Finally got to check this place out the other day with another couple and my husband. We only had to wait 10 mins for table without a reservation which was nice. The service I found to be on the slower side especially when it came waiting for water and drinks. The ambiance is absolutely beautiful and I love their sake menu- it has so many choices!!! The food menu has a lot to offer. I do however feel like they do whatever they can to potentially upcharge the guest. For example, I honestly do not know any hibachi place that does not offer soup or give you a choice of noodles or fried rice- this place offers steamed white rice for the meal knowing almost everyone is going to pay for upgrade. All of us chose to upgrade, I wound up getting the vegetable fried rice, when my husband and two other friends got the chicken fried rice. There was another family next to us that also upgraded to chicken fried rice (about 3 of them). This place used ONE small chicken breast chopped it up into little pieces for 6 people which I thought was absolutely insane. Even with all this going on- I would be a liar if I said the food wasn't outstanding because it absolutely was- it was easily one of the best hibachi meals I have had in a long time- the quality of the steak was nothing but perfection- the rice and shrimp were mouthwatering good- and the salad was fantastic. I wish my scallops had a little more flavor but I was happy with my combo meal overall. We even ordered the Spicy Tuna Crispy rice app and it was one of the best I have ever had. My meal was also supposed to come with ice cream and they never asked me if I wanted it or brought anything out to me so that was disappointing. The show was ok- typical fried rice heart beating with onion volcano. No shrimp getting tossed into the air to catch or sake squirting though. I'll start by saying the restaurant itself is beautiful. The ambiance is inviting, the restrooms are clean, and the staff are friendly at first impression, but BEWARE... vultures with a smile. However, my experience left me with some concerns--particularly around pricing and communication. We were a party of one adult and one child, and an automatic 18% gratuity was applied. This caught me off guard, as I typically see that for larger parties. I didn't initially notice it and ended up tipping on top of it, which added to the overall frustration. The bigger issue came with the meal itself. My mini ordered hibachi with scallops from the children's menu, but I was later charged $60 for the dish. When I asked for clarification, I was informed that scallops are not included on the children's menu and that the charge reflected an adult entrée. Unfortunately, this was not communicated at the time of ordering, which would have been helpful in making an informed decision. Olivia also charged me for a "fountain drink" I didn't order. I only ordered a sparkling water and pineapple juice for my child. There were also a few smaller service inconsistencies--for example, I requested sparkling water but was initially served still water before it was corrected. While the staff remained polite, I would have appreciated more transparency and attentiveness throughout the experience. Overall, while the restaurant is aesthetically pleasing, I recommend asking detailed questions about menu items and pricing before ordering to avoid any surprises. Saturday March 28th, I went out with my family for my birthday, a party of 10. Everything seemed very nice at first. Server greeted us (dont remember his name) grabbed our drink orders. He only brought back some, we reminded him of the others, not a big deal (until he continued it throughout the entire dinner). Chef came out, started doing a few tricks and accidentally hit my sauces and ginger sauce spilled all over my jacket and pants (it even went into the sleeve of my jacket). I had to leave the table to clean myself off. My husband spoke to the Manager and she said she'd take care of my dinner and drink. Great. I was a bit disheartened because not only was I was covered in sauce but I also missed the show. Accidents happen, so it was fine. After dinner, servers came out, brought ice cream and sang happy birthday to me, it was very sweet (didn't see our server). Everyone else in my party also had dessert come with their entrees but it did not come out. Our server finally came out of hiding 15mins after my dessert came so we were finally able to ask for the rest of them. Whatever, he wasn't that great. It didn't solidify anything until we finally got the check. The wrong items were comped for me. Once we asked him to correct them, he decided to charge us for more expensive drinks that were actually had. We're assuming it was to make up for the one comped entree and mocktail. We asked his manager to fix it and he decided to start arguing and yelling at us; that we're wrong and that we didn't know what we ordered. We're all adults. None of us were even close to being drunk, it was 5 drinks at a table of 10 people. He persisted arguing and the lady manager decided to run away. Everything was poorly handled and to put it simply, this place ruined the end of my birthday and that server