Since I didn't go inside the restaurant, I can't comment on the ambiance, though it's a chain and I think you can expect the usual. As for the food, however, chains can be different. The "same" fish dinner order was overcooked and smaller. Last week, I loved the fries at the other location and found these way too salty- to the point that I threw them out. The veggie burger also wasn't good. It was overcooked to the point of almost being burnt and just worse than meh. Such a disappointing experience. I wouldn't have honestly sought out this chain if it weren't for my mom and neither of us enjoyed our meals. It was a beautiful day outside so it was pleasant enough waiting on my order, but I don't ever plan to return to this location based on the food. The bill was approximately $24.99 before tip (for the person who walked the meals out to the car) for two meals and was so not worth it, unfortunately.
