We were passing through after completing a therapy dog event in town and ordered food for the road. We ordered 3 simple items but they gave my wife the wrong item. She ordered a Beef Grilled Cheese burrito and she got something from the value menu so we were out our $6. We were to far down the free way to turn around by the time she started eating. On a positive note, the drive through worker was very nice and friendly. In the end however, the fact she did get what she ordered is a big disappointment. Husband and I went to have dinner at this Taco Bell last night, we made our order to stay in and when we ordered our food I asked for 3 taco supremes (hard shells) No sour cream and 3 soft taco supremes extra cheese and sour cream no tomatoes We got our food, the Hard shells were all broken (not able to eat) the soft tacos had no sour cream so I sent the whole meal back and asked to have it Togo When we left there we went to eat them and the soft tacos only have very little meat to much sour cream NO CHEESE !!! The review only has one star because that is the minimum rating I can give. Limp-dick hard tacos. My dogs are licking up the tacos from the wrappers Lady & the Tramp style. It took longer for him to listen to my order than it did to make the food. He'd ask what I wanted to order, I'd tell him, and he'd go silent for a few seconds, then repeat back something incorrect or ask what I said. They didn't give my husband the Diablo sauce it took us 5 attempts to tell him that was the sauce we wanted. The only thing they didn't mess up was the drinks, which is the first time. Usually their Baja is awful. If this wasn't the only Taco Bell in a 50 mile radius, I'd take the extra drive to get better food and service. read more

Ordered online for pickup in store. Got to TB and a piece of paper on the door says lobby closed, use drive thru only. After getting in a long line of cars we get to eat cold food after heading back to Payette. Preorder food, prepay for it, and then find out you can't eat the food in the restaurant. If the information about the TB was accurate online, we would have gone somewhere else to eat. It was a 25 minute wait in line no less just to get to the mic to let them know that we were here. Poor service continues to be this fast food restaurant MO. The drive thru clerk still couldn't figure out that Ron and Ronald maybe the same person. Clerk says no order for Ron. We say try Ronald. "Oh, we have an order for Ronald. " Only 10 minutes from the mic to getting the food. Can't blame the staff. They must be going crazy trying to keep up. Don't plan on a single table being clean. I asked for assistance with being able to sit @ a clean table & a very disgruntled girl with a headset came out. She clearly didn't care that ALL the tables were dirty. She was inordinately rude while asking me which one I wanted cleaned. She wiped it off & continued to be snotty while I asked her "why is it so upsetting to you that I'd like to not sit at a dirty table?" I just came from Taco Bell and this was my worst customer. Siri service experience I have ever experienced. I went through the drive-through and they got my food wrong so I went inside to fix it and was waiting for over 10 minutes with multiple employees seeing me and doing nothing. Our food was made wrong multiple times, we were being super respectful and offered to pay for them to fix the mistake but still ended with them reaching out to our parents with false accusations. Overall the service was terrible after they made the food wrong on two different accounts. After us being super understanding but got called some naughty words in the end. Would give a 0 if possible the bathrooms were gross, paper everywhere and there was like fly city at least 10-20 flies in there especially by the windows. The tables were not clean and you could see like dirt and the floors were not swept (if ever) there were cobwebs in the windows, there was a girl wiping down tables but idk why she even bothered. They got our order completely wrong and the girl at the window was rude like it was our fault it was wrong. My friend and I went there to grab a few things inside the lobby. We ordered through the kiosk and waited over 30 minutes for nacho fries and a few tacos. No one was working except for one girl who was busting her butt making everyone's food. My friend and I watched her make the food without saying a word when the manager came up to us in a super aggressive tone saying "what do you need?" We explained we were just waiting for my friends order and she asked the name and told us it was the next order to be prepared. We said "no worries" and continued to wait. The manager goes up to the counter and starts making my friends food about 3 minutes later and throws it on the counter next to where we were standing and yells "staring wont make your food come out faster" I have no clue who peed in this girl's cereal that morning but my friend and I did nothing to provoke such a response from her. Makes me think this location wouldn't have as many bad reviews and horrible service if it was run by better people and not people with untreated anger issues. read more

After ordering and coming to the window they collected on my order - then told me that they could not fill the entire order - I was told it is too bad I would have to do with out the drinks which I paid for. I told them I would not have ordered at all had I known that the could not give me the drinks I wanted. I was then told that they would not refund and I as told to get out of the drive through. I wish Yelp would allow me to give this place a 4.9 star rating (only because it was a little cold). This was probably some of the best Taco Bell food we have ever had. Both my fiancée and I loved our food. It was well prepared and all of the ingredients were well balanced throughout our burritos. You know how sometimes they put all the sauce clumped in one spot? Not here. It was all spread out evenly on the burritos. Also the food was prepared quickly and it didn't taste gross or old. It was all fresh (as fresh as a Taco Bell gets) and made in a very timely manner. It was a little cold in the establishment though. But the food and service was amazing. Highly recommend this Taco Bell. Will easily come here again when I'm driving through Ontario. Great music too and it wasn't too loud. It is a clean place as well with clean and modern bathrooms.
