Wow, while I know this is fast food and isn't the greatest, this location is about as far away as you can possibly get from just good! The staff while friendly through the drive thru have consistently gotten orders wrong. This is the last consistent thing about them. The fries always taste as if made yesterday, lukewarm warm at best, some of the burgers are ok, but just ok and never hot. It's really sad when you can't get just about anything right. I don't think the ratings for this place are accurate. McDonald's shouldn't be rated compared to other restaurants, it should be compared to other McDonald's. This is the best McDonald's that I've been to and I've been to quite a few. I am so addicted to Big Mac's that I won't try anything else on the menu because I'm scared I may get addicted to that too. I think I finally figured out what the special sauce is! Russian! Those Russians are always meddling. The staff here had always been really friendly to me whether I was struggling with the kiosk or trying to order from the wrong window. They have never made me repeat myself when I ordered a "Big Mac sandwich." It is really annoying when I say this and then I'm asked " sandwich or the meal?" What sets them a part is when I order my nuggets and they say, " It will be cheaper if you get 2 4 pieces" or "we are having a sale on...." Hopefully Ronald McDonald doesn't penalize them for this, damn clown. Most recently an amazing thing happened here. My food was hot and fresh! I could tell it was freshly prepared and wasn't sitting in a window waiting to be ordered. I didn't even know that could happen at a McDonalds. So if your trying to fill the emptiness in your life with some fast food, have kids that won't stop asking for McDonalds or you got a buzz after leaving a bar around here, this is one of, if not the best McDonalds around. read more

Worst worst worst experience! It is unbelievable how much the staff are clueless at this location. Majority of the staff were too busy talking and fooling around amongst themselves than actually working and doing their job properly. If giving negative stars was an option, this location would get that! We had ordered hamburgers at the drive true and repeated it. The person taking the order stated they have it marked down how we wanted it. When we got the food, it of course was not how we ordered it. I had to then go inside the store and have this corrected. The first girl had me repeat it about 3xs to her (ears clearly weren't working) and then she passed me off to someone else that was even worse. It got to a point where I even asked if I should write it down on a piece of paper for them because it didn't seem like they were listening properly. Mind you, the entire time while this was going on all the employees were horsing around. The guy goes and comes back and once again the order was wrong! Like it was unbelievable! The order was pretty easy too (1 hamburger with pickles and ketchup & 1 hamburger with lettuce and pickles) I don't think that's that hard to mess up but since they continued to do so clearly they hire incompetent people! When they finally got it right and I started to walk out the bag ripped and as expected from the low class employees they started to laugh instead of offering assistance with a new bag. Even the older man that was mopping the floor looked annoyed with how the staff were all acting. This establishment time after time sucks! The owners clearly don't care how the customers are treated and/or if the customers are satisfied. I continue to give them a 2nd chance but we are officially done! McDonald's is a quick and easy take out food place & honestly the wait I just experienced was ridiculous. Not only that, the employees are all RUDE. Fire your employees & hire some new ones that speak with some charisma or mannerism because the way I was spoken too was incredibly offensive that I had to come here and share this with your consumers. I find it unbelievable that I felt like I was wrong while ordering MY ordered. Keep in mind, the workers got the order wrong at the end, but I decided not to say anything because they didn't seem to care. When I asked for certain things on the side, I looked in the bag, nothing I asked for was in the bag & everything seemed to just be thrown in. This is the worst McDonald's experience I have encountered. I'll definitely make sure to tell people to go to Burger King down the block. This enterprise doesn't even deserve the 1 star. read more

I have visited this store for breakfast on three separate occasions over the past two months and each time the customer service was horrible. From spending nearly 15 minutes to get my order corrected to just the other day waiting 10 minutes to be acknowledged at the front counter. There is an LEP issue at that store as no one could seem to understand what I was asking for and just gave me what they thought I wanted. When I asked for assistance from a person who looked like the manager she told me to wait only to later walk past me after she finished with another customer. All I needed was sugar and cream. At any rate, this store needs customer service training as well as employees who are able to effectively engage and understand the customer's needs and requests. read more

My boyfriend and I decided to go to lunch at this specific location. The only person who spoke English was the manager! My boyfriend asked for help and they gave him an attitude and told him WE DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. Orders were wrong of course. Also, I am Hispanic and heard them talking about us not knowing I understood. So rude and unprofessional. Who hires these people? Can anyone just buy a McDonalds and hire trash? This place deserves zero stars! Customer service is horrendous as well as the employees have an attitude problem. Missing items and completely messed up my order. I ordered a quarter pounder from this location recently without any pickles or onions, but when I received it, it had massive amounts of pickles and onions in it. The girl at the drive thru yesterday was so rude. Didn't understand my order the first time or the second time so i enunciated it the third time. 1:50 PM...Get to the drive thru with four cars in line and it's pouring...waiting with the window down for 10 minutes before anyone answers...great I'm soaked...attempts to give my order...she messes it up several times before telling me to hold on...5 more minutes of getting soaked...forget this I'll finish my order at the window I'm done getting wet...she takes my order at the window seemingly annoyed that I didnt do it at the designated order area...I pay...and now I'm on a journey to the pick up window....10 minutes later...I finally have my food!!! Drive through is always slow. It will take at least 10 minutes even if there is nobody else there. Also not sure when they start serving lunch, ordered today and when I got to the window to pay the girl said they weren't serving lunch yet. It was 1145am.. never had this happen at a McDonald's before. I laughed because I thought the girl was joking with me. This location won't last. Never been in a worse managed McDonalds. Managers have bad attitudes, Staff is incompetent, orders are always wrong. I will not ever go back to this restaurant. This is by far one of the worst McDonalds in the country. Every time I have gone there something is wrong with my order. The manager, Maria, is rude and disrespectful. After getting my order wrong AGAIN, this time no fries in my kids meals, I had to turn around and get the kids out of the car. Even though the girl at the drive through recognized me Maria made me go back out to my car and get my receipt. Then Maria personally made me wait over 10 minutes before scooping some fries up for my kids. I dont always come here, but when i do, i get 20 piece chicken nuggets but always get shorted 2-3 nuggets... every single time....

Every time I come here my order is usually wrong. Some major attitude with the employees and it's probably one of the absolute worst McDonalds in my area. The only reason I go to it is because it's really the only one that's not out of the way. Management should look into this location and fix it because both Burger King and Wendy's have better locations and way more competent staff. read more

There is a sign outside mcdonalds that says, Hiring friendly people but to be perfectly honest. The people who work there are always moody and they always tend to have an attitude....
