everytime i try and give this place a chance they are always so disappointing. at every other restaurant you can upgrade a drink even if there's an upcharge but no you're not allowed to at this one. something like this always happens when i order from this and it's about time i learned my mistakes. i will never come back. this location is awful. truly. read more

Employment because they're mean disrespectful to the people who is ordering and they take forever. Food is always cold. Taste like it's from the day before the french fries aren't even french fries they're plastic not literally. The drive-through always takes forever sitting at curbside takes about 30 minutes if not more when I'm not even that busy. They're always on their phones. Do not recommend zero stars if I could. read more

Service, what there was of it , was horrible she obviously didn't want to be there. Food was cold and coffee was ok. I'd give this location a wide berth!! read more

Waited 10 minutes at the counter. When someone finally walked up, with a smile and friendly attitude I said "ya ready boss? :)" and he harshly responded "Absolutely not. Go to the terminal man." So I just left. I get people can be busy and understaffed, but what is the counter terminals and rude customer service for if you're not going to help the walk-in customers. So rude. I feel bad for the sweet old lady was patiently waiting in line behind me read more

This location is filthy. There was trash and food all over the floor, flies were abundant, and the trash area was covered in dead flies. Behind the counter was also really dirty--unappetizing. The kids selected "no toy" on their meals and both got a toy, so I guess they are going for max waste. The food was standard McDonalds. read more

Stopped on our road trip. 9:20 am Egg McMuffins were good and those hashbrowns yum! Service was amazing. We had not even sat down and we had delivery of our breakfast. No flies so they must have cleaned up that issue. Restroom clean but no toilet seat covers. read more

Do you guys just not understand how to take basic fast food orders? Absolutely amazes me that the two times I have went to this location the order is completely wrong. Just a bunch of lazy workers. read more

I dont know what everyones talking about its like every other normal mcdonalds to be honest the food is good the drinks are drinks...

This place was filthy and swarming with flies. flies on walls, walking on the floor, all over tables, in the kitchen area. streaks and grime everywhere. this place needs a good scrub or people will get sick from eating there. 9.30.23 read more

Slow slow slow service and the staff was not very friendly at all. McDonald's keeps raising prices but service is going downhill.

Very rude customer service ! Girl at the window was very rude and sarcastic. When doing my card payment held the pin pad where I couldn't even put my pin in . read more

I asked for no salt on my fries yet I got a tun of salt on them, don't know how hard it is to not put salt on fries. . . It's not they're just lazy and don't want to do it, I also went there and one of the workers there named Zenaida or something had an attitude, I simply asked her to fix it and got a very rude answer back and snapped back at her and drove off, great customer service. read more

McDonald's! My favorite place for fast food. It's always the first thing that pops into my head, and it's mostly because of the French fries there. I think most people have experienced this establishment at least once, and I think almost every experience is similar. The thing about a chain restaurant like McDonald's is that their goal is to pump out food quickly (it's fast food for a reason), and when speed is such an important factor, quality of service leaves a lot to be desired. I've noticed, especially lately, that the people have lost a lot of the vibrance they used to have, which upsets me. Most of them don't smile, some won't even talk to you unless they must. But I'm also noticing fewer mistakes. I would be thrilled if they could somehow equal those two things out more. I understand how frazzling it can be, especially on a busy day. But if I smile at you, and you return that smile to me, it makes the day better for both parties. That being said, I love the food there, the greasy, fatty goodness that wreaks havoc on your body, but makes your soul happy. I don't care if it's bad for me, gimme that salt and processed patty fun. That might be an unpopular opinion, but I can't be the only one who feels that way. read more

Went here as a relief from my shitty experience at the new Starbucks next door. Yes, I actually came to Mickey D's to get another coffee after getting one from the Bucks. Yeah I know I fucked up, but I'm sure the whole town of Ontario is one big fuck up. I had to order each item three times. They did get the order right though, and the coffee did suck, but I preferred it over the dirty chai I had just received at starbucks. Thanks McDonald's for being the same consistent bullshit. I couldn't even get that from Starbucks. read more

If I could give Zero stars I would just based on customer service. When I asked for more ketchup, the staff member at the window hurriedly threw a handful at me as if it was a bother to them that I asked for more. Ended up having more land on the ground and hitting side of my car than in my hand. He then slammed the window behind him. read more

