This mcdonalds cant make a latte to save their life for whatever reason. I go in the morning one day and ask them for an iced caramel latte. On their drive through menu it reads that i rang up an iced coffee. I tell the worker "latte, not a coffee" and she said "oh, its the same thing". No its not, but i assumed she just entered it that way on the menu for whatever reason. I get to the window and she says "here's your latte" as she hands me a REGULAR ICED COFFEE. Idk if they're just stupid or they were too lazy to make an actual latte during morning rush. Either way dont make me waste my money on something i didnt order or ask for. On a 2nd occcassion i gave them another chance and tried ordering through the app so theyd actually get my order right and they gave me a latte that wasnt mixed at all and tasted weird, tasted half like a regular coffee and half like latte syrup. Anyways these guys just cant get it together. You'll have much better luck at the one in diamond springs area. Only plus is that service is usually fast and good when im ordering a food item, but dont go here for coffee lol read more

If I could rate this McDonald's 0 stars I would. While stopping to charge my car i decided to walk in to grab my son a quick bite.. his order was 3 plain cheeseburgers. Went on a 150pm, Tuesday summer time, there were soooooo many people! There were just like 4 staffs. We waited for our orders for 50 minutes on a supposed curbside pick up. Kids just entertained themselves in their big inside playhouse. The playhouse could get a good scrub and refresher scent. It is stinky inside there. I was waiting for the kids by the dining area so, I will not smell it. The whole bunch of customers were just standing by the cashier waiting for all their orders. The trash bins were overflowing. Had to stop and get something to eat and use the restroom. The food was ok. Bathrooms were clean. The restaurant itself was clean-ish.

I was so disappointed coming to this McDonald's today the girl that was helping me check out was extremely nice. My order number was 212 on Memorial Day at 11:15 AM. The problem that I occurred was that the lady helping me needed a little bit of help in the Manager came over and was extremely rude to her. It felt like I was on one of those episodes where they're gonna come out and have TVs come out because they just wanna see if somebody's gonna stick up for the person being treated bad That is not OK that is so uncomfortable for people that are coming in this Manager definitely needs more training and should not be a manager right now The establishment here is super nice. They have a very wonderful play area. I was excited. I thought I was gonna give this place a five star. The reason that it's a two star is because of the Manager. And if the sweet girl that helped me out, read this, I hope that you have an amazing life and everything goes well for you. I'm sorry that you're being treated that way. This is one of two McDonalds in Placerville, CA. It is the closest right off Highway 50. I have been a recent frequent drive thru customer. Oh livin the drive thru life. Anyway, my food has always been hot and made right. No complaints there. Every time I drive on in, this place is bizzee. Folks are dining inside and the drive thru is cranking. On the rare occasion, they have forgotten to ring up items. No biggie. At least I was not charged for them. (fingers crossed), I have yet to be shorted an item either. I recommend asking for a receipt and checking your bag before driving out of the parking lot. Plus their menu does not have a lot of items that other McDonalds do that are located in more populated areas. For instance, they have no burger options on their value menu. At least they did not a couple of weeks ago. It threw me a bit when ordering off their menu. If you drive an electric vehicle, take note that the parking lot next to McDonald's has Tesla chargers. read more

When I arrived at 10:36 AM, I was told my order was canceled because I didn't arrive by 10:30 AM. I placed my order well before the breakfast cut-off time, and the app allowed me to do so without any indication that arriving after 10:30 AM would result in cancellation. He was told by the cashier that is McDonald's special, and they don't have to honor it . He asked for the manager and asked why they were not obligated to honor the special that they were advertising . He was told it is McDonald's special, but they do not have to honor it because it's McDonald's. He asked the manager, but you are a McDonald's, chain right? So my husband ordered three chicken sandwiches with no mayo. I'm not sure if they were just being jerks, but all three sandwiches came with extra mayo. The people at this McDonald's have restored my Faith in humanity. I was craving a hot fudge sundae with nuts, I could not find any Sundae things at the grocery store, so I came to McDonald's to get some thing tasty. They no longer carry peanuts to go on top of the Sundaes, which is a bummer, but the super nice guy at the window had a great idea to put the peanut butter crumbles on top. He saved the day. The people working behind the counter and the drive through window really went above and beyond to satisfy my wishes for a delicious little treat.
