    Cherry berry pie. Delicious.

Wanted to check out Miss Lilly's since new ownership took the plunge and stayed open during Covid. The food was very good. The menu had dinners, sandwiches and breakfast items. Specials were on the board. We had the hardy cabbage soup and very good sub sandwich. If you like pies this restaurant has them. The cherry berry that I had with a cup of coffee was delicious. Several booths were filled with patrons when we arrived. The place is good size. The tables and decor looked clean. The only waitress was friendly and very efficient. The prep area needs to be hidden and the carpet replaced, but some details take time to do. Try Miss Lilly's for the good food.

in on a recommendation from a local business owner and pretty much satisfied with a unique take on the ultimate brunch sandwiche': the Monte Cristo :-) sign on the door says masks are required to enter but after being seated it's a whole nother thing entirely. not so unreasonable I guess for dining and visiting at socially distant tables but y'all needs to cover before getting up and moving around. just saying. found an out of the way table and settled in to iced water and thinnish hot black coffee (anyone else prefer thick, heavy coffee or just me?) asked for and received a biscuit and some honey to pass the time while waiting for my foods. yea biscuit! :-) sandwich comes out open faced with two yolky eggs on top of a stack of meats with a pile o' taters beside; almost looks too good to eat except it's near to lunch and I've had no breakfast... so I poke the yolks and add a couple blasts of hot sauce and begin knifing and forking up bite-size bites drizzled with mapley syrup, trying not to soil my shirt so early in the day... potatoes are cooked a little past perfect but still soft and moist and seasonal as is typical of northern Ohionian cuisine ;-) oh the joys of sliced hams on french toasts topped with a cheese or two. as with a few other things, when it's good it's great, but when it's not so good it's still not bad... my meal was quite good.

Monte Cristo yum yum! Huge wasn't able to finish it all

Miss Lily's is a warm and inviting restaurant. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was sooooo good and the portions are massive! Great place to stop for breakfast. Just a quick drive from the interstate and you are in the adorable and charming town of Grand Rapids.

Service was good, coffee was good, food was fine, nothing spectacular. Went for breakfast. Only one piece of toast for breakfast, why ?

Service painstakingly slow for subpar food, and foul musty odor like old carpet. Don't waste the time or the money

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. Open sign on, lots of empty seats... Yet, a 35-40 minute wait to catch up a half empty place. Sad

Upon entering you're in a comfortable pub/bar with comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. We were greeted quickly and seated ourselves. The menu was small but interesting, several grinders, salads and pizza are on offer. We didn't drink so we can't comment on the beer selection, but I saw another patron with a beef flight. I ordered the Havana Dipper : a Cuban type sandwich with chicken, ham red peppers served with a spicy mustard aioli dip.. it was FANTASTIC, one of the best sandwiches I have ever had.. Recommend 100%.. my wife had the Mediterranean Salad, she loved it nut would suggest some Feta cheese and less olives, but she says it was very tasty. We plan on coming back soon

Then came the food. My husband started with the $16 wings. For $16, I was expecting some pretty impressive wings. Instead, they were tiny and honestly looked like they had taken a quick detour through a gas station hot case before arriving at our table. Definitely not what I expected for the price. We ordered a 14-inch Italian pizza on thin crust, and to be fair, the pizza was good. Was it $26 good? That's debatable. Especially since there are NO PRICES on the menu. When the bill came, it showed $15 for the thin-crust pizza and then another $11 charge for "Italian." Apparently toppings come with a plot twist. It would be nice to know you're ordering a $26 pizza before you eat it. The building itself could also use some love. The outside facade is begging for a date with a power washer, and the inside could definitely benefit from a good deep cleaning. There was noticeable dust and cobwebs, and nearly every table around us had napkins shoved underneath the legs to keep them from wobbling. At some point, the napkins deserve to be put back on the tables and the tables deserve to be fixed. Overall, it feels like this was probably a really cool place once and still has the bones to be one. The live music was enjoyable, the pizza tasted good, and there was a nice crowd. But when you're charging $16 for tiny wings and $26 for a 14-inch pizza, the food, cleanliness, maintenance, and transparency with pricing need to match. A power washer, a deep clean, a screwdriver, and some prices on the menu would go a long way.
