No refill on my coffee yet been waiting on food which is fine but could you please refill my coffee it's been empty for over 15 minutes

Got home and immediately got sick and vomiting. Believe from the sausage. Health department will be notified. HIGHLY DO NOT RECCOMEND! EVEN THE STAFF SAID THE OWNER DOES NOT CARE!!! Friendly staff. Food is not good. Really disappointed. Sausage is extra yucky. Just not good food here at all. Me and the person I came with really were unhappy. Pretty expensive for being such nasty food. Yum! Food, service, portions and pricing are all excellent. They are not joking when they tell you the pancakes are the size of a pizza - they definitely fill the pan. They are also fluffy, sweet and cooked evenly. Also,had the English Scramble which I highly recommend. It is a small space so come early to get a seat. Worth the drive off of State Rt 2/Airport Hwy if you are in the area. read more

Today was my first day trying DeEtte's. It's New Year's Day, not much was open, so it felt like the perfect time to take the plunge. Here's the thing. This place is small, the parking is not plentiful, service was slow (but new and very kind), and it's pricey. I was actually a little shocked. A side of bacon was over $6. We paid almost $15 for an omelet. $10 for eggs, sausage and hash browns. This is a diner, why would anyone pay that? Because it was delicious. The portions were huge and fresh, my plate was the size of two footballs. This is true farm to table level food, y'all. I could write sonnets about my sausage patties, novellas about the perfectly crisp mountain of home fries. I will pay good money for fresh, good food (prepared and served by all women btw) all day. I left with a box OF BREAKFAST FOOD WHO TAKES HOME BREAKFAST FOOD? Worth every cent, can't wait to return. read more

Few seats inside. Kinda slow. Giant, pizza-sized pancakes. Decent coffee. Good French Toast. I'd say you could skip it but it might be the only breakfast spot in miles. I would recommend a party of 4 or less. read more

Grew up in Swanton and every time I go back I hit DeEtte' at least once! Farm sourced Breakfast is always Spot on!!!!!!!

Waited hour and 15 minutes for breakfast. There were 22 people in the restaurant. This place is obviously not equipped to handle the number of tables they had set. we sat over 1/2 hour with out word one from our waitress as to the delay or an offer to refill our drinks. Once the food arrived the only thing worth talking about was the sausage Pattie's. I ordered a plain pancake and a half order of deluxe home fries And the saisage Pattie's. The pancake was cooked to the hardness of leather and tasted as such. Pancake was probably 12 inchea in diameter and was given about a teasooon of butter. The home fries were brought plain not as I ordered. Whole experience was awful. Several people at other tables got up and left during our time there read more

Great burgers and breakfast! The pancakes are so big they fit in a pizza box!! The staff is friendly. Not a big place but big ok charm.

Had breakfast at DeEtte's Dream Diner this morning. The food was delicious! Had the Sausage, Egg & Cheese on an English Muffin, home fries and OJ. The sandwich was so large - had to use two hands. The sausage patty was a lot larger than other places. The home fries were made from scratch and cooked perfectly with a nice crispy edge. Highly recommend - so good!! read more

I have been here twice now, both times were not good. With a change in ownership changes happen, menu updates, staff, paint etc.. The most depressing change in this case was the NOSE DIVE in the quality of the food & the HUGE increase in the prices. Being a country boy i LOVE my fried potato's, sausage gravy & biscuits. The potato's used for the "home fries" are the canned sliced white potato's not exactly "home" fries. The sausage gravy seemed to be from a can also, regardless Everything was FLAVORLESS. Even the coffee was bland as well as being see thru. As i said this was my second visit taking my wife with me this time, her opinion is the same if not more so. Our order was over $20.00 for a home fries supreme (full order), a half order of sausage gravy & biscuit with a half home fries supreme & 2 coffees. Reasonable pricing? i think not, however seating no longer seems to be a problem. Needless to say we are looking for a new breakfast place. read more
