I waited in this restaurant and chose to eat for here and they didn't bring my food to me and I waited in the McDonald's for 25 minutes

There was no ice in the lobby, there was no sweet tea, the counter by the tea was full of trash, the floor was sticky, the workers were yelling in the back ant it took 20 minutes for them to make 2 cheeseburgers and a fry. 30 minutes later still don't the rest of my food. Tables were messy. No one was in the lobby but me and I still watched at least 10 vehicles pull through the drive through. read more

The employees there are horrible the Manager Estile, was rude to me and my mother and they didn't fire her, they suspended her for only 2 weeks, when they should have fired her instead of just being suspended, but eventually she quit for good, which is awesome because she don't need to be a manager anywhere if that is how the managers employees, I will never go back to that store ever again! I live in defiance, but work in Maumee so I stop here occasionally for breakfast and use my McDonald's app to order. The person that makes the breakfast sandwiches needs a huge pat on the back. Every time I get a bacon egg and cheese bagel with extra breakfast sauce, I am never scared of a mess because the bagel is made so perfectly and the sauce is evenly spread. This location definitely trumps over either location in Defiance. Super fast and efficient and a majority of the time when I order, the employees will use my name and that makes it more inviting. We had made a stop last night after leaving defiance due to our kids being hungry. We waiting for 10mins before we could order and there were cars there after us that got to order first. when we finally did order and get to the window they gave us the wrong food. We stopped by on our way through town today and the service I experienced in the drive thru was absolutely terrible. She had an attitude from the start. When I went to continue my order she told me the total and then when I told her I wasn't done yet she responded with "ugh we'll you just have to wait". I suggest training your employees a little better and making sure they have decent people skills before letting them take orders. Frustrated with the service here. I have tried several times to give this place the benefit of the doubt but I'm disappointed every time. 4 out of 5 times my order is incorrect or missing items. Tonight I went to grab my husband some food and the person on the speaker was more worried about making up fake accents and laughing with his coworkers than making sure my order was correct. Today, all I wanted was an iced coffee...lady inside the door asked me to use the kiosk (there was the usual very long line) so she tried, couldn't even help me make a special order! Looks can be deceiving. The inside/outside looks pretty nice from it being recently renovated but the service and quality is pretty terrible. Says all day breakfast but if you try to order breakfast after 4pm you'll have to wait at least 20 minutes in the drive thru. It happened to me 3 days in one week, and each time I got fries, they were cold. I had 7 cars have to go around me because they got their food before I got mine. Also I had to go in and remind them I was still waiting on 1 sausage mcmuffin and an order of small fries. Overall terrible service, they never even apologized or offered compensation.
