Second time in my life I've ever been to a Chick-fil-A. Again, it was bad customer service. I've always heard nothing but great things about their service and products. So I'm not entirely sure what happened. I ordered a catering tray for Super Bowl earlier in the week. I received a call from the catering manager that the are closing the store at 3:00 on the day I'm picking my order up. Ok, so now what? Well you can pick it up before that. Sweet let me change my plans now so I can take care of this. I get to the store and ask a worker where I pick up a catering order. He tells me I have to wait in line and tell the cashier I'm there to pick it. Ok, no problem it was packed, but whatever. I wait 20 min or so in line get up there tell the cashier I'm their to pick up an catering order. She tells me to wait off to the side and they will call my name. She doesn't even know my name but ok. I figured I was there at the time stipulated by the catering manager and they just bring it out. So I wait and wait and wait. Finally, I go up to a training employee and he asked my name and said they would be right out. They finally come out with my order, has my name on it, we'll I looked at the first name. Got in the car started driving away and I noticed fruit in the bag. I look again and they gave me some other customers order that was way more than mine. So, I go back and tell them. Guy laughs and shakes his head. I wait again and finally get my correct order. The whole ordeal was a nightmare. Not sure I want to use their services anymore. read more

I'm definitely in the minority & am not a fast food person. So I'm late to the game on Chick-fil-a. How did I not know about the magic of the spicy chicken sandwich??? Since trying it for the first time a couple weeks ago, I've not been able to stop obsessing. Three visits in three states during my road trip. Like a little kid, it's like Christmas morning getting a sandwich here. This location was predictably packed, drive through line around the parking lot and lobby line all the way to the door. I always have my phone, so I can read or something while I wait so I don't care. But they were on fire, my food was done before I even unwrapped my straw to stick in my iced tea. Service was great, I'm starting to think it must be a company thing to just hire happy people and promote a happy work environment (yo, chick-fil-a employees, let me know if this is the case). I was helped by Olivia, who was cheerful & polite, seeming like she actually enjoyed being at work. I haven't met anyone who dislike a chick-fil-a experience. This one fact should really say everything about it. When it comes to a national "fast food" chain restaurants, it's been my general experience that it varies from one to another. For example, ever since I moved to Ohio I started to feel that many of the fast food places I loathed in the past were 10 times better in Ohio for some reason. Soon I realized that many of these said places were founded in Ohio or generally in the MidWest. For obvious reasons of accessibility, I'm sure the showrunners are able to keep better tabs on their chains or franchises. Something about being able to swing by a BK or a Bob E's and not feel like you've just shaved off a few years of your life. (We're still talking fast food, so don't go all too crazy on me) Then there is CFA. When you think food consistency, you think CFA. Employees taken care of of properly trained? CFA. Real chicken over God-knows-what processed "chicken?" CFA. Long but fast processed drive-thru? CFA. Now, I don't personally know anyone who's worked at one, but everything I hear in passing about them, whether thru a quick chat with bus boys or cashiers tell me they're taken care of well. And I appreciate that about any management. Sure, someone could say it's too robotic when they reply "my pleasure" at the end of every thank you's. But would you rather have it any other way? Not me! The only two complaints I have are very petty and dumb. One is the fact that they're closed on Subdays but since I practice the same religion I should never complain about that lol. The other is the fact that they only serve chicken, and not regular beef burgers. Because if they served beef patties I wouldn't go to any other fast food joints. Again, stupid because you know... CHICK-fil-a, not a CALF-fil-a? Anyway, CFA, regarless of where in the States I was in has never failed me, and that, in my book deserves a win. read more

