Went to the Chick-fil-A location a few times and it's been pretty inconsistent. Some days everything is on point fresh food, fast service and other times the quality just isn't there. Fries come out cold, portions feel off, and the overall experience doesn't match what you usually expect from Chick-fil-A. read more

This location has very high traffic during peak hours - lunch time and dinner time. Given that it's next to Costco, people love to drop by to grab a meal. If you come during these hours be prepared to wait. Food is always served hot and they rarely get my orders wrong (here's looking at you Wendy's!). I ordered online for inside pick up. It was my first time inside the restaurant. I went on a Tuesday afternoon around 1:30. The line was fairly long but moving along rather quickly. There were many people there to pick up online orders, door dash, etc. The restaurant appeared clean and the condiments were well organized. Once you order online you have to click when you arrive so that they begin making your food. They have a screen that shows whose food is coming up next which was pretty cool to track the progress. It was a fairly quick in and out, the staff were friendly as usual (drive thru staff are always great), and the food was amazing. read more

Situated in same mall center ad Walmart, this is a very busy location. When we arrived, there were about 20 cars in the drive-thru lane. Inside the store, it was little leas crazy, only 5-6 people were ahead of me. It's because they are real pro at serving the orders inside the restaurant, that helps to ease foot traffic. The ordering area is small IMO. The sitting area also doesn't appear too appealing. There's an area in the middle totally blocked with screens. But the store has some nice decorative touch. Restroom was also okay. Food wise, they retain the well known Chick fil a quality. We enjoyed our meal as usual. They us a lot of extra polynesian sauce upon request. Overall a great experience, probably a better dine-in area would have made it perfect for me. read more

