This review is all about the ridiculous wait at this restaurant all the time. No matter what time you come it's a 20 minute wait on the lawn if they're so busy, which they always are I don't understand why they don't hire more staff. It's ridiculous. read more

Went to the Chick-fil-A location a few times and it's been pretty inconsistent. Some days everything is on point fresh food, fast service and other times the quality just isn't there. Fries come out cold, portions feel off, and the overall experience doesn't match what you usually expect from Chick-fil-A. read more

This location has very high traffic during peak hours - lunch time and dinner time. Given that it's next to Costco, people love to drop by to grab a meal. If you come during these hours be prepared to wait. Food is always served hot and they rarely get my orders wrong (here's looking at you Wendy's!). They have a clean and modern dining space with a kids playroom. read more

Chick-fil-A should be one of the wonders of the world. Everything that this eatery does is always on point and done with military precision. Even, if for some chance, a mistake was made, they will rectify the issue quickly. Today, I placed a to-go order and everything was delicious, again. Chick-fil-A employees are always friendly, smiling, working hard, and eager to ensure that you are satisfied before leaving. I highly recommend the Teterboro Landing location and enjoy the journey. read more

I ordered online for inside pick up. It was my first time inside the restaurant. I went on a Tuesday afternoon around 1:30. The line was fairly long but moving along rather quickly. There were many people there to pick up online orders, door dash, etc. The restaurant appeared clean and the condiments were well organized. Once you order online you have to click when you arrive so that they begin making your food. They have a screen that shows whose food is coming up next which was pretty cool to track the progress. It was a fairly quick in and out, the staff were friendly as usual (drive thru staff are always great), and the food was amazing. read more

Situated in same mall center ad Walmart, this is a very busy location. When we arrived, there were about 20 cars in the drive-thru lane. Inside the store, it was little leas crazy, only 5-6 people were ahead of me. It's because they are real pro at serving the orders inside the restaurant, that helps to ease foot traffic. The ordering area is small IMO. The sitting area also doesn't appear too appealing. There's an area in the middle totally blocked with screens. But the store has some nice decorative touch. Restroom was also okay. Food wise, they retain the well known Chick fil a quality. We enjoyed our meal as usual. They us a lot of extra polynesian sauce upon request. Overall a great experience, probably a better dine-in area would have made it perfect for me. read more

This location is superbusy? But clean , friendly and efficient! I especially like that fact that the waffle fries are always piping hot! Spicy chicken sandwich is my go to , their new Pimento cheese sandwich is not for me. And the banana pudding milk shake is a must try! read more

This should be the industry standard when designing and running a fast food restaurant. I have NEVER been to a C-F-A that was dirty, had unfriendly staff, or slow service. They are always immaculate, super friendly, and very quick! I do not mind that their food is 10-20% more expensive than their competitors, their quality and service really justify it. As most places attempt to automate and cut staff, every C-F-A that I have ever been to has been a zoo with employees! From cooking to serving to cleaning, they are all very busy. During the pandemic, they super optimized their DT! Even though it got to be 40-50 cars in length sometimes, they split into 2 lanes and made everything supper efficient and you blew through it in 10-15 minutes. And there was never any errors either! I always have a wonderful experience whenever I come here. That is pretty much all that I can say about this place. Food is always stellar, if you have never had C-F-A, you are missing out! Super moist and juicy chicken, and super fresh and crispy waffle fries, what more can you ask for? We have gotten the massive trays of nuggies in the past, and we had leftovers for days! Now we stick with the 30 count trays, and we are good. I personally love their BBQ grilled chicken sandwich whenever its available, otherwise, it is the regular grilled chicken sandwich for me! My wife and FiL switch between spicy and crispy chicken. Some other highlights are their shakes, especially the seasonal! So yummy! I am a massive fan of their Sweet Tea! Made with Splenda! Their Lemonade is fresh squeezed as well. All great options. Oh and do not forget to come for breakfast!!!! Their chicken minis are wow! I also love how the owner operator cannot own any other location, and they are onsite almost every day. They also do tons for the local community!!!!! All in all a wonderful restaurant chain, that every other place should model themselves after. They truly set the industry standard! Do not forget closed Sundays! read more

Ordered a chicken sandwich, nuggets, fries and a kale salad. The only option for the kale salad is a side salad. Granted it's a side, Chick-fil-A could have filled the container with the kale salad and not left 3/4 of the container EMPTY! What a rip off to charge $6 for a few bites of salad. Very disappointing. And there was way too much dressing on the salad. I think I got more dressing than actual salad! We order catering from Chick-fil-A for work lunches and that salad is my go to meal, and it's usually very tasty and well blended with just the right mix of salad and dressing. But this side salad was not like the catering salad at all. So disappointing to the point that I will never order that again! read more

