This is my local McDonald's, and I like it here. I always order through the app, and I use drive thru to get my food. I typically eat here after work, late hours. My to go order is 2 McChickens and a large coffee. Sometimes, a Big Mac. I rarely get my order messed up, but that's why I always check my bag before I leave the establishment. And if there's a mixup, everyone is nice and they rectify it. Food is always warm and coffee is a winner. You can't expect much more: it's fast food. Quick, easy and let's go. The environment is okay. A lot of times customers complain and make issues, and the employees try their best to assist and help. They have digital machines you order on I know, but if you want to pay cash and order "old fashioned lol" you have to wait at least 5-10 minutes for someone to take your order. Everyone is focused on drive thru and cleaning/making the food which is great but they should have one person at the front. The cashier will rush you and be super annoyed if you have any questions. Now, you get a receipt which has your order number on it, now I would assume then that when said order is ready your number will be called. Nope, there's 4 people waiting and as things are being put on the counter all you hear is this is yours, that's yours. Now how the hell am I supposed to know who she's talking to. My fault that after second time I just left with bag and after removing the dozen napkins hiding the order I found that food was missing. Placed an order on their mobile app. It wouldn't provide a code for pickup, even though it showed the total and payment information. The cashier and manager kept repeating that it's not showing in the system. I showed them the phone and suggested they allow me to place the order with them and I'll cancel the phone order. This location is close to my house. The service here is so bad. If you get what you ordered consider yourself LUCKY. Always check before you leave and be prepared for some bullshit if they have to correct the order. One of many bad experiences here was my daughter ordered a sausage and egg McMuffin with no cheese in drive through. She got cheese. She went inside for them to correct the mistake and the girl tried to charge her. They gave her another one Really bad.. anyway she got one that was supposed to be prepared with no cheese!