I am not sure why people are so crazy to wait in line. Its a shame there aren't more Mr Heros; They aleo have waffle fries and better sandwiches in my opinion. Based on our visits: The service is typically friendly but a bit mechanical, as if they were heavily trained to be friendly and if their not there will be consequences.......not always genuine. Not to say some are not genuine but there is a little bit of a creepiness with some, especially managers. A little too friendly....... The food is OK but only chicken, so no burgers of course. There is some variety, and generally the food quality is OK to good. I tried a number of their chicken sandwiches and also nuggets and don't see them as better than the competition. Taste is subjective, but I wasn't impressed. Not bad, but not exceptional to warrant a wait in long lines. Buns are often flat/pressed. The sauce is pretty famous but cant overcome average buns and chicken. The waffle fries are unique and they are good. Like Mr Heros, which has unique and better sandwiches in my opinion to accompany them. The interior is a little like Bob Evans: Nice, but plain and country style. We were greeted and then spoken to as if we've been long-term friends, even though we were just passing through town. We were also happy to see such a unified and diversified staff who all had contagious smiles. A good friend put in an order via phone. She arrived and was handed wrong order. She then went inside, she gave her name and the counter person recognized my friends name. The counter person proceeded to hand her orders to her. She later got in her car and discovered that This order had been gone through by another customer, that person opened part of the order and put the wrappers in the bag. So she got my friend that when she came in to pick up her order found the paper from the straw torn off thrown in the bag and a top to a milk butter tossed in the bag too. So knows what else that person went through before my friend finally got that order. So instead of a new order which is restaurant work one oh one. Jennifer got handed an order that was given to somebody else and they had a chance to go through fraud. This Chick-fil-A needs to review the policies. read more

Best Chick-fil-a I have ever been to!! The checkout was super quick and effective! Went to the bathroom and there was no toilet paper, told the manager this and he gave a me a free nugget card!! Food came out quick, the cashier misheard me and thought I just wanted nuggets, the lady who sat my food down got me some fries for free. I was driving back from Cleveland and I was looking for the closest Chick-fil-A to I-80. This was one of the closest and I decided to deviate ~10 min to get a sandwich. When I arrived the drive thru line was long so I decided to walk in. I was surprised when I saw a soccer team in front of me waiting in line! Since I had already driven over here I had no choice than get in line and I resigned to wait at least for 15 min. Well...In less than 5 I was already with one of the four cashiers they had taking orders, and when I placed mine, as soon as I paid I had my meal in front of me! I was delighted with the quality and speed of service they had! I did notice there was a manager besides the line making sure that people were being helped quickly and moving customers around to ensure the line was not disrupting other customers. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is BY FAR the worst Chic Fil A ever. Everytime I go there I have issues with my order, can't complete my order, or my food is undercooked. I've thrown chic fil a away from this location 3 times now! McDonalds down the road doesn't wear gloves or hair nets but it's consistently better quality than this Chic Fil A. For example, today I arrived at 10:26. I waited for 5-6 min and at 10:30 I begin my order. The lady says I can't get breakfast b/c of a "hard change from breakfast to lunch" and I mentioned I had the "Enjoy a meal on us" breakfast cards from my catering orders and it was only 1 thing but she refused it and was quite rude about it. At Chic Fil A on Central Ave I've been in this same position and they said not a problem (it was actually 10:34 too but they honored me arriving before 10:30) The lady taking my order was rude as well (left lane). I get catering orders nearly bi weekly from chic fil a for my business and lemme tell ya, that will be coming to a hard stop, at least from this location. Anyway, unless you like mediocre food and rude staff then DO NOT GO TO THIS CHIC FIL A. I tried to call and leave a message on the phone 4 times as well and they didn't pickup, quite the chiccy! 0/5 stars and lost a very good customer... UPDATE: Rolled back through there this morning after my wheel alignment cuz they were the closest to my shop. They forgot part of my meal, didn't apologize once, and when I got home and went to eat my Chikn Minis they looked like this (See Photo). Now I would usually jus say "oh well it's not gonna be perfect everytime" but everytime i've been there it's been problems. Still arguably, the best fast food *service* in the nation. I specify service because when it comes to fast food in general, In N Out is still king to me. But never will you have better service at another fast food establishment. They are the midpoint between fast food and restaurant, especially with the at table serving and refills. I don't know how their sandwiches are, because I always get the nuggets. The food is always freshly made, and there's a larger tray count for groups. Oh, and there is free wifi for the grown ups and a playground for kids. The only negative I can think of, is that they're closed on Sundays. read more