Once again crossed state lines to come here. Brian took our order in the drive thru line. So pleasant and professional (duh. Its Chick-fil-A) As always, they chopped that late lunch hour rush down to size in no time. Chick-fil-A - Fast Food Near Me - Teterboro, New Jersey

I have FINALLY dined at a Chick-fil-A, and I'm now OBSESSED. I used the drive thru, and the service was great! The employee I spoke to was not only pleasant, but knowledgeable. The interior from the window looked super clean, after watching the staff make some shakes, I was sad I did not order myself one. I ordered 3 deluxe chicken sandwiches, 1 with bacon, 2 kids meals with nuggets, and a 30 piece nuggets. The chicken was so moist and crunchy at the same time, I was in heaven. Then the waffle fries, also amazing. My 21 month old was literally OBSESSED, he kept asking for more. The nuggets are 'real' chicken, and don't get me started on the chick-fil-a sauce OMG.... I'm seriously considering getting a catering order of them for my daughters small birthday party this weekend. I LOVE Chick-fil-A read more

They gave me two bowls of soup with no utensils... now I got two huge bowls with nothing to eat it with. Thanks a lot. Great quality control read more

Holy crap is Chick-fil-A efficient. While their drive thru is always packed with tons of customers, they have gotten their system down to a tee. Employees wearing masks and taking orders through ipads, you whiz around the drive thru area and can pick up your order in just a few minutes. Ordered fries with tons of sauces (who doesn't love waffle fries) and a cookies and cream milkshake that is made with their delicious ice dream blend. read more

Really can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A, what more can I say! Love stopping by here for the occasional grilled chicken sandwich or breakfast chicken Personally, there's nothing better than a chick-fil-a breakfast. Everything is always fresh and piping hot. They have the drive through process down to a science. The wait can be a little long if it's a super busy time but usually it's pretty prompt. Everyone is always very friendly as well. read more

I was presented with a fair amount of hype about this place being the best of the fast food chicken restaurants, so I finally decided to give it a try. I was immediately impressed by the friendly service, their employees present themselves in a professional manner. The food.... The chicken at Popeye's is far better, the shakes at Sonic are better, and the salad wasn't great. I asked for Balsalmic Vinaigrette, found myself thinking, "Hmmm, maybe I'm more in the mood for Italian", and then found that they gave me Italian, so that was interesting. In any case, while it certainly wasn't traumatic, and ideally I would give it two and a half stars, I feel that I really can't give a restaurant an honest 3 stars when its food didn't inspire me to have an intention to go back. It's sort of to chicken what Five Guys is to burgers. There are simply better options. read more

I haven't been to a chick-fil-a in years as I was only familiar with the one at Paramus Park Mall. This location though knocks the other one out of the "park" (no pun intended lol)! Lines were out the door, but the staff has their routine down like a well oiled machine. The double drive through was literally 12 cars deep in each lane! They are definitely doing something right here from the lines alone! This has to be the cleanest fast food establishment I have been to in my life! Nothing was out of order in the condiment section, tables were spotless, and food was on point! I loved my chicken tenders and waffle fries and hubby loved his grilled chicken cool wrap! The avocado lime ranch dressing accompanying it was the bomb! I was dipping everything in that! Love how they deliver the food to your table too! Before I could even finish grabbing ketchup and napkins they were already out with our food! Plenty of parking, indoor/outdoor seating and an indoor playground for the kiddos. Download their app too for mobile ordering and rewards! Definitely will return here over and over! read more

It wasn't that long ago that the only time I had Chick-fil-A was when I went shopping at the Paramus Park Mall 10 miles from where I live. Now they are popping up all other like Duane Reade. What makes this one stand out is it has a two lane drive thru. I just put my car in Cruise Control, give them my order and in no time I am heading home with a Chick-fil-A bag of Nuggets, Waffle fries with some of that Polynesian sauce and ketchup packets. I must admit that at red lights I be digging into the bag an pulling out a tender morsels of chicken or a huge waffle fry and chomping my face. And if you happen to drive next to me you see me and my kool-Aid grin looking at ya, yeah! read more

I love Chick-fil-A. It's definitely like the holy grail of fast food. Stopped there today to get something quick for my kids. Unfortunately when I got home an order of fries was missing. 3 kids,- 3 meals, 3 drinks but only two orders of fries. Not happy about that but it's not around the corner so I'll take a loss this time and check my bag before I leave next time. Please check your drive through order before you leave! Still three stars because the service was excellent and the food we managed to receive was good. read more

Most inefficient drive thru experience ever. It took about 25 minutes and other Chik-fil-A's are much faster. I didn't pickup my food at the window, instead someone walked to my car and asked for my name. They then went to the window and got food for the car behind me and by that time, they forgot my name. The car behind me can't go anywhere so why are they giving them their food first? Anyways, I repeated my name to the employee who went back to the window and looked through the 15 bags and drinks that were sitting there.. already made! Lfg Teterboro, you're better than this. Also, I feel like I didn't get as many fries as usual and the lid on my cup was not fully intact so it spilled in my car. What a mess. read more

