Every.single.time I come here they get my order wrong. Like we make bets they will get our order wrong, every time we go now lol. It's ridiculous. Paid $30 for COLD food that supposedly they had to remake because they "dropped" our order on the floor...Making us wait 15 minutes in spot #2 to hand us another wrong order. Went back with my boyfriend, as I wanted a good salad to eat and Burger King was out. The food was as expected....the only thing that drove him nuts was the fact that you can't hear anything and they can't hear you. Plus when you ask a simple question, they don't comprehend. My boyfriend asked "What kinds of salads do you have?" Response: "Huh? Oh yes salad. Which one would you like". My boyfriend: "No, we would like to know what kind you have, we can't see it on the.... "Oh yes, we have salads you want the crispy chicken?" They just don't listen. We got our order, and went home. Above average rating for a McDonalds. The big plus is the dual drive through menu board. Every time I've visited this location the wait time has been very short regardless of the amount of customers. They seem to have it done to a system that works very well during peak hours to take orders and to get your food to you fast. NEVER EAT AT MCDONALDS IN ATLANTIC PLAZA IN PITTSBURG EVER AGAIN!! Today I went there and got a happy meal with an apple juice. As I pulled up to the second window, I was handed the happy meal. I asked where the apple juice was. Employee had an attitude and asked me to look in the box to see if it was in there after she also wanted to see my receipt. Wow, where to start with this place! The food's okay, I mean, what are you expecting from McDonalds? It's mostly hot, the fries could use some work, and if you order breakfast, they're almost assured to forget something. Sometimes they forget dinner too. The restroom is usually fairly clean, but you need to be buzzed in. Not too misery inducing, unless you REALLY have to go. My biggest pet peeve about the place, however, is the homeless. Once again, a McD's with a Homeless problem! There's this one guy who's there every time I go in. I can't eat there because of him. I have NEVER before seen a person drool/vomit into a cup and then drink it. Sometimes, he's on the floor doing something that looks like praying to said vomit/drool receptacle, and other times he's sitting there being angry and mumbling to himself. There's other homeless people scattered about the place, using the booths as beds. There's nowhere to sit because of all the homeless. The last time I went in, I took one look around and marched right back out. This place was a total nightmare my mother forgot her wallet on the counter when she picked up her order, the young man marcellas took the wallet to the back and took everything. When we returned to get her wallet he dinied everything so we called Pittsburg's Finest while we waited he suddenly got the urge to use the restroom and we he was searched nothing was found on him. Hash browns are never hot. It seems as if they are not listening our not understanding what you say. There is always something missing. Twice now they did not read the receipt to fill order properly. First time here......decided I wanted breakfast what easy cheap place to go. Drive though line was crazy, so parked and went in. Line much shorter, but I think the manager who didn't have on a black shirt like the other workers was yelling loudly out orders ))and the way she was calling the numbers were rude her tone was like number *** come get your order. Wow damn give them time or put it to the side. Ratchet environment ughhhhh(watching other workers interact with the customers because the managers energy was rubbing off to her staff-RUDE). Ordered no problems until I looked at my receipt and saw that it said one sauce when I requested two. Got back in line asked the young lady at the register ( why receipt saw one sauce she appeared to be new) she said I had to pay for extra sauceno I specifically requested two and the young lady who took my order chimed in and said no, so I said my receipt say one sauce will I get two and she ensured me. Before I could get my order there were two lil girls waiting to get there food. The staff must of called there numbers and they didn't know so their parent came in and ask if they called the number and the worker couldn't figure out what they had although the parent gave her the number. Then the parent looked in the bags herself and figured out it was there's and grab the bags. The worker said out loudly who fucking caresoh my god what happened customer service.