got away with the auto gratuity that he did not deserve a single penny of and I was left needing to get all of my clothes dry cleaned. My husband called a couple days later to speak to the GM. The GM said he will "see what he can do" for us and that he will reach back out. It's now been a week since then, no call. We wanted to give them a second chance but clearly they don't know how to properly handle anything. Mind you, my whole party works in restaurants; my husband and I being managers. Had dinner here a little over a week ago. The food was fine nothing special for Hibachi, but serviceable. The Hibachi chef lost his spatula and it landed in my wife's ginger sauce and it landed on her, getting all over her pants and jacket, we've since had to get it deep cleaned. Im not upset at the chef as accidents happen, and he was very apologetic about it. The manager offered to comp my wife's meal as well since it was her birthday. However, at the end of the meal, after my wife and her friends were gone for the entire "show" trying to scrub thick viscous ginger sauce out of her clothes in the bathroom, we get the check, which had the wrong item taken off. We alerted th manager who went and fixed it. We then get a bill back that had incorrect drink items on it. We ordered 2 drinks that were $15 and 3 drinks that were $9, and the server charged us for 5 of the $15 drinks. Simple mistake again, these things happen, I go to ask if we can have that fixed. The server then clocks me talking to the manager again from a few tables away and beelines toward us, immediately getting confrontational and trying to argue with us. We explained the mistake and he kept trying to escalate the situation and getting aggressive. The manager at that point just kind of walked away when the server started up with us. We decided to just pay the bill and leave because we are not trying to get into a fight with our server and we just wanted to leave. My biggest regret is the fact that the check was auto-grated and the server still got $100 from us after all this. Everybody at the table are long time restaurant staff, so we try to be understanding and are easy to please, but this experience was insane. I've never had a server try to start a fight with us. I am a restaurant manager myself and that kind of behavior essentially being okayed is baffling to me. Instead of leaving a bad review immediately I decided to wait and call back to ask the GM if we could get some help resolving the situation. I spoke to him a few days later and he said he would speak to the staff on duty and try to help us in correcting the check. It's now been a week and I've gotten no call back so I can assume they've either forgotten us or decided not to help. We chose Dream 360 for my son's 17th birthday dinner. The ambience is absolutely gorgeous--the moment you walk in, it feels special. There's a huge, stunning bar that immediately catches your eye, and what really makes it unique is that it faces Big Snow, so you can actually watch people going up the ski lift. It adds such a cool, almost cinematic touch to the experience. The hibachi room is truly something else. It's filled with beautiful murals and decorative flowers, creating a peaceful, Zen-garden vibe rather than the loud, crowded feel you usually get at hibachi restaurants. The tables are nicely spaced out, which we really appreciated--you're not hovering over the next group and it feels comfortable, relaxed as well as intimate. The food was delicious, cooked perfectly and full of flavor and the service was just as impressive. Overall, Dream 360 delivered a memorable dining experience that felt elevated, calm and fun all at once. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after spending my actual birthday, May 9, 2026, at your restaurant for both my birthday and Mother's Day celebration with my family of four, I feel you should know what kind of experience we had, just in case Joshua didn't already brief you. First, the restaurant itself is visually beautiful. The decor and atmosphere are perfect and create the expectation of a high-end hibachi experience. Unfortunately, the food and service were nowhere near the level the restaurant presents itself to be. We ordered 3 filet hibachi dinners, 1 shrimp, and 1 chicken, along with chicken fried rice upgrades at $8 each. Shockingly, every single protein tasted exactly the same because the chef used an almost obscene amount of pepper butter on everything while apparently forgetting that hibachi is supposed to involve flavor from teriyaki, soy sauce, garlic, sake, or literally any seasoning profile beyond excessive butter and pepper. The filet, shrimp, and chicken were nearly indistinguishable in taste. The most unbelievable part of the night was when the hibachi chef gave THREE of the FOUR chicken fried rice portions that WE ordered and paid for to another family sitting at our table. They hadn't even ordered fried rice. We paid roughly $35 extra with tax for fried rice upgrades and ended up receiving basically half-portions because our food was handed to strangers. The service somehow managed to be even worse than the food. Our waiter was extremely