Listen, I don't really do fast food but we have doing an experiment and let me tell you, the chicken sandwich is hands down the best I ever had so far. The price, the thickness of the chicken(real chicken), the breading, I mean it has it all. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu. We were having a little chicken sandwich contest between the chains, and so far chick-fila is #1.. read more

Sadly this was the worst chik fil a I have ever been to. It took us 40 minutes to get through the drive thru! Somehow we got stuck in a slow line and watched many many cars skip us and breeze through. Also, once you're in the queue, there is no way to bail, so you are at the mercy of the 40 min wait. To make things worse, they didn't provide cutlery and forgot salad dressing for the chicken salad we ordered. Fries and nuggets were cold and soggy. I wish they would open more chik fil a's in the area so this one isn't always slammed! We won't go back. read more

This was my first time EVER having from this place. I made an online order to pick up food for my coworkers and I on my break from work and when I arrived, they had no curbside pick up and no in store pick up. I had to wait over 20+ minutes in a drive thru line to get my food. When I finally got my order, I had no time to check the bag because I had to rush back to work with what they handed me. Of course, the bag was missing food!! I tried calling the restaurant to see if someone could help me and got no answer. I had to drive all the way back to pick up what they were missing, dreading that I'd have to wait in that line again. Thankfully I got LUCKY that when I pulled up to the place because the manager was outside and I got to speak to her. She was nice enough to let me in and gave me what I was missing so I didn't have to wait in the drive thru line another 30 minutes. When I got back to work and finally with the missing food, I got to try my sandwich. Another huge let down. The bread must have been so old that It literally FELL APART in my hands. It was so sloppy looking and the chicken was so over cooked that I could barely bring myself to eat it. I am VERY disappointed with the service I received here. First impressions mean a lot, and I was let down. I do not recommend anyone come to this place unless they have all the time in the world to sit in a line and eat air for lunch. read more

Well where to start , the service was good fast thru the line fast food that's where it ends. I skipped KFC to go to a place I grew up on at the Paramus mall YES FOLKS there was a chick-fill-A in Paramus park literally for the last 30 plus years it was a true treat when you went to Paramus park mall. I'm still shaking my head that northern NJ has been acting like they never saw a CFA the one in Ramsey had lines that needed police directing traffic from the lines. Finally the food 3/3pc chicken tenders w 1 side each no drinks &31&change. The tenders were 1/2 if not 3/4 less than the size of a KFC tender & the Mac & cheese was ok at best nothing was hot the way it should've been. The whole pace is a financial disaster for anyone on a budget or wants good food for less. PASS ON CHICK FILL A this co has gotten to big to fast and the quality of the food is only one star because that won't let me leave zero. Hands down the friendliest fast food restaurant known to man. I always get the spicy chicken deluxe and it never disappoints. I love that they add pepper jack cheese. Also the waffle fries are delicious, I wish they had an XL size for those . When it comes to condiments they always ask "if two is okay" which is better than having to beg for more at other chain restaurants. Overall the food matches the service! read more

I've never seen a line that was short. They are amazing with everything. The lines went so quickly the workers moved so quickly. Social distancing and taking the orders. Making sure that they have your order correctly down to me getting the food. The workers were SOOOO SWEET. i have honestly never had a fast food workers be this amazing and sweet. I am not sure if this location was having an off day, but I have never experienced this type of service at any of its establishment. When I first ordered my fries were cold and felt like they had been sitting for a while. I asked for them to be replaced and they were. The chicken was also very oily and tasted like the oil needed to be changed. Also, they messed up on the chicken sandwich because I said no pickles and there were pickles on the sandwich. By this time I was so frustrated that I didnt want to go and ask them to fix it. This could have been an off day, maybe I will return and update my review another time read more

Not exactly happy tonight. My fries are soggy and the lack of sauce and the fact of addition to the sandwiches that we got our terrible. I got a large fry and only make it look like a small and when I asked for multiple sauce I was given was ONLY one sauce. If I wanted this kind of service I could go to McDonald's. This was definitely a waste. I said the chicken is completely soggy looks like it's been reheated. In the last two experiences, the window attendant's have become unscrupulously stingy with their dipping sauce practices. The gentlemen whose name begins with G first told me that they were running low on the chik-fil-a sauce (the bs alert meter went off). So I asked for two other sauces to which they obliged. At the window, I was frustrated to find the bag lacking those additional requested sauces. To which they replied in alternate terms, they would only allowed to give two sauces for that entree. To which I replied I would purchase the two additional then, to which they told me they could only offer me an entire bottle for sale. This sort of experience is unacceptable and unbecoming of such a fine establishment, if you are going to impose limits like lesser establishments, allow purchase of additional al a carte packets. This stingy behavior has not place or home. Thank you. I don't expect it to happen again. read more
