Pretty much your classic Chipotle experience -- same food as always, nothing surprising, nothing disappointing. What made this stop stand out were the employees. They were quick, friendly, and genuinely on top of things, which made the visit smoother and better than expected. Solid food, great staff, and an easy four stars. read more

What's the point of an "on-line" order if they're going to make you wait until EVERY SINGLE customer gets thier order filled and paid for?? I went to the front of the line and between customers, politely asked for online pick up order. The gal says I'll get to you in just a minute. The next customer overhears this and invites her to get my order, but instead she says, I'll get yours first and proceeded to deal with that customer instead. And the next and the next and so on until there were no more customers ordering or paying for food. She ignored me the whole time. There is an online shelf behind the cashier, that isn't being used. I asked another employee if I had an an pick up order waiting and she shrugged her shoulders. I finally asked a third gal and she went to the back and brought me a bag that had been sitting there for more than 20 minutes. It's all I can do to not use a lot of foul langauge, but I won't be comming back!! AND PLEASE DO NOT, send your stupid auto-response. It is meaningless and shows how much of an idiot your are. I already left feedback w corporate. read more

A GEM in the heart of Ontario with a great atmosphere. As an 18 year old on a high school budget, I'm always looking for a way to save on meals out, and opt for healthier food if I can. This Chipotle checks both those boxes through the *drumroll please* kids meal, priced at under $6. Food is exceptional and the staff were efficient and very kind. Worth the stop every time. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Kids Build Your Own Kid's Meal - Fast Food Near Me - Ontario, Oregon

Not sure why this site gets such bad reviews. I've visited 3 times in the past year and have had good experiences each time. I'm only reserving one star because those are for really exceptional experiences and I'm not sure a small Chipotle that's full can reach it. Recently was in for a quick lunch and a family walked in behind me. The staff taking orders asked me questions so quickly that I had to pause and decode what he said :) He was working as fast as he could to move the line through. The food quality has been good each time I've visited. The store has been about 95% clean and stocked. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - All I could eat from a burrito - Fast Food Near Me - Ontario, Oregon

We ordered the bowl with beef. Made exactly the way we like it. Very satisfying, consistent with all the other Chipotles we've been to. Staff were quick, attentive, and friendly. Restaurant was clean and orderly. read more

Great customer service!! I was in a hurry and was able to walk in and out in 5 mins!! Also everything was very clean!

We arrived at approximately 7 PM on a Wednesday evening for dinner. My husband ordered a brisket bowl and got some dried up scraping from the bottom of the pan. I ordered a quesadilla and they burned it to hell. We wanted chips and guacamole, but the store was completely out of guacamole. The chips were like rubber. The digital drive-through at this location is a waste of everybody's time. If you're gonna put a drive-through and put it in for all the customers. read more

Food and service could both be better. Not even close to any other Chipolte I've ever been to. Very inconsistent.

Haven't been to a Chipotle in over 5 years. I ordered the chicken bowl through their app that I had to download when I got their in the parking lot so I was there for a while. Because I didn't want to go in. They have a drive-thru for app orders. When I got home a few minutes later I was excited about eating my chicken bowl. Sad to say I put a piece of chicken in my mouth and it was cold. Kind of freaked me out ( if they're warmers aren't working or whatever they use then I didn't want to get sick from food poisoning). So I tried calling several times had to go through the automated system which sucked and then finally get over where they're ringing them and they don't pick up. I tried several times decided just to go back and bring the bowl with me. A guy came to the window and I said I just came and picked this up and my chicken is cold. He said well that's weird because we've been out of chicken for a while and I said I just came here. Just ordered it. How is it that you're out of chicken but I got cold chicken? He didn't know what to say. I made him touch the chicken and he realized it was cold. Yes I was pissed. So he proceeds to tell me that they had no chicken and then I can have one of the other meats. I would have got my money back but I didn't want to go through the hassle of going to somewhere else to pick up food since I hadn't eaten over 24 hours. He said the steak (which is what I picked for the alternative meat) just came off the grill. Okay so you would think that the meat would be really hot since it's not thin it's chunky squares. I got home in about 4 minutes and the meat was not even hot it was luke warm. Also the onions and bell pepper was not warm at all, it was cold. Hopefully I don't get food poisoning. I will be taking that app out of my phone and will never go back again. So disgusted! And then on top of it I went to go have a chip cuz I got chips and salsa and the chips are stale smh! What the..... I even tried heating it up in the microwave and it just didn't make it any better. so those were a waste of money too. read more

I walk into this chipotle for lunch. Like I usually do. I go for my usual order and everything is going great until we get to the toppings. There's no Guac. None. No warning or sign of this devastating news so I didn't find out until it was too late. To make matters worse they were scrapping the bottom of the sour cream bowl too so the cream on my burrito was a little light. Then as I was checking out they brought out a new bowl of sour cream. Devastating blow. To make matters worse their queso was watery which isn't ideal although their chips were top notch. To conclude my burrito was dry due to no Guac and the lack of sour cream and the top notch chips picked up the poor queso performance. Although this somewhat poor review I will be returning to this chipotle because I do have some fond memories of eating their food. 2 STARS! read more

This location is horrible. I got charged over $12 for a quesadilla that was less than half the size of one of their burritos. It didn't come with any rice or beans and they forgot the salsa I ordered. they asked my wife how to make her burrito. I was still hungry afterwards and there is no phone number listed to even call and talk about it .this is the worst experience I have ever had at a chipotle read more

Go in to order food and we're told "we don't have tortillas" when there are some clearly in sight....we're told those are for online orders only? What a joke. read more

The food is just thrown together, very sloppy to eat even a taco. The cleanliness was not at all good. The floors needed swept very badly and there was crumbs on the counter and all inside the drink area as well. Would not recommend. oh and they don't have a phone number to be able to contact the store.... read more

If your expecting all the ingredients to be there when your making your order then try another location. So far the 3 times I've been here there has never been bell peppers, 2 times no guacamole and 2 times no shredded pork. And only 1 person on the line making burritos with a long line and all the trash cans were full. read more
