I placed my order and was given a number to receive my order- whether dining in or carryout. The ambiance was typical fast food but clean. People at the register were pleasant. I ordered a cod fish fried dinner and a grilled chicken sandwich -to go. The estimated wait time was 10 minutes and that was pretty accurate. I should have double-checked my other before leaving but I didn't. realize until I got home that my grilled chicken sandwich didn't have the Swiss Cheese I'd requested. (Added some mozzarella from the fridge.) The chicken seemed overcooked and tough to cut with a knife. They did get the tartar sauce right on the fish dinner and included a cole slaw that looked far more creamy than advertised. The fries, however, were amazing. I've posted pictures below so you can decide for yourselves. I could personally take it or leave it but my mom seemed happy with her order. During Lent, don't go any later than 4:30pm on a Friday or else you'll have a long wait.

Also, the sides are all an up charge, it would be cool if the chain did some combo options. I was please with the staff, they were all super friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is also clean which is a plus.

Grilled Chicken Tenders with Fries and Apple Juice was the order for the youngest in our group. Clean plate at the end of the meal, so we were very happy about choosing Red Robin. For the adults, we ordered: Chicken Fajitas and the Santa Fe Salmon with Steamed Broccoli and the choice for the bottomless side = sweet potato fries. Second round of bottomless side was the steak fries. Our server was friendly and took the time to interact with our grandchild. She was also as attentive as she could be considering the number of tables she was serving. Fair price for food quality and portion size.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for a family outing. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everyone felt comfortable and taken care of, and it wasn't just our waitress Logan but multiple people helped chip in to our experience. One of the highlights for us was the variety of gluten-free options. It's not always easy to find a restaurant that caters to dietary needs without compromising on flavor, but Red Robin nailed it. The gluten-free buns were soft and delicious, and the menu clearly marked safe choices, which made ordering stress-free, and the fact they have a separate air fryer for fries so they weren't before contaminated was a huge bonus. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served promptly. The kids loved their burger and broccoli as well as mozzarella sticks, and the bottomless fries never stopped - I think I counted over 20 refills on our receipt - all happily delivered! Add these to our regular burgers (like the A1 to the Southern Charm to the grilled chicken sandwich) and the new ones alike (like the Jalapeno Heatwave) Red Robin delivered a fantastic dining experience that combined great food, excellent service, and inclusivity for all dietary preferences.

So, the Italian sub is served hot, which isn't always my preference (I think most of their subs are served hot). I like the freshness of the cold cuts served cold. I will say that to their benefit, they don't microwave their sandwiches. They have a steamer they place the meats and cheeses into and then blast them with steam. It is a nice touch, much better than nuking things. Anyway, the bread they used didn't have much "personality" going for it. I love really crusty sub rolls with soft, pillowy insides. This was kind of a softer roll that didn't have any character. Kind of disappointing. The sandwich itself was dressed with mayo (my favorite condiment), but it really needed an acid note to balance the unctuous, fatty quality of the meat, cheese and mayo (hello vinegar...). The veggies just got lost and really didn't add a thing. I did request jalapenos on the sandwich, and unfortunately, they didn't add much (too mild). They do have one of those drink machines that offer what seems to be an endless choice of beverages (love those). There appears to be a cleanliness issue too. I got there around 12:30 and the floors were really dirty. The walls and vents could use some attention, etc. It just had the appearance of not being well kept. In summation, the place wasn't bad, but I can't say I'd go back anytime soon.
