This restaurant is so close to home, and I am glad it is very decent! try the crispy chicken tortas with everything! so good! my go to.

Went to the location by Safeway but it was closed so we drove down the street to try the other location. It smelled a little off, there were ants on the floor, and the waiter's perfume was kinda strong but the food was really good and the self proclaimed best micheladas delivered. My wife and I stop by this hidden gem. My wife has lived in Bay Point for over 17 years and didn't know this place was here. We stop by on a whim and discovered we were in one of the best restaurants we have been to in a long time. I noticed the stars rating this place are 3 1/2. I am confused. My mother, grandmother, and now my wife are were and are excellent cooks. Mexican cuisine, and Belizian cuisine (my wife) is there expertise. This restaurant is 5 stars. Our opinion carries weight. My parents love this place so they invited me. I really enjoyed the service and the food so I took my wife here as well. We ordered the dinner combo 2 enchiladas and bistec ranchero. We both enjoyed our food (we shared). The chips were fresh and the salsa was seasoned well and not spicy. The enchilada (grilled chicken) was well seasoned and the green sauce complimented the dish. The beans and rice were also really good. The bistec was a little spicy (for my wife) but perfect r for me. We recommend this place. The portions were plenty and the service was great. I've been going to this location for years. Last night I ordered 2 super burritos and a horchata. @ 9:14pm I arrived at the store @9:39pm. The restraunt closes at 10pm and it has always been 10pm as opposed to the Los Reyes on Bailey Rd that closes earlier. The doors were locked when I arrived. I had to call again to make sure I was at the right location. Once someone finally opened the door, i confirmed my order of 2 super burritos and 1 large horchata. Then I was told it's was only 1 super burrito. So now my issue is, instead of honoring closing hours you're closing early. Not only that but you got my order wrong, and the kitchen is closed even though it is 9:40pm? I don't even write reviews. There is usually a woman there serving people, she has been there for YEARS! Great service and she is so nice. Who ever was working last night was a Face i'd never seen and customer service was horrible. I clearly stated make that 2 super burritos TWICE on the telephone. I just wanted to say that my wife and I ordered food from Los Reyes today and we were not Happy with our food. I ordered the birria pizza and my wife ordered a super wet carnitas burrito. When we go home to eat and her burrito meat seem dry and hard on the inside I'm not sure if the meat was just sitting all day or what, But she ended up only eat a quarter of it. I was also disappointed about my pizza that I ordered too. When I opened the box it looked so good, but I was not expecting it to be so soggy. I ate it anyway cause I was starving. On April 30, 2023 Sunday. We come here to have lunch right after Church so, we decided to try it out. My hubby order carnitas and Modelo beer and I ordered fajita mixed and Michelada beer drink. The food was delicious and the drink was good. By the time I received the bill it cost my $62.00. I got ripped off because the Carnitas Dinner $13.50, Fajitas Mixtas $16.50, Modelo beer was $5.00 and the Michelada was $15.00. Total was $62.00. The problem was they didn't put any price out on the board nor inside the menu for Michelada drink. My hubby and I couldn't believe it how much was the drink of the Michelada $15.00. Got bone in my taco and my husband got bone in his burrito. Bone in the taco might be an understandable mishap of someone not properly getting bone out of the meat dish. However, the burrito was a vegetarian burrito. Having a bone in that speaks to a health code/cross-contamination nightmare. Also, it's not safe to have bits of bone in food as it can really hurt a person (either their teeth from biting or their internal organs from swallowing it).We will not be back. read more

I ordered food today from Los Reyes off of willow pass. Upon my first bite into my burrito it had a long woman's hair attached to it. I was left absolutely disgusted and of course could not continue to eat. I called to let them know that there was a long hair in my burrito. The customer service was the worst, they refused to refund me although I did take my food back. After being reluctant they finally gave me back my money as I returned all the food and drinks except for the gross first bite. I will not be buying from them again. Everything tasted like water. The salsa, the shredded chicken, the shrimp and the guacamole. The carne asada was burnt so that just tasted like a bbq grill. Extremely disappointed, we all ended up eating their chips (which I'm pretty sure are store bought and not made in their restaurant) and I made us quesadillas at home. We ordered through Doordash and gave our driver a 20% tip then realized after getting our map to look at that the restaurant was 16 miles away and felt horrible so we decided to give our dasher another $10 when he arrived and apologized for the long drive. Let's get real here. I have over the last 6 weeks ranted and raved about this place telling a ton of people how great it is here. I take it ALL back. I was treated with some of the WORSE customer service I have ever encountered anywhere! I brought in a friend for dinner after telling her how great it is and walked in with only 4 people there. A table of 2 eating and 2 at the bar also eating. No one else there. Our server was less than friendly and asked what we wanted for drinks. We asked for a water and a Diet Coke and a side of guacamole with chips to start. She returned with the chips and salsa a bottled water and a can of Diet Coke... No guacamole, no cups with ice, Not to mention she didn't even offer cups with ice. We ordered our meals and she was off to the races. This is my third time here and n the food has been spectacularly good until tonight. My fajitas... Chicken... Were super tough and hardly any grilled vegetables which in the past two times I've had a ton of grilled onions and bell peppers and this is like almost a half order of what I'm used to. Still no guacamole even after 10 to 15 minutes and us eating our food and no mention from our server as she was MIA and we could see her in the back on her phone texting. Her whole demeanor and attitude was that of annoyance... Like we were putting her out and making her work when she didn't want to and believe me she made it more than clear that she didn't want to serve us. I have never felt so discriminated against.
