It's the usual bustling Texas-style ambiance. In case you don't know, you will not be seated until everyone in your party has arrived. Even though it's hot outside, the AC is cool, so I was happy to be wearing long pants with a sweater. Our server was pleasant enough. However, I would suggest that TR train the servers to mention certain things that aren't noted on the menu. For instance, a side of green beans isn't simply green beans- it also has bacon or bacon bits in it. While many people don't mind, I wasn't expecting it and don't eat bacon. I was dining for lunch with my book club friends and so we qualified for a discounted early special of select entrees for $12.99. The selections didn't include my favorite so I went with the Herb crusted chicken, a baked potato and the green beans (with bacon). It wasn't bad or anything, but it all tasted salty. Even the baked potato skin was encrusted with a course salt. The portions are generous and more than any of us could eat for lunch, so we all took home leftovers. I honestly would have thrown mine out, but my dog enjoyed the chicken. That raised my rating by an extra star. I was glad that the chicken didn't go to waste. I will also say that our server provided refills on our sodas and iced teas. I would definitely return, but I'd order what I really want and not be swayed by the early deals. My friend made reservations and I'm glad she did. We went on a Thursday and the place was packed to the brim. We ordered the truffle fries and the fried cauliflower for happy hour prices. My favorite part of the fried cauliflower is they offer to toss them in all the different sauces. We ordered them "bare" with the garlic sauce on the side with their homemade ranch and wowza! They were PHENOMENAL! We ordered the Greek Chicken to split and we were wanting more. The flavors were absolutely delicious and so fresh. It's an amazing spot!

There's pinball tournaments. The beer list hasn't changed in months and its no longer creative. They will push that now expensive bar food from the Distillery upstairs. Atmosphere has changed and its not for me. I come to chill out, drink some beer, and play a game or 2. Now, you are going to hear young boys screeching as they play pinball behind you. The food is pulled from the Distillery menu so it's great bar food. The atmosphere is a nerd basement with at least 10 pinball machines, board games and active puzzles. They announce when they have new pinball machines and the community comes out and shows up in a big way. It's a great spot to get away and nerd out with your favorite pinball game.

We started out with the complementary chips and salsa, great chips , if you like HOT salsa just ask, tomatillo also available, great chips too. Then we started with chorizo queso, fantastic ! This is Ohio and the weather here 7-8 months out of the year are not a open your windows type of deal. I like beer. I drink beer if Im going to drink most times out. I tried a flight here of 4 of their beers and did not find one that was good. For me. As my man was enjoying the atmosphere I even resorted to getting a glass of wine so we could hang for a bit. Service was just ok. They do have food trucks time to time. None when we were there. I can just imagine how cold it is in here in fall/winter with warehouse type spot atmosphere. Glad I checked it out but don't see any reason to return for me.