Ordered a chicken sandwich, nuggets, fries and a kale salad. The only option for the kale salad is a side salad. Granted it's a side, Chick-fil-A could have filled the container with the kale salad and not left 3/4 of the container EMPTY! What a rip off to charge $6 for a few bites of salad. Very disappointing. And there was way too much dressing on the salad. I think I got more dressing than actual salad! We order catering from Chick-fil-A for work lunches and that salad is my go to meal, and it's usually very tasty and well blended with just the right mix of salad and dressing. This should be the industry standard when designing and running a fast food restaurant. I have NEVER been to a C-F-A that was dirty, had unfriendly staff, or slow service. They are always immaculate, super friendly, and very quick! I do not mind that their food is 10-20% more expensive than their competitors, their quality and service really justify it. As most places attempt to automate and cut staff, every C-F-A that I have ever been to has been a zoo with employees! From cooking to serving to cleaning, they are all very busy. During the pandemic, they super optimized their DT! Even though it got to be 40-50 cars in length sometimes, they split into 2 lanes and made everything supper efficient and you blew through it in 10-15 minutes. And there was never any errors either! I always have a wonderful experience whenever I come here. That is pretty much all that I can say about this place. Food is always stellar, if you have never had C-F-A, you are missing out! Super moist and juicy chicken, and super fresh and crispy waffle fries, what more can you ask for? We have gotten the massive trays of nuggies in the past, and we had leftovers for days! Now we stick with the 30 count trays, and we are good. I personally love their BBQ grilled chicken sandwich whenever its available, otherwise, it is the regular grilled chicken sandwich for me! My wife and FiL switch between spicy and crispy chicken. Some other highlights are their shakes, especially the seasonal! So yummy! I am a massive fan of their Sweet Tea! Made with Splenda! Their Lemonade is fresh squeezed as well. All great options. Oh and do not forget to come for breakfast!!!! Their chicken minis are wow! I also love how the owner operator cannot own any other location, and they are onsite almost every day. They also do tons for the local community!!!!! I have FINALLY dined at a Chick-fil-A, and I'm now OBSESSED. I used the drive thru, and the service was great! The employee I spoke to was not only pleasant, but knowledgeable. The interior from the window looked super clean, after watching the staff make some shakes, I was sad I did not order myself one. I ordered 3 deluxe chicken sandwiches, 1 with bacon, 2 kids meals with nuggets, and a 30 piece nuggets. The chicken was so moist and crunchy at the same time, I was in heaven. Then the waffle fries, also amazing. My 21 month old was literally OBSESSED, he kept asking for more.The nuggets are 'real' chicken, and don't get me started on the chick-fil-a sauce OMG.... Holy crap is Chick-fil-A efficient. While their drive thru is always packed with tons of customers, they have gotten their system down to a tee. Employees wearing masks and taking orders through ipads, you whiz around the drive thru area and can pick up your order in just a few minutes. I didn't pickup my food at the window, instead someone walked to my car and asked for my name. They then went to the window and got food for the car behind me and by that time, they forgot my name. I was immediately impressed by the friendly service, their employees present themselves in a professional manner. The food.... The chicken at Popeye's is far better, the shakes at Sonic are better, and the salad wasn't great. I asked for Balsalmic Vinaigrette, found myself thinking, "Hmmm, maybe I'm more in the mood for Italian", and then found that they gave me Italian, so that was interesting. In any case, while it certainly wasn't traumatic, and ideally I would give it two and a half stars, I feel that I really can't give a restaurant an honest 3 stars when its food didn't inspire me to have an intention to go back. I haven't been to a chick-fil-a in years as I was only familiar with the one at Paramus Park Mall. This location though knocks the other one out of the "park" (no pun intended lol)! Lines were out the door, but the staff has their routine down like a well oiled machine. The double drive through was literally 12 cars deep in each lane! They are definitely doing something right here from the lines alone! This has to be the cleanest fast food establishment I have been to in my life! Nothing was out of order in the condiment section, tables were spotless, and food was on point! I loved my chicken tenders and waffle fries and hubby loved his grilled chicken cool wrap! It wasn't that long ago that the only time I had Chick-fil-A was when I went shopping at the Paramus Park Mall 10 miles from where I live. Now they are popping up all other like Duane Reade. What makes this one stand out is it has a two lane drive thru. I just put my car in Cruise Control, give them my order and in no time I am heading home with a Chick-fil-A bag of Nuggets, Waffle fries with some of that Polynesian sauce and ketchup packets. Somehow we got stuck in a slow line and watched many many cars skip us and breeze through. Also, once you're in the queue, there is no way to bail, so you are at the mercy of the 40 min wait. In the last two experiences, the window attendant's have become unscrupulously stingy with their dipping sauce practices. The gentlemen whose name begins with G first told me that they were running low on the chik-fil-a sauce (the bs alert meter went off). So I asked for two other sauces to which they obliged. At the window, I was frustrated to find the bag lacking those additional requested sauces. To which they replied in alternate terms, they would only allowed to give two sauces for that entree. This was my first time EVER having from this place. I made an online order to pick up food for my coworkers and I on my break from work and when I arrived, they had no curbside pick up and no in store pick up. I had to wait over 20+ minutes in a drive thru line to get my food. When I finally got my order, I had no time to check the bag because I had to rush back to work with what they handed me. Of course, the bag was missing food!! I tried calling the restaurant to see if someone could help me and got no answer. I had to drive all the way back to pick up what they were missing, dreading that I'd have to wait in that line again. Thankfully I got LUCKY that when I pulled up to the place because the manager was outside and I got to speak to her. She was nice enough to let me in and gave me what I was missing so I didn't have to wait in the drive thru line another 30 minutes. When I got back to work and finally with the missing food, I got to try my sandwich. Another huge let down. The bread must have been so old that It literally FELL APART in my hands. It was so sloppy looking and the chicken was so over cooked that I could barely bring myself to eat it. I am VERY disappointed with the service I received here. Hands down the friendliest fast food restaurant known to man. I always get the spicy chicken deluxe and it never disappoints. I love that they add pepper jack cheese. Also the waffle fries are delicious, I wish they had an XL size for those . When I first ordered my fries were cold and felt like they had been sitting for a while. I asked for them to be replaced and they were. The chicken was also very oily and tasted like the oil needed to be changed. Also, they messed up on the chicken sandwich because I said no pickles and there were pickles on the sandwich. Not exactly happy tonight. My fries are soggy and the lack of sauce and the fact of addition to the sandwiches that we got our terrible. I got a large fry and only make it look like a small and when I asked for multiple sauce I was given was ONLY one sauce. If I wanted this kind of service I could go to McDonald's.
