30 Burgers 30 Park Ave. Rutherford, NJ 07070 A1 Bleu Burger Take the store name literally as it symbolizes the number of burger options. And in this particular case, it also represents the street address (that's a neat coincidence considering this is a franchise). The tasty burger has a slight kick to it. The A1 Steak Sauce and bleu cheese crumble were a great combination. I would have preferred romance lettuce in place of shredded lettuce. Unfortunately, all sides are à la carte. As a bonus, board games are available if you wish to play. #30burgers #specialtyburger #a1steaksauce #bleucheese

Came to 30 Burgers, for the first time, and enjoyed the visit. Its a casual eatery, with indoor and outdoor seating. The staff members are very helpful and the service is quick. I wanted to try 30 Burgers, because of the variety of burgers. The paper menu describes every item in detail and they serve a lot more than just burgers (hotdogs, salads, wings, and milkshakes). We ordered the following: Chipotle Bison Burger (Bison patty, cheddar cheese, mayo, lettuce, onion straws, tomato). Mushroom Swiss Burger (Beef patty, swiss cheese, parmesan butter, mushroom). Also, the side order of sweet potato fries were just as good as the burgers. Both of these burgers were juicy, cooked at the desired firmness, and well seasoned. I noticed that the outdoor seating area is well laid out and I'm certain, that the lighting above the outdoor area makes it even nicer in the evening. I also noticed, that music events take place. From karaoke, open mics, and live music. If you can't make it to the Rutherford location there are others in Hoboken, Newark, and Linden. I'll definitely return to 30 Burgers and recommend this business.

I ordered delivery from 30 burgers, I've never tried their food before. I was craving something spicy so I ordered the six alarm burger, fries and a funnel cake. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my meal. The burger bun was stale, and I wasn't a fan of the sauce flavor. The patty was cooked well done as requested though. The fries were okay, they were over fried though. I was excited to try the funnel cake, which was actually quite good but they didn't include any of the sauces as described (chocolate or caramel). So of course, it was dry. But I just dipped it in some Nutella and it was really good. I don't know if I'll ever order from here again, maybe the funnel cake, in person so I get my sauce!

Ordered DoorDash for this chilly night and am happy we did! Even for takeout food was packaged and presented well. Fries were still crispy and hot despite being in a brown bag steaming. The burger was still nice and warm and the hotdogs just needed a quick zap. Reheated the mozzarella sticks in the toaster oven along with the fries, although the fries didn't need it. Check out the pic with that gooey mootz stretching. Burger was cooked medium with just the appropriate amount of toppings and not sloppily thrown on. It was also wrapped in paper so you could easily eat it on the street or in your car. Hotdogs were quite enjoyable as I went with a chili cheese onion and a Chicago dog. What I loved about the Chicago dog is that they finely chopped all the toppings more like a relish so it was evenly dispersed. The burger was a bacon cheeseburger and cooked perfectly medium. They definitely did not skim on portion. The regular fries had plenty of flavor so I'm not too sure what seasoned fries would taste like but these were excellent. We would absolutely return and try more of their options. I like that they also have some Halal, Indian and Greek options as well. One of the better burger joints.

My son and I was in the mood for burgers the other night, so we hit up 30 Burgers in Rutherford. We ordered online which was a smooth process. As expected, parking is rough. There's only street parking on a busy Park Ave. After circling around numerous times, I found a spot on a side street. Everything was ready when I arrived. Inside was clean and very casual and there are tables inside if you choose to stay and eat as well. I went with the Chicago Dog, The A1 Blue Burger and chili cheese fries. My son got the Mac and Cheese Burger and plain fries. So...... The hot dog wasn't bad. I have a different vision of a Chicago Dog and this wasn't exactly it. The hot dog itself was good. My take on it is a hybrid of a dirty water dog and possibly flash grilled at the end. There was a relish mixture on it that was good but not "Chicago". The hamburger was a disappointment. It took about 4 bites before I even got to any A1 sauce. Then add the fact that there was possibly 2 pieces of blue cheese chunks, at best, on it. Not a good representation of the description. The burger itself was average. Nothing I would run back to. The fries were slightly above average. I'm guessing canned chili, which isn't a bad thing and in this case was a suitable option. At the end of the day, it's OK for a different option but unfortunately this was a one and done for me.

Great burgers, onion rings, chili-cheese fries & shakes. Self service with a nice outdoor and indoor seating. The out door seating is very nice when weather is permitting.

