Store is almost NEVER opened on time. Been here three times in the past 5 months ordered in store the first time, then order ahead pickup twice. EVERYTIME they haven't been opened 10:00am Walked up to the door which was locked, then back to my car. I then called them to see if they would answer and if they were open, the lady was rude claiming they have been opened since 10:00am, which clearly wasn't true. Came five minutes before closing, but the lady was super sweet and accommodating - made quality food, and a great experience!

Don't order from here, especially on DoorDash. JJ does there own deliveries, and cannot uphold any time frames. I get it. Short on workers. BUT, when you order ahead, your order should already be planned for delivery. By using your own workers to deliver, when you cannot get enough workers, is very counterproductive. Let the Dashers who want to make the money, do the job. And since you use your own delivery people, I can't cancel the order, despite it already being 20 minutes late and about another 20 (so I was told when I called) until it shows up. read more

The worst Jimmy John's I have ever had. The bread on our sandwiches was multiple days old. So dry it crumbled when squeezed.

They do a great job there are so many people trying to get free food by saying they messed up there order it is a joke .

They where extremely friendly and courteous! I manage a store front on the customer service industry and they where amazing to work with. They made sure that every thing was made just the way I liked it read more

Jimmy johns gets a 4 from me in comparison to other chain sub shops and fast food in general. This one has a good staff that's always on point . You get in and out quick with a decent sandwich and good chips. I have a thing for their bread . Most Jimmy Johns seem to be good though as I haven't really had a bad experience. read more

It took then almost an hour and 45 minutes to drop off an order. Was lied to twice by management. I received the typical song and dance about how slow they are and only have one drive. Will not be return to this store at any time. read more

Literally the worst Jimmy John's ever (even worse because this is a new location)! I have successfully ordered from this location 4 previous times, and they have delivered to my house each time (and I have *always* tipped my drivers well), now I am told that because my house is 60 feet beyond the cross road they have in the system, they will not take my order. So much for customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and it will NOT be to another Jimmy John's. Thankfully, I have plenty of alternatives, including Subway, Jersey Mike's (just saw their ad on TV last night), Penn Station, and Potbelly's. read more

I've only had Jimmy John's twice in my life and the first experience was probably the worst sub I've ever had in my life. I am not a fan of cold cut sandwiches in the first place but thought I would give it a try....I bit into my sub and the bacon on it was so tough and cold...you can't serve the precooked bacon in this fashion without warming it up like Subway does when they toast their subs!!! The next sub I had just had a variety of deli meats on it with lettuce tomato, and their spicy peppers. This sub was much better than the first but the bread was still kind of tough and the only thing I enjoyed about the sub was the spicy peppers. Overall, don't waste your money here to just get a 7 in sub that they don't even toast. They may be fast at delivery and convenient but that doesn't make up for the lack of taste and overall experience of eating their food. I would take Subway any day over JJ or even take the time at home to slap together a cold cut sandwich. read more

This Jimmy Jones is not at all freaky fast. The team seems a little slow. Cashier was a total mumbler. Didn't even ask me for my receipt. Just walked away, so I assumed we were done. This group needs some more training. read more

I find it absolutely ridiculous that my home is 1.7 miles from this store and they won't deliver. The commercials should state that they are only delivering with in a mile of the store. Since calling to make an order only to find this out I've read the other reviews... I see I'm actually dodging a preverbal bullet. Not impressed will make other choices for meals. read more

If I could leave negative stars I would these guys are a bunch of morons working at this Jimmy Johns. Ordered four boxes no cookies inside they charged me a delivery fee we picked up our order then I go back to the store to pick up the cookies and get a refund for delivery fee they're going to hand me frozen cookies. Never ever will I revisit this store again. The manager is just as clueless as the staff. read more
