This guy lace is really really good!! The only thing that doesn't give it a 5 star is that it seemed like there were trying to rush us out our app came out the same time as the food, and once we were done and wanted to look at desert it seemed like not even 5 minutes later she's coming back rushing us on a choice for desert. It wasn't in a rude way though as a pregnant lady lol i just wana sit and enjoy my food, and i forsure need time to sit and process my meal. Still good service and great food! Just please slow down a bit and don't make people feel rushed to leave. Excited to try the buffet, we ended up going today, a Sunday. The parking lot wasn't very full which was a first indication. There are different offerings in chaffing dishes but nothing cooked fresh. The three best things I'd say was the pozole, churro, and coconut jello. Beyond that, I don't have great things to say about the mini chimichangas, bacon, mole, chilaquiles, etc. The plates were dirty and wet. The cold food was set out without ice or refrigeration. The place is dirty, they need a major deep clean. The walls are dirty, the table and floor ia sticky. Plenty of staff but they seem disorganized. After sitting for 30 min, we decided to just leave. So the restaurant is actually pretty nice looking inside. The service was pretty good too to be honest. It took a very long time to get any drinks after we ordered them. The food was good portions, but a lot of of it was very greasy, and the shrimp we ordered that were supposed to be lightly breaded or heavily breaded and super overcooked. They had a pretty good deal for two people. I would probably try this again with maybe just my wife, but I don't know if I would bring a larger party there again. There was only seven of us. Chips n Salsa 4.8outta5 I liked it, chips could've used a dash more salt & a little more heat in the salsa would've been perfect. Good overall Mariscada/Grilled Seafood -Prawns, octopus, calamari, scallops, fish filet, green mussels, crab legs & clams served with fresh fruit, garlic & hot sauce. 3.8outta5 It was good but I didn't care for the presentation. The filet covered the plate causing the avocado to melt. I'd also prefer whole crab legs instead of the chopped pieces. Everything was cooked nicely. The garlic & hot sauces are always delicious. It's been years since Ive eaten here, but grabbed lunch last Friday on a fluke. I ordered the lunch enchilada plate w/ black beans. Food was mediocre at best. I mean you can't really mess up a cheese enchilada..but the beans tasted like they were straight from the can and someone just added a bunch of salt and cumin...no bueno! Rice was a bit over cooked and mushy. I was only able to eat the enchilada..picked at the rest. Service was decent, no complaints there. The margaritas were the best thing! Needless to say me and my lunch date both had terrible bubble guts for the rest of the day/evening!! With all due respect if you don't know someone tha works here DONT GO. I got a shrimp burrito that was small enough to pick up and basically a bean burrito add shrimp Over Priced and the staff mainly speaks Spanish so do with that information what you may. Have eaten there several times and the food was good. However, the last couple of times the food was below par. Had menudo about a month ago and the flaver was not as good as previously. Went yesterday and ordered a tamale and chicken enchilada combo. The enchilada tasted like it was chicken rolled in a dry tortilla with some sauce just poured over it to warm it up. The tamale tasted like it came from Costco and was just warmed up with sauce just poured over it and the masa in places was hard. Very disappointed in the food. The service was okay. 40 minutes drive was well worth the brunch buffet. All the waitresses were attentive, everyone asked how our food was, if we needed more drinks, brought silverware and napkins. The brunch buffet was well stocked and everything tastes delicious. Place was busy for a Sunday but no wait to be seated. We didn't feel Rushed eating, buffet had enough options for everyone in our party of 9. Kids enjoyed the simple eggs and sausage. While the adults had everything else. This was easily one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time. We arrived about an hour before closing and were immediately made to feel like an inconvenience. It felt like the staff, specifically Mara R. didn't want to seat us, and once we were seated our server was rude, impatient, and constantly rushing us pushing us to order quickly, pressuring the table the entire time, and then making it clear they wanted us out as soon as possible. The food was decent but I've had better. The ambiance was trash. I understand restaurants winding down at the end of the night, but an hour before close is still operating hours. If a restaurant doesn't want customers during that time, update your hours or stop seating people--don't take it out on paying guests. The attitude and pressure were completely unprofessional and left us feeling unwelcome. Management should seriously address how guests are treated near closing, because this experience guarantees we won't be back and we won't be recommending this place. read more

We are not from the area, however we were near by and stopped for lunch, what a great choice, my wife and myself both love Mexican food, the food and service was great, we really enjoyed the booth and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming, I ordered the Chili Rellenos, with flour tortillas, and my wife ordered a combination plate with a bowl of soup, everything was delicious, so much so I ordered another chili relleno dinner Togo, you see we live in Stockton so it's not like we can just drop by, however my and I agree that it is well worth the drive. read more

