Everytime we go there we wait about 35 minutes for our food, today my brother in law and husband went to get dinner and we were told we couldn't due two transactions thru drive thru. Like are you serious we can't go in to do it. On top of that the rice bowls had little sauce no veggies and no chicken. Than we asked for 3 Curley frys and got regular frys and they forgot a burger we ordered. I called in and they told me well nothing we can do besides ask you to come back tonight and make a burger. Like are you serious I live 45 miles away from you and already back home. Manger also told me I seen bowls and they were perfect. The most horrible customer service I have ever seen there happened today. Tried to order and was "greeted" with, " We are super busy you are just going to have to wait." Finally got to order after 5 minutes. When we got to the window, Satina was so rude. Cups dripping with soda and when we asked which drinks were which she sighed and said," I don't know I didn't make them". nothing labeled so we asked how are we supposed to know which is which ? She replied, " Taste them." Then we were asked to pull around to the front and wait in the parking lot for our food. 15 minutes went by. Lobby is closed. Two cars behind us in drivethru went by. Drive thru at 12:30ish am, ordered one of the new turkey, bacon and cheddar Pannidos. Got my sandwich home and it was bread, turkey and mayonnaise only. They failed to include the bacon and the cheddar. For God's sakes, the. ingredients. are. in. the. name. of. the. sandwich! What I got was good but the actual menu item I'm sure is even better. Worst Jack in the Box I have ever been to. Wish I can give it -5 stars. Stopped here on our way home from Utah.They took over 20 min to get me my two meals to me. The kicker is there was only one person in front of me. Not only did it take that long to get me my food our egg rolls and onion rings were way over cooked. My husbands fries were super brown and a greasy mess that tasted like egg rolls. The cheese on our hamburgers was still ice cold. They didn't apologiez or anything for taking so long.
