I told the guy working the drive through that I did not want pickles or lettuce. He told me that it does not come with lettuce, the Deluxe comes with lettuce, not the regular QP. Fine, NO pickles, extra mayo. So I get home only to discover pickles AND lettuce AND a disgusting amount of mayonnaise on my sandwich. You can't convince me that this wasn't an intentional act on whoever prepared my sandwich to piss me off. read more

McDonald's - I was so specific about NOT having pickles on my sandwich, I swear they put them on there, intentionally. Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Meal - Burgers Near Me - Ontario, Oregon

Absolutely terrible! This is the worst McDonalds to go to if you want McDonald's go to the one by Walmart everyone who works here has no common sense and mess up the simplest orders. They do it every time never seems to fail. Every time I have come through they have messed up my order. read more

I have been eating at this store for years and tonight the Big Mac I got was the final straw. When I got home and opened the box it was a mess. There was so much lettuce in the box I couldn't even see the sandwich. The meat on the top half of the sandwich was about half off the bun. The bottom half of the sandwich had so much lettuce on it that you couldn't tell if there was even meat there. By the time I finally got the sandwich so I could start eating my hands we're covered in the special sauce. I worked my way through college working at a McDonalds and I know they have very high quality standards. This isn't the first time this has happened, but tonight was the worst. There are other place in town to get good sandwiches and that's where I will probably go from now on. read more

I am not a fan of McDonalds but my grandkids wanted to go there this evening. As soon as we walked in I remembered why I don't go there. The restaurant was not clean and the customer service was horrible. We were never greeted or even asked what we would like to order. There were 5 or more employees standing around and no one wanted to wait on us. Finally a young man stepped up to the register and just stood there until I started ordering, no communication at all. He acted put out he was having to wait on us. After we ordered and sat down to wait, 3 young men came in. The manager was so busy flirting with them that she couldn't do her job. Mind you they came in after us but they received their food before we did. The entire time they were there she was flirting, she even followed the. Out into the lobby. When they left the manager and the young man who waited on us got on their phones. The manager was showing the cashier a video on her phone and they were laughing. Meantime all these buzzers were going off, yet neither of them moved to turn them off or remove the food being cooked. I find it very unsanitary that they were on their phones then handling people's food. The customer service sucked and I WILL NOT RETURN. It is to the point I believe owners need to have serveillance cameras watching their employees to ensure they are actually working. read more

Terrible service, this McDonald's is literally known to be so shitty people drive across town to go to the other one I see why now. Rude and unorganized dont bother coming here they literally can't make an order right to save their lives. read more

Not quite sure why this McDee's gets so much hate. I'm wondering if they are confusing it with the other McDonald's on East Idaho Ave. They do have good days and bad days, but no it's not the fast-food apocalypse up in here. The restaurant is clean. The food is hot and prepared fresh. This is one of Ontario's more consistent fast-food places, and many here are wildly inconsistent. The drive-thru is reasonably fast, and the employees are generally friendly and accommodating, and though I've had one order messed up here, they've quickly corrected it with a minimum of fuss. I've been to a lot of McDonalds between here and Idaho and this place is one of the better ones. The only real complaint I've had with this place is they really need to call the police on the aggressive homeless folks who are sometimes sitting on the tables by the roadside pickup area at night. One guy went full aggro on me for not giving him some change and I'm a really big guy. That takes some guts. read more

Honestly I'd give it a zero if I could. I ordered my food online just for my delivery driver to text me letting me know they closed from short staff, I thought since they closed I'd get a refund or my order would get canceled. No it did not. I tried canceling order didn't work tried calling to cancel didn't work as well. So bad service over all. read more

Horrible food everything was overcooked and the fries were cold. I ordered a coke and got Dr Pepper. They need better servers cuz the ones there did not seem to care read more

Ordered and the food was fine but before I left I used the ladies restroom, there were 2 soap dispensers and both were empty. This tells me either the employees did t bother to wash their hands or just used water like I did. Totally unacceptable. Wish I had used the restrooms before I ordered because I would have left. read more

I usually don't go this far to write a review because I could care this but this was absolutely so unnecessary. So around 10:30 I ordered a meal and asked to upgrade my soda to a large. The lady that was taking our order had no welcoming customer service voice and was already initially irritated. She said she couldn't upgrade our drink which was fine I really had no problem then we went to pay and that fat bitch had the audacity to say " you didn't have to be rude" which threw me all the way off. I don't put up with disrespect especially when my friends and I didn't deserve it. I will no longer go back to this location. The manger needs to do better hiring better people and not people that think their shit don't stank. read more

God forbid you have a special request order here!!!! These employees gawk and laugh not only amongst themselves but to your face!!! I have a special needs child who only eats one thing from there and they all think it's SO FUNNY about what i order for my child..... it's disgusting behavior and they should be ashamed!!! MOST of their employees are rude enough to take it upon themselves to comment on what I'm ordering!!! I will be contacting the owner and corporate management. I've explained several times before why it is i order what I do!!! In fact i don't owe them any sort of explanation and it's still so funny..... be better people for real! Grow up!!! Oh wait the majority of them are grown!!!! read more

Very rude service. We asked for a fancy Dr Pepper and they didn't take the humor lightly. Never coming back again.

Ok bits McDonald's but this is one of the bad ones. They have the computer order system but no idea how to manage customer flow. My burger was scattered around the box and had to be rebuilt. My wife got the buttermilk crispy chicken and these were her tomatoes. Sloppy read more

This is the worst McDonald's I've even been to. The girl at the front counter was rude. When we asked for a straw she replied" they are by the soda machine, my husband said they are not she then said yes they are. My husband said read your signs they say due to Oregon law you must ask for a straw. She walked off and someone else had to get him a straw. When she gave us our food we asked for our drink cups she said just get a cup and walked away. I'll never go back here again read more

It's McDonald's what do you want from me? They have McDonald food at McDonald's prices. I recommend the chicken sandwich and apple pie.

Worst drive thru in world! People in dining room are blocked in by the drive thru line. If you go through the drive through and get your food you wait in line again just to get out of the parking lot! Stupid design, someone needs to go back to the drawing board. read more
