McDonald's. I couldn't see the breakfast menu because it was 1030, the time lunch started. I confirmed breakfast could still be ordered, told the person taking my order what I was thinking of having and he read the menu items for to help me decide/determine what I wanted. Courteous, helpful employee. My Sausage Egg Cheese McMuffin was hit, fresh and the best I'd had in a long time. Great experience. read more

This is one of two McDonalds in Placerville, CA. It is the closest right off Highway 50. I have been a recent frequent drive thru customer. Oh livin the drive thru life. Anyway, my food has always been hot and made right. No complaints there. Every time I drive on in, this place is bizzee. Folks are dining inside and the drive thru is cranking. On the rare occasion, they have forgotten to ring up items. No biggie. At least I was not charged for them. (fingers crossed), I have yet to be shorted an item either. I recommend asking for a receipt and checking your bag before driving out of the parking lot. Plus their menu does not have a lot of items that other McDonalds do that are located in more populated areas. For instance, they have no burger options on their value menu. At least they did not a couple of weeks ago. It threw me a bit when ordering off their menu. If you drive an electric vehicle, take note that the parking lot next to McDonald's has Tesla chargers. read more

Terrible customer service. I'm disappointed with my recent experience at McDonald's. This morning I placed a breakfast order through the app at 10:20 AM. When I arrived at 10:36 AM, I was told my order was canceled because I didn't arrive by 10:30 AM. I placed my order well before the breakfast cut-off time, and the app allowed me to do so without any indication that arriving after 10:30 AM would result in cancellation. Unlike other fast food apps, which have clear cut-off times for online breakfast ordering, your app did not provide any such warning. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. read more

Horrible customers service.I placed my order through the app and when arrived and went to the counter and asked for my order, the male cashier just pointed to the pick up section without saying a word. He didn't say hi, nothing. I felt ignored and miss treated. I also witnessed a female worker sneezing right on top of 2 5 quart open containers with liquid inside of them. She did not cover her face and was not wearing any gloves. Also their digital menu wasn't working. I will never stop at this place again. If you are coming to Lake Tahoe don't stop here. Its the best McDonalds you're going to find. And you won't change my mind. Love the play place and best of all, its in Hangtown!

Stopped off at McDonald's to grab a quick lunch before heading up to icehouse campgrounds. My husband asked for their buy one get one for a dollar special that McDonald's is advertising. He was told by the cashier that is McDonald's special, and they don't have to honor it . He asked for the manager and asked why they were not obligated to honor the special that they were advertising . He was told it is McDonald's special, but they do not have to honor it because it's McDonald's. He asked the manager, but you are a McDonald's, chain right? So my husband ordered three chicken sandwiches with no mayo. I'm not sure if they were just being jerks, but all three sandwiches came with extra mayo. And we're literally thrown together, mayo, lettuce in the bottom of the bag. I do not recommend going or stopping by this place. Terrible customer service. The manager is rude. read more

Nasty! I never go to McDonald's, but I thought it would be nice to treat my husband and pick up dinner tonight. Big Mac meal for him, cheese burger meal for me. Yum, right? Called the restaurant and spoke to a manager who said he didn't have access to the security camera and couldn't help us tonight. So, no dinner tonight. We're too grossed out. read more

The people at this McDonald's have restored my Faith in humanity. I was craving a hot fudge sundae with nuts, I could not find any Sundae things at the grocery store, so I came to McDonald's to get some thing tasty. They no longer carry peanuts to go on top of the Sundaes, which is a bummer, but the super nice guy at the window had a great idea to put the peanut butter crumbles on top. He saved the day. The people working behind the counter and the drive through window really went above and beyond to satisfy my wishes for a delicious little treat. The guy who made it brought it to me as I was paying to make sure it was just right. It was so kind and touching that I had to pull over to write this review. If either of those nice guys read this, thank you so much for making my day, I appreciate you. You need a million percent raise for being so hard working and kind. read more
