I called the location they basically refuse to cancel the order. They told me to call the location that I need to order from and see if they can transfer. If not to call them back, the location said they cannot transfer orders and now the napoleon location won't answer my phone call. They picked it up, and hung up.Horrible customer service. So I contacted corporate and this was the response: Hi Brent, Thank you for reaching out to the BK Guest Care Team! I've reviewed your inquiry and understand that you've placed a mobile order at an unintended location. Currently, we do not have the ability to edit orders after they have been placed, which means we are unable to cancel or change the location of this order. The good news is, that as a one-time gesture, we are able to offer you a full refund. You can expect to see a $30.30 credit applied within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times. Going forward, we recommend enabling location services in the app to ensure that you are ordering from the closest or preferred location to you. This is the best way to ensure the app can locate your nearest location. Please always double-check the location prior to submitting your order. If you notice the same behavior upon checkout and that the order may be directed to a different location than intended, please reply back to us with screenshots or screen recording so we may further investigate this issue with our Technical Support team. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to help and thanks for being a valued Burger King guest! Best, Brayan I appreciate the refund but dont make it seem like its not the right thing to do by saying a one-time gesture. I ordered my usual Subway sandwich - a 6 inch roast beef with everything except for olives. When it was time to put the spinach in my sandwich, the lady who was making my sandwich literally put one spinach leaf in my sandwich. After asking her politely if I can get a little bit more spinach in my sandwich, she literally put just ONE more piece of spinach in my sandwich. I asked her politely a SECOND time if I can have just a little more spinach and once again, she literally only put ONE more piece of spinach. I decided to ask her a THIRD and last time if I can have a little bit more spinach and to my astonishment, she again only put ONE more piece of spinach leaf in my sandwich. After I asked her politely 3 times for more spinach, I had a grand total of 4 pieces of spinach leaves in my sandwich!! 4!!! Not to mention, they were the smooshe d and small pieces. Furthermore, the lady helping me seemed very angry and annoyed from me. I'm sure this doesn't happen at all Subways but ever since my experience at this particular Subway happened (this past summer), I've never wanted to go to a Subway again and always think about this particular incident when I pass by a Subway. On Saturday, January 4th 2025, I placed a mobile order with the app. My order total was $54 and I was emailed the receipt and still have it. The app said "order paid, all we need is you" just like normal. I check in and get to the window. The girl at the window was very polite and asked if I needed a drink carrier. A little later a manager comes to the window and says she can't give me my food because I owe $30. I say that can't be right, I've paid and have a receipt. She says, nope that's not what it says. So I pull out my phone and hand her my receipt. She shrugs it off and tells me she can't give me my food. She hands me this paper receipt for $84. I ordered a couple combos, a $5 bag, and 4 kid's meals. One kid's meal was free for using an offer in the app. The receipt she had was showing every single line item with a value attached: kid's drink, kid's fry, 4 piece nugget. Nothing was showing as meals. I'm a reasonable person. I compare the two receipts and I tell her this looks like what the issue is. She doesn't compare the receipts at all... she just says that it looks right to her. She tells me if I don't pay her $30 then her employee will get fired for having a short drawer. I paid in the app. It was all digital and I never had any money in that drawer. If there was a short drawer, it had nothing to do with me. Pretty suspicious, right? At one point, this manager even tells me I was only charged $54 because that's all I had in my bank account. Seriously? If that was the case my order wouldn't have gone through and I wouldn't have a receipt. Don't tell me what's in my bank account. After a very long time of having to sit parked in the drive thru and having this manager yell at me, she finally gave me my food, and had to be rude about that as well. There were people honking in the drive-thru. It was terrible. She wouldn't give me a refund or the food and this was so much more drawn out than it had to be. I spoke to managers and she is getting "coached". That's about the only outcome. They said I'm getting a refund but I'm still waiting for that. Be wary of this location.

Obviously the problems in this location stem from the top down. Managers don't care how they treat their customers, especially when they roll their eyes at you when you've waited 15 minutes for a latte. Food was cold, and the staff in the back look like they are completely incompetent. Is there any training program? The front staff are really nice but completely at the mercy of the morons not doing their job from the back. Too bad they are the ones who get yelled at when the manager is the one who needs the reaming. Why is this place in business?! In case you're wondering I have given this location at least 5 visits. Hey wait!!! Did I just see a worker sneak in a kitten in the back???? WTW?!?! read more

My food arrives from my DoorDash. I was so excited and hungry and then I took a bite out of the fries. They were soggy and cold and no salt so then I wasn't that mad at first, so I took a bite out of my nuggets and they were cold and soggy and they tasted like they just had warmed them up so the only thing that I enjoyed was my drink that I got up your game McDonald's you guys suck! read more

The appetizer and drinks came fairly quick which was nice. Then we ordered our food. A side salad arrived shortly thereafter but no silverware. We had to ask a couple times to get silverware to eat the salad which took several minutes to get. Next our food came and the presentation was very nice. The food however was hit and miss. My wife ordered the chicken and broccoli fettuccine and her chicken was extremely dry to the point where she only ate the pasta and not the chicken. The pasta lacked flavor as well. I even tasted it and couldn't believe the lack of flavor. My mom had a chicken salad and her chicken was also dry but not too the same extent as the pasta. My son ordered the triple play special and added the ribs to it for the additional charge. When the food came the waitress advised that they had run out of ribs. He enjoyed his chicken chunks and onion rings and pretzel bites that came with his meal. My father ordered the Reuben and thought his was ok but not great. I ordered the pork tenderloin sandwich which was supposed to come with mayo and pickles but no mayo and very little pickle. Anyways, I am giving this place a 3 because the service and food were both lacking. I will say that they were very busy being that it was Father's Day but that shouldn't affect food quality. Lastly they didn't take off the ribs from the check and I had to have that fixed which should have already been handled by the waitress after discovering they were out.