I liked this place! Pros: - they have lots of options. The menu is a mix of different cuisines put into burger form, which will suite tons of palettes. - the food is great! flavors are strong but not overwhelming - it's a made to order place, but only took like 15 min for my food Cons: - parking is rough - the food is soooo messy! I had the sauce and oil from the burger running down my arm. The paper sleeve the burger came in, as well as their napkins, are very cheap and didn't do anything. I'd go again! Their menu and burger of the month definitely interest me but I would take it home and put it in a strong napkin so it doesn't make a mess again

In addition to chicken, they serve BBQ ribs, burgers, sandwiches, paninis, and wraps. They also have the classic comfort food sides like mac & cheese and cornbread. The interior is similar to a fast food take-out restaurant, but don't be fooled. They cook everything fresh on the spot using non-processed meat. Even their sauces are produced in small batches based on demand. Trust me, you'll be able to smell all of that deliciousness once you walk in. We were greeted by a friendly employee who gave us some recommendations on wing sauces. We ordered the Wing Sampler (~$22 for 15 pieces), fries (~$5), and cornbread (~$3). For our wings, we were able to choose up to 3 sauces. I was a bit disappointed that they don't offer any dry rubs, only wet marinades... dry rub or bust. We went with the Original Mild House Sauce, Sweet Thai, and Jerk Seasoning. The wings were huge, meaty, and tender! All of the sauces were delicious, but my favorite was the Sweet Thai. The jerk sauce had the right blend of ingredients, giving you that kick of heat and flavor. They went a bit heavier on the breading than what I prefer. I prefer no breading with a crunchy skin. The french fries were crispy. The corn bread was sweet and moist. We would return to try more wing flavors!

We ordered way too much because I underestimated how big one order would be (but I'm not complaining)! We had leftovers for days so needless to say, I was sick of Korean fried chicken by the end of it. I really liked the spicy soy garlic but didn't love the sweet and spicy. I had a very disappointing and honestly embarrassing experience today at bb.q Chicken…read more I was genuinely excited to eat here because I've had a good experience with their food before. Unfortunately, this visit was the complete opposite. I ordered at the counter with no issues. I asked which options were sweet and spicy, made my choice, paid, and was given a buzzer. Everything seemed fine. After ordering food from other vendors (which I received with no problem), I realized my buzzer never went off. So I walked back to the counter to check on my order. That's when things went left. The cashier told me there was no order under my buzzer number (#02) -- that my order didn't exist. I went back to my table, grabbed my receipt, and brought it to her. It clearly showed order #20, meaning she either gave me the wrong buzzer or entered the number incorrectly. A simple mistake... or at least it should have been. Instead of fixing it, she refused to help. She immediately became defensive and insisted that someone in my party -- specifically my daughter, who never even approached the counter -- must have already taken the food. That accusation alone was inappropriate and completely false. From there, the situation escalated unnecessarily. I was met with dismissiveness, accusations, and even laughter. I was told I would not receive my food or a refund. This went on for 30-40 minutes. It was honestly embarrassing. They have cameras pointed directly at the counter, and I even suggested they check them -- because why would anyone argue this long over something they didn't pay for? It made no sense. At one point, I had to stand there and refuse to let additional orders go through until the situation was addressed, because she simply would not budge. As a business owner myself, I was shocked. If there's ever confusion with an order, you fix it. You remake the food or issue a refund. Instead, I was treated with suspicion and disrespect over an $18 order. I don't like to make things about race, but as a woman of color, the way I was spoken to and dismissed did not sit right with me. Security from American Dream Mall was called, but they said they couldn't help since the restaurant is third-party -- which only added to the frustration. I ended up recording part of the situation because of how poorly it was being handled. At that point, I didn't even care about the food anymore -- I just wanted my money back. The cashier called the owner, and instead of resolving it properly, I was asked for my personal information and told that if they refunded me and later decided I was "wrong," they could take legal action against me. Over chicken. Completely inappropriate and intimidating. After all of that, 30-40 minutes later, she suddenly "found" my order in the system and processed the refund -- which only confirmed that the mistake was on their end all along. This situation should have taken one minute to fix. Instead, it turned into a drawn-out, public ordeal where I was treated disrespectfully and made to feel like I was doing something wrong. Other customers were watching, waiting, and some even left -- so the business lost money over something that was entirely avoidable. Mistakes happen. But how you treat customers when they do is what matters most. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long time.

While there are a few non-chicken items on the menu, they're all minor sidekicks to the obvious star. The first order of fried chicken business is to determine whether you want boneless or wings, then to choose the flavor. Some of these will be saucy, while others seem more of a powdered variety. When you're finished ordering, they hand you a pager that rings and vibrates when your order is ready. Wanting to try as much of a variety as possible, our family ordered a boneless soy garlic and original spicy wings. On the plus side, the chicken is pretty good. Our soy garlic boneless chicken had healthy breading that stayed crispy even with a healthy dousing of that sweet and savory sauce. As good as the boneless chicken was, the wings were more tender and flavorful (as is the case with most Korean fried chicken places). The 'original spicy' is a powdered flavoring. While it's not the three-flame fire that was insinuated on the menu, there's a nice little back-of-the-throat burn. I enjoyed these just fine, but I felt pretty greasy and heavy at the end of it all. I was also shocked at the cost. Our order topped out at nearly $77 for sixteen pieces. I'm learning that's typical of Korean fried chicken places, but for me, the value just wasn't there.