We normally never eat at McDonald's but it was late at night and we had just checked into a hotel and decided to give it a try. When we pulled up to the drive-up we notice that they had a $10 deal of two cheeseburgers two fries and two 10 piece chicken nuggets. We decided to give that a try. We took it back to her hotel room and decided to dig in. I'll have to say that everything was steaming hot and delicious. the service is great through the drive-thru and the food was delicious. read more

The foods was adeqate for a McDonald's. But trying to eat and swating flys does not a good experience make. read more

McDonald's - a lot of birds flying in the sky - Burgers Near Me - Ontario, Oregon

I've been to many, many McDonald's in my years, but I've never experienced a staff as pleasant, polite and accommodating as this one. I wanted to pack them up and take them home and put them in place at my local McDonald's. This is where all McDonald's employees should be trained! read more

It's in need of some major cleaning. The place is really dirty. The workers are not very courteous and often mess up orders. Seems like a managerial issue that needs fixed. The food is the usual McDonald's fare (we go because it's open, fast, and we're hungry). read more

I love McDonald's, but this McDonald's is awful. They are extremely rude and inside is disgusting. A lady yelled at me about their signature sauce because I called it regular sauce. She yelled at me! I avoid this place at all costs! Jack in the Box across the street is so much better! read more

I tried to get a iced coffee here months ago and because of my experience I haven't been back. To my disgust I watched a employee which happened to be a manager clean up garbage from the floor and touch a mop then start making my coffee without washing his hands. Since the other reviews were posted the store was torn down and a new one built, which opened this week. I'm not so sure that that the one from July is even for the same store, there are TWO in tis town and this location was razed just before summer and was being rebuilt...the other location is on the lot of the old West Park Plaza mall near the other end of town (I've lived here 35 years so I remember both being built). The drive-thru and access are still not very good and the company seems to be adopting this layout across it's new store and remodels. There are now two drive thru ordering points, three windows, two waiting spots and the drive thru line and entry lane to park are next to each other, meaning that the parking is not only rather tight but you have to look out for cars as you try to enter the store. The entrance was previously on the right side. A building was constructed between McDonalds and the Burger King on the other side of the lot with a Starbucks, phone store and something else and you could previously find overflow parking in that area. I don't even consider the location bike friendly and I don't drive. the person that took me there had at least been there the day before and was acquainted with the lot. The store was clean though and the staff were helpful (and of course all new hires). With the new store the old play area is gone. I did not locate the restrooms, I didn't know where they were. I didn't use the order kiosk, the cashier took my order and was most helpful and she also helped people with various tasks such as bringing sauces to tables. The store was very busy with a lot of customers, none of them seemed unhappy. All in all I liked the inside but found the outside a bit of a problem. On top of that when I got to the front door somebody was leaving and the door just opened without much restraint and bonked the siding...I would guarantee that the glass will be broken by accident soon and I reported this as soon as I got in. read more

This location is so unorganized it's crazy. They have a new employee working the front counter on a lunch rush, it took her 15 minutes to get our order. There goes 15 minutes of my lunch break. So then the manager comes over to help her with a extra mac sauce button and she can't find it. We then wait for our order and we ask it to go, they put it on a tray to stay and eat, I told the manager that handed me the tray.... It's to go, she says oh sorry. Get to car and start handing out food to people in my car and we are short a big mac meal and the fry's. So I go back in to get it and the manager so oh sorry I will make it. 10 minutes to get a big mac and fry's. So basically there goes my lunch break down the drain because they can't get there employees trained right. I will never go back to that location, and from the looks of the comments on here, I think lots of people are tired of this location. read more

The new Mcdonalds is a joke. Starting with the layout. You have to go around the building twice for drive thru. And if planning to go inside during a drive thru rush? Forget it!! The drive thru line is blocking the parking lot!!! Very poor planning. Now lets move to service. I would say not great but not the worst. The food is horrible. I admit I've been here a couple of times, thought it would get better. But today was far worse. My hamburger was raw I was in a hurry so just threw it away and left. I would rather starve then ever go back. I have complained through there survey about my experiences, they did call me and offer to redo my meal. I appreciate that but after three visits all which have been bad it's obvious its easier to comp your meal then deal with the issue. A lot of people have same experience from here. Eat there at your own risk. read more

It wasn't to bad before the new building went up. They only messed an order up every once in a while. Since the new store opened they have messed up almost every order I have placed. Today is the last time I go in to McDonalds. The person taking the order had to repeat it continually because they couldn't get it right and today I had a card for a free desert and when I made it up to the window all I was told it's not on the order so they couldn't get it. I have had the same thing happen before and they just added it to the order. They really need to train their people better read more
