I've been a Le Petit fan since they were in Southwyck mall and the food is still AMAZING. Here's what you get: 1. Hands down the best sandwich is the chicken fajita griller. It's amazing, grilled chicken and veggies on a fresh baguette. Sour cream on the side. PERFECTION. 2. Chicken salad on a fresh baguette with lettuce and tomato. Also epic. 3. Any cold salad they have in the case, I like broccoli or potato personally. 4. Fresh cheesecake with cherries. Self explanatory. Delicious. read more

My first time here and very disappointed! Food tray is sticky gross, light fixtures are covered in dust, window sills dusty! Just feels unclean! And plastic silverware!!! Salad is nothing special...dressing in a packet! read more

We had an event we ordered a tray of sandwiches for. They were horrible. The bread was obviously old and stale. The sandwiches were dry as a bone. It was a complete disappointment. I also ordered a cookie tray and it was dreary and sad. On a scale of 1 out of 5 the cookies were at best a 2. Will never go back. read more

I've loved this place since I was a teenager and would stop at the mall with my grandma. I thought they closed with the mall so I was surprised and happy when I found them again several years ago. Love Le Petit! Ordered two twofers. Picked up a to go order, soup and salad for one, soup for one and sandwich and soup for our third. Lobster bisque was delicious as always. We had a function this week with almost 600 people. Jason and his crew put together great box lunches and even delivered to us when we had to change the venue from Toledo to Findlay. I've only been to the store once to pick up a fruit tray so I can't say how they are in terms of the food there. But they do cater. We usually get the fruit trays from them. They have a honeydew swan that is really pretty and the fruit is very sweet and delicious! It's not the cheapest fruit arrangement (~$35) but it makes for a beautiful centerpiece for a dinner party! read more

The bistro is located off the beaten path. Its is next to a plaza at the end of the street and not where you would expect it to be....but the restaurant is quaint and in its own building, not the plaza. The interior is nice and stylish and had a bistro feel. I had to wait a bit with only one person in front of me. They serve primarily sandwiches, soup, salads and sides. The sides did not have prices which is annoying but when I asked the person said it was by the pound but never stated how much. I did ask to have chips removed and instead have a side of pasta salad and they gladly did it. My advice to them is they should offer sides as well.....a side. Special sandwiches comes with chips and others nothing, so it would be a good compliment, even if you pay to add instead of including. It would nice to have lids for the coffee too! The food: The food quality was great. I had a New Yorker which is hot pastrami and corned beef with swiss and coleslaw. Its was so good. In summary, definitely worth a try. Its basically Panera with a smaller menu but local establishment and better food. read more

A tad hipster-ish, but whatever. Let's focus on the fact I just paid $12 for a dry ass sandwich made with stale bread! (Chips and pickle were included as sides). The bread tastes like it has been sitting out for a while. I only came here because it's convenient to where I'm located for work this week. After choking down this dry ass sandwich (I couldn't bear to throw it out after paying as much as I did for it) I was able to enjoy a bottled beverage to offset the Sahara desert that was the inside of my mouth. read more

This place is a hidden gem in the area. I have tried several sandwiches paired with my rubbish salad and they have always been delicious. They have fountain pop which is a positive for me. Many healthier choice eateries don't. This place can get pretty busy around lunch time so plan accordingly. read more

I went here with my mom today for lunch around 1 pm. There wasn't much of a wait to order or receive our food, so that part was good. I got the chicken fajita griller, and my mom got the chicken ceasar salad. Both of us were happy with our food, and we'd like to eat here again. It reminded me a lot of a Panera. Chips were included in the meal and a drink was extra. It's very spacious inside, but I heard it also gets pretty crowded. The location is a little odd as it's not in a place I'd expect to find a restaurant (an industrial area). There's a few outside tables in the back next to the gardens, but there wasn't any shade, so we opted for a comfy booth inside. read more

I have been to Le Petit Gourmet numerous times and have not had one bad meal. I have had several of the sandwiches (Reuben, BLT, New Yorker, etc.) but most of the time I get a soup and salad. Their Betty's and Rubbish salads are fantastic and if you happen to be there when they are serving gumbo, definitely order it. It is a locally owned family establishment and employs many young people that are not only very friendly, but go out of their way to make sure that you get your order as you like it. Friendly service, great food, and good value... not what else we could ask for while enjoying a meal. read more

Okay, I'm guessing that a lot of people have no idea that this place has been quietly existing over on a little dead-end road on the west side of Maumee. I work within sight of the place and never knew it was there. Apparently, Le Petit is a well-known catering business that's been around for 25 years, but I just recently discovered that they have a real deli-style restaurant as well. I was very surprised to walk in and find a beautiful dining area and all the trappings of a real restaurant. I was expecting a catering storefront that also did take out. The menu is basically deli sandwiches, grilled sandwiches, salads (greens, pasta, potato, fruit, etc.), soup, and bakery items. Think of this place like a local and more affordable Panera. The deli sandwiches are great. They slice off the meat at the time you order it and they have everything from pastrami and corned beef to salami and turkey. Likewise, the soups are awesome. I've had a few and they were all delicious. I haven't ordered a salad yet, but that is next on my list because they look really good. Also, don't miss the half-and-half combos for $5.99. You can mix 1/2 sandwiches with cups of soup or small salads, which is a good value for the amount of food you get. And finally to wash it all down with, they have fountain drinks AND specialty bottled drinks like Stewart's soda. I couldn't ask for more in a deli experience. For Toledo lifers, you may remember this was located many many years ago at Southwyck Mall. Was so happy to find they are still around. The food is authentic home made. They are so accommodating for catering as well as for dining in or take away. They have daily homemade soups, grilled and regular sandwiches, salads, and tons of sides and yummy desserts. My kids really like the ranch pasta salad. The family who owns this restaurant are the nicest most down-to-earth folks. And their food is absolutely fabulous. The restaurant has plenty of seating for lunch time meals. It is tucked away in a plaza at the end of a dead end street in Maumee. So glad they are nearby! Bon appetite! read more
