There are only 2 flavors, vanilla & chocolate but, when you add the extras or get one of their signature choices (the brownie one is my go to) you have everything you need for a good time. We thought it was just separation, but once we stirred the sauce it just made it worse. We had to open 5 packs until we found one we could use, but even then it was this odd dark orange color.
