The food was very good and the workers were nice, the place looks really nice as well would go again.

Last week we went there, my girlfriend was hankering for and wanted ground beef, crispy tacos, I had the taco salad. I must admit I was jealous of her tacos as they were still unbroken after removing them from the wrap they're served in because it seems every time I've ordered their crispy tacos the shell always breaks open and splits at the bottom. Very disappointing. The taco salad was very tasty with all of my favorites included. We enjoy eating here and my only real complaint is their carne asada soft taco that comes filled with whole pinto beans besides the meat. I don't understand this and to me it really doesn't add to the taco. I didn't know they served them like this or I would have requested no to the beans and I love whole and refried beans, but not in my tacos! Their restaurant is colorful with wonderfully painted or printed images of Mexican life. The staff always seem quite friendly and they are usually very busy. Plus they serve carveza! Their salsa bar doesn't do it for me though, whats supposed to be their mild, Pico de Gallo is too liquidity and as much as I use to enjoy spicy food my 68 y/o body just cannot tolerate it anymore, especially on the way out one day I hope to order their anaconda burrito to share with some friends read more

From the beans, to the mole, to the salsas, to the soups, I've never been disappointed with this place. My hubs is a big fan of the Chili Colorado; me the Tortilla Soup...both of which we have to get our fix of at least twice (sometimes more!) a month. The service is always quick, and the ever changing seasonal inspired decor inside makes it feel lively. Just go, you'll like it. YUMMY! We DOOR DASHED dinner and it was delivered warm and fresh. I ordered the beef quesadilla with cheese, and I was delightfully surprised when I discovered it was shredded beef. My only critique would be that it needed to be more crispy, larger sour cream and guacamole and it didn't come with salsa.Thus why I deducted one star in review. Popped in on a Fri night about 645p. Not super busy for eat in but to go looked hopping! We ate in. Decor was very cool. Cashier was friendly and very helpful. Great sense of humor. The food? Bam! Nailed it. Carne Asada Super Burrito was a gut bomb but soo good. The green salsa had a great kick to iy and the red sauce was super flavorful. I'm so disappointed! This has been our go to for a good burrito! I absolutely love their al pastor, which is shredded. I ordered a taco salad with al pastor. When it came out it looked like carnitas. When I told them, the server went to ask. They told him no, it's al pastor. They sent someone else from the back to tell me they ran out of carnitas an hour ago. She said, maybe it's dry..she offered to bring a small cup of the juice. I said ok, but I wasn't thrilled. Then a gentleman from back said, I checked and there was no chili in the al pastor, so it's missing the seasoning....sorry about that. And that was it. So, the customer service, thumbs down. This place is just a bit higher level of food slightly above Taco Bell. We ordered chili verde, tacos de birria, and carne asada. All the meat was dry and tasteless. The sauce made it edible. The rice was just a light shade of orange and tasteless. Our ordering process was difficult. The young man at the counter knew almost nothing about the food. The dinning room was cluttered, sticky and dirty. I do not recommend this place for authentic Mexican food. I don't understand how it has 4 stars. read more

Make sure you check your food. The manager doesn't have great customer service and is very stingy. I was charged what I ordered. They messed up my order. I went home and ate it. I called in and they told me to come back the next day for an accommodation, told by Ivin.The manager would not give me a refund instead he wanted to get me half of Calling it equal. Big fan of their lucky California burrito with grilled chicken and totally worth the 25 mins to drive to this spot. They also have a salsa bar and I really like their mild salsa, so good. They also offers chips with the order of our usual 2 burritos and they offer good portion size. Pretty quick service as they usually have the food ready for pick up in 15 mins when ordered on the phone and very friendly staff. I was introduced to this place about 6 months back from a dear friend of mine and having been coming back ever since. It's a little spot, with 8 tables which can seat 4 and 1 table for 2. It gets pretty packed here during lunch hours so place your order ahead of time if you can. I feel that their prices are fairly decent for the amount of food they provide. Also, if paying in cash, they don't take bills over $20. I enjoy their crispy chicken tacos, it's packed with chicken, cheese, lettuce, and beans. Their steak burritos are tasty as well. I've been on a taco kick lately so I still haven't tried the steak fajitas, buts it's in my list. I recommend giving them a try if you're in the area. read more

I ordered a 1/2 chile rellano plate, it was very efficient service around lunch time, I ordered Togo, they gave me containers to get salsa by the time I was finished it was ready. I liked that they put another bag in the bottom to make it sturdier, and help with keeping it warm with extra insulation :) The best part when I got home it was hot and delicious! Las Pancitas has consistently delicious food. It's a favorite of locals, and I can see why. Their burritos are delicious. It can be a little confusing to decipher the burrito types and sizes ("mini", "lucky", etc), which was a little bit of a negative for me. But, now I am used to it, and it's no issue because I finally got it straight. The spicy pork burrito is SPICY, and so good. Same with their green salsa. In fact, all of their salsa is fantastic. I am also a big fan of their chicken tacos (crispy) and fish tacos. Their bean dip is good, which they will give you with chips, sometimes (I think if you order over a certain amount. I'm unclear). The service is professional. The ambience is nothing special, but it doesn't need to be. I would say that Las Pancitas is in my top 5 favorite Mexican spots in the east bay. read more

I've been coming here for over 20 years. My last two experiences with my favorite burrito restaurant that I've bragged to others about for the last 20 years have completely let me down with bad customer service behavior! My last two orders have been completely wrong. Im allergic to cheese so each time I order i repeat when saying im allergic to cheese please no cheese. The 1st time they've ever messed up, so im understanding of mistakes happening, however I couldn't eat my burrito filled with cheese. Not to mention burrito was a mess and not rolled correctly, very loose. The second mistake in a row was just march 18th. Ordered a wet shrimp burrito with no cheese, no sour cream because im allergic! Got a wet burrito with a pile of cheese! This time I called" I just want them to know about their mistake and that I lived to far to drive. I did mention to the guy, that I've been a loyal customer for over 20+ years and that if this happened the 3rd time that I will more than likely never come back. He said he would write my information down and give it to the owner. Today I show up, wanting to order again but just wanted the owner to know that im the guy and please to not mess up on my order for the 3rd time because I love this place! His reaction lost one of his best customers. No sorry, no accommodation, just nothing, looks at me and says oh well I wasn't here. Treated me as if I was trying to lie or get free food or what, his customer service was horrible! I completely walked out and lost my appetite from ordering with them.
