I called the location they basically refuse to cancel the order. They told me to call the location that I need to order from and see if they can transfer. If not to call them back, the location said they cannot transfer orders and now the napoleon location won't answer my phone call.They picked it up, and hung up.Horrible customer service. So I contacted corporate and this was the response: Hi Brent, Thank you for reaching out to the BK Guest Care Team! I've reviewed your inquiry and understand that you've placed a mobile order at an unintended location. Currently, we do not have the ability to edit orders after they have been placed, which means we are unable to cancel or change the location of this order. The good news is, that as a one-time gesture, we are able to offer you a full refund. You can expect to see a $30.30 credit applied within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times. Going forward, we recommend enabling location services in the app to ensure that you are ordering from the closest or preferred location to you. This is the best way to ensure the app can locate your nearest location. Please always double-check the location prior to submitting your order. If you notice the same behavior upon checkout and that the order may be directed to a different location than intended, please reply back to us with screenshots or screen recording so we may further investigate this issue with our Technical Support team. Umm no I didnt get the food because I was over 100 miles away from the location and your team member is unprofessional and cant answer the phone. I started out my working career in the food industry and became a district manager to a major food chain. NEVER have I heard of not being able to cancel an order whether it was placed in person or online. And if that is true why would this not be something that you guys fix first. Absolutely atrocious. I will not return to this location when working in napoleon maybe not even return to burger king at all. Especially if they cant cancel a order. Horrible business practice. Also never needed them to transfer the order I just needed them to cancel the order. Just wanted to make it clear

I'm a frequent customer at this location. I usually eat here at least once or twice a week. The…read morestaff is usually great. On Saturday, January 4th 2025, I placed a mobile order with the app. My order total was $54 and I was emailed the receipt and still have it. The app said "order paid, all we need is you" just like normal. I check in and get to the window. The girl at the window was very polite and asked if I needed a drink carrier. A little later a manager comes to the window and says she can't give me my food because I owe $30. I say that can't be right, I've paid and have a receipt. She says, nope that's not what it says. So I pull out my phone and hand her my receipt. She shrugs it off and tells me she can't give me my food. She hands me this paper receipt for $84. I ordered a couple combos, a $5 bag, and 4 kid's meals. One kid's meal was free for using an offer in the app. The receipt she had was showing every single line item with a value attached: kid's drink, kid's fry, 4 piece nugget. Nothing was showing as meals. I'm a reasonable person. I compare the two receipts and I tell her this looks like what the issue is. She doesn't compare the receipts at all... she just says that it looks right to her. She tells me if I don't pay her $30 then her employee will get fired for having a short drawer. I paid in the app. It was all digital and I never had any money in that drawer. If there was a short drawer, it had nothing to do with me. Pretty suspicious, right? At one point, this manager even tells me I was only charged $54 because that's all I had in my bank account. Seriously? If that was the case my order wouldn't have gone through and I wouldn't have a receipt. Don't tell me what's in my bank account. After a very long time of having to sit parked in the drive thru and having this manager yell at me, she finally gave me my food, and had to be rude about that as well. There were people honking in the drive-thru. It was terrible. She wouldn't give me a refund or the food and this was so much more drawn out than it had to be. I spoke to managers and she is getting "coached". That's about the only outcome. They said I'm getting a refund but I'm still waiting for that. Be wary of this location.

Keep the full menu available until you are closed. Poor management. Chili does not take long to…read moremake or put away, same with cleaning the frosty machine. Bums.