If I could give it 6 stars I would. I don't know if it is just this particular location, but this fast food restaurant was astonishing. They have completely revolutionized the fast food industry. I came in around noon on a Thursday. This Chick- Fil-A was BOOMING. They had four girls outside taking orders from cars waiting in the drive thru line. I walked up to the counter and ordered the spicy deluxe meal. I went to get ketchup and napkins and my food was ready and delivered to me instantly upon sitting down at a table. There was a staff member going around asking for drink refill requests, along with a staff member clearing away your garbage for you. As far as service and efficiency go... Impossible to be much better. The spicy chicken sandwich was wonderful as well. It was a thick piece of meat and very juicy. Usually fast food restaurants skimp on the meat and just tack on the breading. Gotta love the waffle fries as well. The restaurant cleanliness was something to marvel at as well. They had a vase of flowers at each table, and it was kept very clean and organized. I literally could not believe this place. Again, I am sure they step their game up during lunch hour of the work week days, but WOW! This place has raised the bar for fast food restaurants everywhere. In fact, managers of the other restaurants might want to drop in and take a few notes. I plan on going out of my way to return here in the future. read more

Made a road trip that took me through all four corners of the Buckeye state last week and in my opinion there is no road trip is complete without a stop at a Chick-fil-A. Although I have known where this location for awhile because I like to stop at the nearby Sam's Club to fill up on gas, this was my first visit to this CFA. It was a holiday weekend, they were busy and I went throught their drive thru on Saturday at about 1:30. Did I say they were busy? Well for the most part they delivered with fast service as there were about fifteen cars ahead of me, it took just over ten minutes to get my food, and I was on my way quickly. They do a good job of designing the drive thru, but they have a bottleneck entry to double lanes. Making a left turn when both lanes are back up leads to overflow in their main parking lot. To compensate they had three people outside taking orders and a fourth collecting payments. I did laugh at the fifth girl directing traffic at the bottle neck as I had to wait for three cars to merge back into the drive thru so I could turn my full size truck. Got a couple of spicy chicken sandwiches, they were awesome as usual, and some of their amazing lemonade. My only complaint is that the waffle fries were slightly undercooked, their oil was undertemp, or they were making so many at a time back-to-back-to-back that the middles of the baskets weren't . With as busy as they are I understood and was happy I got through the drive thru as fast as I did. No problems recommending this chain or this location to anyone that lives in the area or just passing through. The chain is very consistent from store to store and the quality is good for what it is. If you are unfamiliar with the chain, remember most if not all of their locations are closed on Sundays. read more

Plenty of parking and lights for night time visits. We visited during the hottest part of the afternoon and there were four employees outside taking orders. Chick-fil-A is known for the well organized, friendly and mega efficient staff but I need to give props to the employees who stand outside to take orders in the middle of summer, in long pants and hats, around hot car exhaust and still somehow manage to be friendly. Today was the worst experience I've ever had at a chick fil a by far! I was told to pull around the drive thru area to wait for my food, I waited for 20 minutes before I decided to call because my young daughter was crying in the back seat. During that call an employee approached & another car was driving the wrong way towards me, so the person on the other line was confused as to who I was talking to, I told her my name that was on the order! I proceeded to park in a spot where they could "find" me. I waited another 15 minutes before I finally got my food, when I was approached I didn't get an explanation as to what happened or an apology! I got home with my order & my daughters chicken nugget box was doused in some kind of dry sauce, her fry box was half empty & they didn't give us any sauce! I am LIVID at the way they treated this situation & didn't even have the decency to make sure the order was prepared correctly. Extremely disappointing!!! read more