I asked if they could make it more spicy. I caught a thin girl with orange hair in a pony tail who was making silverware settings saying I was complaining the whole time. ??????? Then I got the bill and was charged for a higher grade tequila than what we asked for. I felt taken advantage of because I didn't speak Spanish. Then when the manager came, I tried to explain what happened. He kept walking away. When I touched his arm is what "triggered" him. I apologized then BEGGED him to listen to me. I didn't want this to happen to anyone else. It was a surprise birthday brunch celebration for one of our family members and we knew she would really like to come here. I didn't choose this option. I'm sorry, I don't understand coming to an ethnic centric restaurant, such as Mexican food, and get the same old bacon and eggs you can get anywhere. The table got a starter of the Chicken Quesadilla. Its very good. Almost too much to start with but we loved it. I ordered the Chile Relleno with an enchilada and a chicken taco. I love Relleno's. I try to order them at every chance. I splurged and ate the rice and beans. Gawd, I love beans! For myself as a special treat I ordered a regular blended, virgin, margarita. According to the menu they use fresh ingredients in their margaritas. They have tons of options but I hadn't had the taste of a margarita in over 4 years. This was such a great drink. It was incredibly fresh. Well worth to order as a virgin cocktail just to have a great drink. I was incredibly impressed. It was so good. We had a great time with our large group. Purchased what was suppose to be a 2 for 1 margarita during happy hour and ended up getting over charged & well paying regular price & a Hennessy shot is $25? We asked for separate checks, for a party of 3. She printed out what looked like a whole Costco reciept Couldn't give us a proper run down on what we were being charged for. Upon paying waitress Kept on swiping card back to back to the point of blocking the card had to call bank multiple times to unblock, at the end waitress mentioned that the debit machine wasn't working properly she could've addressed that before having me swipe that card back to back to avoid problems. Ordered DoorDash, and it was our first time getting top-shelf margs to go. I wasn't sure how it would be, but honestly, the bartender did us a solid. It hit the spot and was so refreshing to have on a hot day. It was the spotlight of our meal! The cheese enchilada was absolutely stuffed with cheese. Rice and beans were better than expected. I absolutely love this place - I usually come here for happy hour with my coworkers. Their happy hour menu is legit - I believe you get margaritas and appetizers half off. TBH I don't look at the paycheck because I'm usually having a great time with my coworkers. We've had our staff holiday parties here, reserving the space in the back and having a buffet style meal. They are very friendly, accommodating, and the food is pretty good! I've noticed a lot of teachers from different schools come here for happy hour - much needed after working with the kids all day haha but they are always great with large parties. I usually get their margaritas on happy hour. I've tried their nachos and guacamole just to snack on. Their buffet options are pretty good too - rice, beans, enchiladas, etc. I believe you can choose the menu for the buffet if you are planning on having a private event. Went here for Mother's Day. I'll start off with the positive. The service was great. Our waitress and the bus person were very attentive to everything. No complaints there. The food, however, left a lot to be desired. It was okay at best. Not a lot of flavor. The Mole tastes store bought. The tacos came with store bought shells. The appetizer platter was not great either and tastes like the oil needs to be changed out. I'll never understand how a Mexican restaurant refuses to fry their own taco shells. Before I forget, their Sangria was not great either. The ambiance was great. Beautiful place, a bit noisy, but the decor is beautiful. This rating is for the food and restaurant environment only. Me and my friends were invited to a paint night with Bindu here. The paint night was awesome, super fun, would do it again. However, I would not eat anything at this restaurant. Upon entering, the restaurant had a fowl odor. It smelt of rotting food/garbage and bad seafood all at once. I was worried that the smell would carry over to the banquet room where we were painting. It did not! The service was slow, but our waitress was friendly. It took 30 mins to get my Corona and I had to ask for it a second time. I was never given the water I asked for until right before we were leaving. My friends ordered chips, guacamole, and salsa. I tasted the salsa and it had a very odd taste. It tasted like it was chipotle peppers, but then you got hit with a very strong watery herb taste. It was as if they add a ton of water to the salsa in order to stretch it out. The guacamole was terrible. I am okay with tomato and onions etc added to the guacamole, but the presentation was terrible. It was plated in what looked like ice cream scoops. there were about 4 of them on the plate on top of a piece of lettuce. When you would scoop you would get the chip caught on the lettuce. Also, the guacamole seeped A LOT of water. The entire bottom of the plate was full of light green water. It was nasty looking. I know that guacamole can leak a little bit when it sits, but it was served this way. So who knows how long this was sitting. The floor and tables of the restaurant were filthy and the menus had hair stuck to their pages. It looked as if they had not been cleaned in a while. I have been to La Pinata in Concord and overall that place wasn't too bad. This location is horrible and definitely would not recommend eating any of their food! read more