rude, barely checked on the table, and only refilled water one time during the entire meal. For a celebration dinner on Mother's Day weekend, the level of inattentiveness was unacceptable. What pushed this experience from disappointing to insulting was the complete lack of follow-through afterward. I submitted an email complaint and the manager, Joshua, called me on Monday, May 11. He admitted that what happened was unacceptable and said it was not in line with your establishment's standards. He also told me he would speak with his boss, which I presume is you, and call me back. It is now Thursday, and I have received absolutely no response from him or anyone else. At this point, the issue is no longer just bad food or poor service, it's the unprofessional and demeaning way this situation was handled afterward. If management acknowledges a serious mistake and promises follow-up, the bare minimum is actually following through. A beautiful restaurant can only carry you so far. I was very excited that a new teppanyaki place opened so we tried them out. The food overall was decent but its was a but lacking and not worth the price compared to other places. Will explain. 1. Scallops were on the smaller side and very salty. Definitely not worth $59 which was one of most expansive item they had. 2. Veggies only consisted of squash and onion. Qty was very small. 3. They had 2 sauces, one was ginger and a creamy one that was similar to mustard/yum yum sauce but flavor was not strong. Ginger one was good. 4. Salad was ok but they dont offer soup. 5. There was about 7 tables but only 2-3 chefs going around. They even had empty tables and people waiting outside. They definitely need to hire more people. Also, they kept forgetting things like giving us white rice, etc. The teppanyaki "show" was very minimal compared to most. Some people may like that but I would assume most wouldn't. After all, that is the reason many go to Teppanyaki instead of just ordering from a dining room. I would give this place another try later on to see if they improved for an updated review. read more

Made a reservation for 5:45pm, was kept in a crowded holding area for over an hour - repeatedly telling us we were "next" when we asked. I was also condescendingly told that they "can't just tell other guests to leave while they are eating". I'm pretty sure just about every other restaurant that takes reservations has been able to problem solve for this. Seated a little after 7pm. 4 adults and 3 starving kids. The atmosphere is nice, but the food was mediocre and overpriced. We were given a 15% discount on our meal but this was totally not worth it. We thought we'd save time by eating in the mall, but in hindsight, we could have driven to a much nicer place with better food in the surrounding area - and been done by 7ish. I was already at the mall and discovered that there was a hibachi restaurantwhile I was on the 3rd floor. The 360 dream restaurant as a whole looks really nice. The hibachi area was really large and spacious. The hibachi chef and servers were really nice. The food was pretty on brand for hibachi food as far as taste wise. There wasn't anything extraordinary about anything in particular. But I was surprised at how hibachi fried rice wasn't included like it is at other establishments. You have to order it order it as an add on. Instead you get steamed white rice. You do get some shrimp with whichever hibachi entree you pick which is nice. Overall it's a little pricey depending on what you get but it was a nice experience nonetheless. read more

Tried out the new hibachi restaurant at American Dream with the family today. While the place looks sleek and modern, they are definitely still working out the kinks. To start, one of the hibachi tables wasn't fully working. Although we were seated early, groups who arrived after us had chefs begin cooking before we did. Our server also forgot all of our appetizers, which included the spicy edamame, gyoza dumplings, and spicy tuna crispy rice. We reminded him about the tuna crispy rice, which came out about ten minutes later, but the rest never showed up. On a positive note, our hibachi chef was fantastic. She was skilled, entertaining, and full of energy. Even better, she was Chilean, just like my husband and his family, which led to fun conversation and plenty of laughs with Chilean jokes throughout the meal. She truly made the experience more enjoyable. As for the food: I ordered the scallop hibachi entrée. While the rice and noodles were delicious, the scallops were undercooked in places, which is not ideal unless you specifically want them raw. The vegetable portion was limited to just zucchini and onions, which was odd considering most hibachi spots also include mushrooms and carrots. The salad was tiny, and no soup was served. I'm used to receiving miso or onion soup as part of the meal, so that was disappointing. My daughter ordered the tofu hibachi, but the tofu lacked seasoning and tasted very plain. My husband ordered the lobster tail and received two tails. After the chef cooked them on the table, she placed the meat back into the shells for presentation. By the time I took