But sometimes... a (middle of the road) "3" is just how it goes. Case in point: Bullhorns. Inside is a bit 'cold' and 'underdeveloped' and not a place I'd want to eat-in at. Guy behind the counter... a bit cold himself. (All good, retail is a cruel biz I know from experience.) As for the food... it's hard to stand out in a crowded field when it comes to burgers 'n fries and what they're doing is solid but it's also not that memorable. The fries (I ordered two which was more than plenty for four hungry people - they're taking a page from Five Guys on being generous with the serving size) were crunchy and flavorful. The burgers - they do not skimp on the patty size or toppings and everything worked well together but... yeah, it's a burger. (I was the only one that seemed to really dig what they ordered.) Maybe worth a mention: most chains when they offer something "hot" (spicy) - it's not that serious, right? You need to keep it safe (tame) for the masses. Well Bullhorns' "Devil's Revenge" was not hyperbole and my one kid (that usually loves spicy food) stood up after just one bite to walk it off. He went back for another and was sweating. (Poor kid begged his mom to swap burgers so she'd have to endure the capsaicin-overload.) For a chain they can't compete with the likes of Shake Shack or even Smashburger. If I found myself in the area again (with a hankering for a burger and fries) - I'd rather drive a few minutes out of the way to hit Bun Buddies over in Wood-Ridge for a much better meal. 3-stars it is.

This half chicken made me feel like I was in dining at Medieval Times in Lyndhurst! The only thing missing was a tournament with gladiators grappling in a colosseum! Between the tasty meats, strictly confidential house made barbecue sauce, and the excellent service from the manager and the servers, I was very content and my crave for barbecue has been happily fulfilled! #jimdandys #killermeats #barbecue #MangoHabanero #smokedbrisket #rackofribs #pulledpork #barbecuechicken

Finally got to check this place out the other day with another couple and my husband. We only had…read moreto wait 10 mins for table without a reservation which was nice. The service I found to be on the slower side especially when it came waiting for water and drinks. The ambiance is absolutely beautiful and I love their sake menu- it has so many choices!!! The food menu has a lot to offer. I do however feel like they do whatever they can to potentially upcharge the guest. For example, I honestly do not know any hibachi place that does not offer soup or give you a choice of noodles or fried rice- this place offers steamed white rice for the meal knowing almost everyone is going to pay for upgrade. All of us chose to upgrade, I wound up getting the vegetable fried rice, when my husband and two other friends got the chicken fried rice. There was another family next to us that also upgraded to chicken fried rice (about 3 of them). This place used ONE small chicken breast chopped it up into little pieces for 6 people which I thought was absolutely insane. Even with all this going on- I would be a liar if I said the food wasn't outstanding because it absolutely was- it was easily one of the best hibachi meals I have had in a long time- the quality of the steak was nothing but perfection- the rice and shrimp were mouthwatering good- and the salad was fantastic. I wish my scallops had a little more flavor but I was happy with my combo meal overall. We even ordered the Spicy Tuna Crispy rice app and it was one of the best I have ever had. My meal was also supposed to come with ice cream and they never asked me if I wanted it or brought anything out to me so that was disappointing. The show was ok- typical fried rice heart beating with onion volcano. No shrimp getting tossed into the air to catch or sake squirting though. In my opinion- food outstanding 5 star worthy, but it also needs a lot of work done before this place gets a higher rating.

I'll start by saying the restaurant itself is beautiful. The ambiance is inviting, the restrooms…read moreare clean, and the staff are friendly at first impression, but BEWARE... vultures with a smile. However, my experience left me with some concerns--particularly around pricing and communication. We were a party of one adult and one child, and an automatic 18% gratuity was applied. This caught me off guard, as I typically see that for larger parties. I didn't initially notice it and ended up tipping on top of it, which added to the overall frustration. The bigger issue came with the meal itself. My mini ordered hibachi with scallops from the children's menu, but I was later charged $60 for the dish. When I asked for clarification, I was informed that scallops are not included on the children's menu and that the charge reflected an adult entrée. Unfortunately, this was not communicated at the time of ordering, which would have been helpful in making an informed decision. Olivia also charged me for a "fountain drink" I didn't order. I only ordered a sparkling water and pineapple juice for my child. There were also a few smaller service inconsistencies--for example, I requested sparkling water but was initially served still water before it was corrected. While the staff remained polite, I would have appreciated more transparency and attentiveness throughout the experience. Overall, while the restaurant is aesthetically pleasing, I recommend asking detailed questions about menu items and pricing before ordering to avoid any surprises. For me, the experience did not align with the value received. Olivia pumped me for sure but NEVER AGAIN! I CAUTION ANYONE who wants to patronize this establishment. Extremely high prices for less than mediocre hibachi!
