Traditional Breakfast: eggs, bacon, potatoes & coffee. Traditional Eggs Benedict.
Ron D.

Went to there for breakfast on Friday, the food looked great as usual, however from toast to potatoes to waffle everything was cold except for the coffee. Apparently the waitress just let it set to long. I had a buy one get one free, so it wasn't a total loss. What a let down. I would have sent it back, but breakfast was already ruined.

My wife and I stopped in this morning on the recommendation of the service advisor at camping world. We certainly were happy with the recommendation. My wife decided on a Belgium waffle while I tried their eggs Benedict. We were so happy with both of the choices! As for their coffee, it was great too! Our server was polite and professional, and overall the restaurant was extremely clean and tidy!

Considering I now live in the middle of nowhere Ohio, and restaurants are far and few around here for my liking, I wonder how can breakfast spots eff it up. Well, let's just say that in my current culinary universe, the most revered chefs go by 'Chef Microwave' and 'Grill Master Drive-Thru,' and a gourmet meal is anything that comes with fries on the side. At least with First Watch, (having been to a few in Florida and near Cleveland), the menu here is a little more than breakfast meat and greasy hashbrowns. The food we ordered was quickly served (mind you we came at 9am on a Saturday), the coffee was hot, albeit similar to Waffle House drip - insert wince face). The helping of avocado on my toast was ample and the bread was thick! Added lemon to cut the fat of the avo, so someone back there understands food science lol. Servers were attentive, and we left a 25% tip.

Trifecta

The second location to open in the Toledo area. From the moment you walk through the door you are greeted by a friendly staff who seem eager to please. Thoughtfully decorated; even nicer than the Secor location. We were seated within minutes. We ordered the Biscuits and Turkey Gravy, delicious, and the Trifecta with Lemon Curd Multigrain Pancake served with Lemon Curd and Fresh Strawberries; so satisfying tart a sweet. Couple of Delicious Decaf what a great way to start a Sunday!

Yummy spot for breakfast! We were visiting from out of town and enjoyed this cozy spot for breakfast. I got the chickichanga, and I tried the lemon ricotta pancakes too. Both were great! Our server was nice and provided great suggestions. This is a go-to spot for our host, and it did not disappoint!

BLT BENEDICT

BLT BENEDICT Two poached cage-free eggs atop toasted ciabatta with bacon, vine-ripened tomato, avocado and lemon-dressed arugula and covered with hollandaise. Served with lemon-dressed organic mixed greens. I love coming here alone and sitting at the breakfast bar on a Saturday morning!

Artisan Toast, Home fries, and The works omelette
Kevin R.

This place is great. The ambiance and atmosphere is light hearted and uplifting. The food is delicious and appealing. The menu is healthy and have combinations that are probably regional. The omelette was packed with meats and cooked perfectly. The home fries we're probably one of the best I've had in years. The service was good and my waiter was attentive. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

Basic Omelet

I asked for basic omelet with tomato, mushrooms and cheese...while it was okay...all Vega were large for an omelet...maybe since the usual is for other egg combos. Rye toast and salad were good. Service was friendly and she did check on how all was going.

Floridian French toast and regular coffee

Bit of a long wait around noon Sunday despite being on the wait list, but the food and service was good. Hubby got the smoked salmon eggs benedict and enjoyed his plate, whereas I got the farmhouse skillet hash which was also good. Personally would have preferred a bit less peppers and onions but aside from that everything was good and filling. Hubby was so hungry he got the Floridian French Toast as a second entree it was good. The mimosa and coffee were also pretty satisfactory. The interior is also nice and inviting.

Great service and food the building is very quaint and welcoming. If you're in Perrysburg for breakfast or lunch, give them a try.

This time I got a waffle and a side of bacon. The Bacon came out very burned and the server acted surprised that I wanted it sent back. She did so without a problem. Of course then the Bacon came back looking like it was undercooked. The waffle itself was pretty decent and the service was okay I would go to the other location on Secor Road.

I ordered 3 over medium eggs, sausage, and hashbrowns and you wouldn't believe what the server brought out. The hash browns were so disgustingly greasy (literally in a pool of vegetable oil) and uncooked I was offended a server willingly walked that out to a customer. My first plate had the aforementioned hash browns which were neither 'hashy' or 'brown' in any way, but also had l eggs that was overcooked on the outside while having raw whites and yolks on the inside. My sausage was also pink in the middle. I sent the hashbrowns and eggs back and received over easy eggs (not over medium as ordered and still inexplicably overcooked on the outside) and hashbrowns that were still uncooked but less greasy. My wife received fried potatoes that were still FROZEN in the middle The server stated that the grilled doesn't work right and the cook doesn't know what he's doing. The server never sent a manager over and took my meal off the bill, but didn't comp my side or my orange juice, so we left paying 30$ for a breakfast that neither of us enjoyed. I don't complain about anything ever, but that's a pretty TERRIBLY managed restaurant that serves inedible, undercooked food. On top of that the customer service email on the website doesn't function; you can't message the official company facebook page and none of the countless complaints on google reviews have any reply's so the message I am recieving as a customer is "we couldn't possibly care less about your terrible experience". Also, the responses from "Kelly" on here instructing customers to visit some weird link to the company website to address their concerns (which 404's btw) is insulting and more evidence of a complete lack of care on behalf of upper management. There is nobody you can complain to and nobody trying to improve Our experience was so bad that my wife who formerly championed Scramblers now will never step foot in one again.

During the Memorial Day weekend, while staying at Levis Commons, I decided to walk to a nearby…read morerestaurant for dinner and ended up discovering Basil Pizza and Wine on May 25. It was a charming Italian spot with a cozy dining room and a welcoming patio. The menu looked great, so even though it was already late and only about a half hour before closing, I chose to dine there. I was a little worried I might feel rushed because of the time, but that did not happen. I was greeted warmly by the hostess and the manager as soon as I walked in, which immediately made me feel welcome. Since it was a bit cool outside, I chose to sit in the dining room. I was seated in Sydney's section, which turned out to be perfect because she was an excellent server. Even though she had already started the closing tasks in the dining room, she still provided outstanding service. She was attentive, polite, professional and efficient. She took my order right away and kept the soda refills coming without me ever having to ask. Sydney's service really made the difference and it complemented my delicious meal. In an era where many restaurants feel inattentive or simply not invested in the guest experience, Basil Pizza and Wine delivered a memorable evening. It ended up being an unexpectedly great dinner and it will be my go to restaurant the next time I am staying in Perrysburg. Sydney and the restaurant were fantastic.

My friends got alcohol and they seemed to love their cocktails. We ordered bruschetta and our waiter warned us that it's not your typical bruschetta. We tried it anyways. My friends absolutely loved it. I hated it lol. It's EXTREMELY sweet. It's got a lemon marscapone cheese. The bread is very soft and fluffy and tastes great, but they pile that sweet cheese thick on top of it and it's just not my cup of tea. My friends ordered pizza and they loved what they ordered. I ordered the Caesar salad and added chicken. The Caesar dressing is chefs kiss. I absolutely loved it and wish I could've taken a bottle of it home with me. The chicken was cooked well, but definitely needs more seasoning. It took a bit to get our checks, but overall it was a great experience.
