Okay, first of all... my son had the best birthday party and as the parents we had the best experience ever. Not crowded, and the customer service was amazing (6 stars). The employees brought everything we ordered for a party of 12 within 10 minutes and nothing was missing. They accommodated us on all levels, and did everything with a smile. It was our pleasure to have his birthday there and I highly recommend this location. Everything came out hot and tasty and it was so wonderful I just had to shout them out and leave the best review possible. The May 4th crew working from 3-5pm deserve special recognition and the manager should definitely look to thank them for doing such a great job. They gave us a little cow toy that says "eat more chicken" which was funny and definitely commemorates the celebration as well as a special round of ice cream! Our son loves chicken-fil-a so much he celebrated his bday one day early just so he could have his party here since they're closed on Sunday's. Honestly, one of the easiest parties I've ever planned. This Chick-fil-A and Dunkin' Donuts location recently opened up in the Century Plaza Shopping Center and I wanted to check it out -- when I got there around noon the drive-thru line was all the way towards Carl's Jr. There were even people directing traffic because it was that long. I went inside and waited in a pretty lengthy line before it was my time to order. I ordered the original chicken sandwich meal and it was alright (I didn't receive the correct sauce I wanted but it's okay). I just wouldn't justify the wait time for it. I understand staff is new and they're still trying to get into the swing of things so I recommend ordering ahead. The fries were soggy and even after cooking them for a few minutes in my air fryer, they were just awful, and tasted like old potatoes and the sandwich was dry and had no flavor. The staff is always friendly, but it's kind of inconsistent with how they make the items. The other night I got a strawberry milk shake with extra strawberries. There's NO WAY there were extra because it was barely pink and looked as weak as usual and I PAID for extra. It wasn't even pink. Then today I got the frosted coffee with chocolate added as I usually get and it was WAY TOO chocolatey. I had to add my own coffee to it at home to make it edible. And I did not ask for extra.