my phone out to take a picture, he was already halfway finished. I take that as a sign that he really enjoyed it. My mother-in-law ordered the salmon hibachi and cleared her entire plate. Everyone at the table received shrimp, though they came chopped into small pieces rather than the typical two whole shrimp per person. The dipping sauces were standard ginger and mustard, but they did not offer yum-yum sauce, which was a big letdown for my husband and daughter. As for drinks, I ordered the coconut mojito, which was just okay. My daughter originally asked for a Moscow mule, but they didn't have the ingredients to make it, so she switched to a lychee margarita, which everyone at the table ended up liking. My husband was happy with his still water, which turned out to be Saratoga, his favorite. To end the meal, they brought out complimentary ice cream, which was a pleasant surprise. I had the green tea flavor and my husband had the vanilla. The portion size was generous for something that was included with the meal, and it was a nice way to wrap things up. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and could be a great spot for birthday celebrations. However, at $52 for a salty scallop meal that included a very small salad and minimal vegetables, the pricing didn't seem to match the value. I'm hopeful they'll improve over time and may return in the future to see how things evolve. read more

Myself and 4 other family members went to the Sekai Hibachi tonight. I do not usually like to leave bad reviews; however, we had reservations at 6:30. We arrived by 6:15 or so. We waited until AFTER 7:45 to be seated. We were about to leave but felt we had invested enough time that we will wait it out a bit longer. Our waitress was very pleasant and our hibachi chef was entertaining. The food was quite bland. Fried rice was extra on top of the already inflated prices. For 5 adults our bill before tip was $466.00! Insanity!!! I do not recommend this place since there are so many other mediocre spots to eat at American Dream. Dream 360 is, overall, a very compelling concept. The venue itself is modern, visually appealing, and thoughtfully designed. We began our visit with the golf simulator, which was enjoyable, and the drinks were reasonably priced. After golf, we proceeded to our hibachi reservation. Upon entering the hibachi area, the room was noticeably very warm, with a heavy film of grease and meat odors lingering in the air. While the space maintained a sleek and polished appearance, the hibachi tables lacked proper ventilation or overhead hoods to effectively manage smoke, grease, and odors. The food itself was flavorful and met expectations for the price point. The hibachi chef was personable, engaging, and clearly skilled, which added positively to the experience. Will not be returning. When I arrived with my family of 4, there was a 25-minute wait, which is completely normal, but we ended up being seated after 10 minutes. Drinks and food were ordered soon after sitting, and after the drinks came, we just waited and waited and waited for over an hour. The family next to us continued to complain to our waitress, who just kept saying that the chef would be out shortly. After an hour and a half (we timed it), the chef came out with his cart and kept having other chefs come over because, surprise, the grill was never turned on. It took about another 10-15 minutes for the grill to be fully heated as the family next to us finally got up and left. The manager came over multiple times and was very incompetent. He did not seem to have any management over the chefs and barely said his apologies. All the people who were seated after us at other tables had already had their chef cook for them, and they had finished eating at this point. Once the grill came on and we had all the food, the actual hibachi portion of cooking and eating took 40 minutes. We only received a 15% discount, making our bill a total of about $120 without tip (originally about $140). Mind you, I had shared my meal with one family member, making each meal about $45, which, for a small portion of steak and shrimp, definitely was not worth it. My mango lemonade tasted like mango-flavored water, and the food was average for hibachi. You could definitely find better prices and a better atmosphere elsewhere. The restaurant was also very loud, while still being sectioned off from the rest of the mall. My family did not argue with anyone whatsoever, but my family member is diabetic and had a hard time with the wait for getting a drink when his sugar was low, and then on top of that, waiting for the food. I was starving when I came in, but the feeling had subsided after waiting so long for the food to come out. At the very beginning, when we had our orders taken, I made it known I had a sesame seed allergy, yet the chef still put sesame seeds all over the grill. The one positive was when asked our waitress if they had the traditional mustard sauce that hibachi places do not use anymore, and so she brought us out four bowls of it. Our entire trip to the mall became about waiting for hibachi. You would think they have it more together for just opening.
