This was delicious. I'm still inside pizza hut, I ate 10 pieces and my friend had 12. I feel like a balloon about to pop. My belly is so big I look 20 weeks pregnant. We have 6 plates at our table! First complaint is that I did not get any refill on my lemonade. I was so dehydrated it was unbelievable my friend got her mountain dew refilled but NOT my lemonade. FIST CLENCHED. Also, it took them forever to replace the pizza, I had to wait nearly ten minutes for a new tray of cheese pizza. Btw Garlic Pizza is a no go. But other than that it was delicious. :) read more

Absolutely horrible service we waited 30 minutes just to get drinks ordered then another 20 minutes to order our food and she didn't even remember us when she took it she then proceeded to bring us a bill that wasn't even ours because we hadn't even placed our order and as well NOT ONE person on staff there knew how to make a pot of coffee when we ordered it we WILL NOT return anytime soon as well as others that we saw have the same issues as we did read more

Terrible customer service. The employees don't answer the phone, and hang up on you if they feel like it. Make sure to pay extra for your marinara sauce! You are not entitled to a sauce with your product. instead of fixing their mistakes, management remains as lazy as their employees. After tonights experience, I will be going to other pizza places. read more

Never go here everyone who works here is rude they never pick up the phones so your call up at the call-center than they'll tell you that you when the order wrong that you should have call instead of ordering online. They never have any drivers so the only way to get anything is to go in because they willnt check their drive up window. read more

The salad bar and pizza buffet were disappointing. The iceberg lettuce was dry and browning. I arrive shortly after Noon and the pizza on the buffet was 75% full. Some pizzas were marked with "11" meaning it should have been pulled at 11:55 am, but were still on the buffet, with most of the other marked "6" for 12:30 pm. I was there until 12:45, an not a single fresh pizza was brought out, nor were any of the pizzas marked 11 or 6 removed. I requested a pizza when I arrived, and asked my server twice about it. It had not even been put into the oven yet when I left. Additionally my server never offered me a refill of my iced tea, and originally sat me at dirty table that I had to request be wiped clean. Finally the men's room had a very foul, unclean odor, with poor lighting and no exhaust fan. read more

The current managment there is very lacking to say the least. Me and my wife ordered two large pizzas and cookie dessert for delivery. We called after a 30 minutes which was already past our promised delivery time. They told us the delivery driver should be there shortly. He didn't show until 50 minutes after I had ordered the pizza. He only shows up with one pizza, and it was cold. He says he will be back with the rest of my order. My wife calls to complain and the manager puts her on hold for 20 minutes then proceeded to argue with my wife. Not only that, but the delivery guy tell his manager that I absolutely refused to give him the receipt back after I signed for the pizza. After arguing with the manager argues with me on the phine she agrees to give us a 10 dollar credit for a two pizzas that cost 14 dollars each. Keep in mind we still havent received our second pizza and my kids are hungry. We finally get our food 1 hour and 20 minutes later. I confronted the driver and asked him why he told his manager that I absolutely refused to give him his receipt. He says he never said that. Two weeks later we go inside to eat and we order pizza and breadsticks. Our waitress brings us our drinks, and then leaves to go get food for her and what I believe is her boyfriend. Another waitress comes out and brings us our pizza and we ask where our breadsticks are, and lo an behold our waitress forgot. It was around this time that she and another young male who both work at pizza come back with food, and proceed to sit down in a booth across from and start eating. The manager informs her that she forgot our breadstick so she gets up out of the booth bring us our breadsticks after we have eaten our pizza. She then goes back to sitting down and eating. Not once did she come by and ask us for refills. My wife goes up to the counter and asks the manager to give refills. Keep in mind we are only 1 of 3 customers in the store. They weren't busy at all. The manager and our waitress could be seen talking and joking around with another young male employee while we were waiting for basic service. We haven't ordered from here in a while, and with the experience we had today, we probably won't ever again. We ordered wings, a big box and garlic cheese bites to be delivered. We made the order at 3:45 and had to call and check on it. The food finally arrived at 5:15, and they forgot our wings. When I called back to tell them, I had to repeat myself 3 times, and the wings finally arrived at 6:10 (about an hour after we called). We will take our business elsewhere from now on. read more
