Had a terrible experience at this Wendy's. My food was salty and I did receive what I ordered. Instead of "making it right" I was called a liar and hurled with insults!! The general manager was rude and extremally disrespectful. She refused to replace the order and when asked for a refund she hesitated and hurled more insults!!! Very unprofessional!! read more

Absolutely awful. Ordered drive thru, one car ahead of me. They made both of us pull up and wait after paying and giving drinks. 10 minutes later got my food. I was missing a chicken sandwich (and receipt) so went in and they told me I only ordered one and was charged for one. Said fine and ordered another, waited 5 minutes and they told me it was just out of fryer so will be 5 more minutes. I am the only one in restaurant. I ask for refund because I had to be somewhere and they gave it back in cash, $.99 in nickels and pennies. Wife wanted a chicken sandwich from here. I placed the order VIA mobile app and headed to the drive through. It took sooooo long for them to even acknowledge I was at the window I tried to cancel the order on my app and it wouldn't let me. Finally the kid working the window comes up and says ya we do T have chili so here is your refund and change for that. Shits the window comes back two minutes later with the rest of the food. I drive home hand my wife the bag and the gave her a burger instead of the chicken sandwich I ordered for her. No way was I driving back there. My wife doesn't eat red meat at all. So, I had to deal with her as well because I didn't check the bag. I was so irritated that o didn't even bother and just drive off. Yes I should have looked. I ordered a Jr. Hamburger, Senior diet coke WITH-OUT ice, and I had a key-fob for a free Frosty to be picked up at the drive-thru. I got a Jr Hamburger WITH-OUT condiments, a Senior Diet Coke WITH ice, a Jr. Frosty and a FORK to eat with. Three for Three! A perfect screw-up. The staff seems pleasant but really needs a Trained Manager who is capable of training and supervising people. The owner of this location needs to spend time at this store and build it up to full potential or watch his investment go down the drain. What a shame, Wendy's is a great brand. read more

Horrible service. Interrupting me, barking orders through the headset and slamming the service window in my face. Horrible food. With no one in line I was service two COLD protein, egg and cheese biscuits. One bacon, one sausage. I will never eat here again and I will try to save everyone I can from the atrocious atrocity that is the Wendy's. It's a shame. Went to Wendy's on august 2. Out of frosty, out of iced tea and got the worst hamburger I've ever had. The meat patty was so small and thin, my guess is a lot less than 1/8 of a pound. Very small and Paper thin and overcooked . On a small cheap bun. Will never go there again. read more

We visited Toledo zoo last night. We stopped at Wendy's. We had children with us 8:30 pm. Came In got off our coats and waited to order 15 min. No one can.e to take our order. When the attendees t came out she I formed us the dining was closed in 10 min. We could only get to go orders. This has to be the worst Wendy's. I am sending a letter to corporate. The Wendy's in Maumee on Dussel Drive has been horrible for years but we were at sports all night and needed to grab a fast dinner. I get up to order and ordered a meal that has bacon on the burger. I'm then told by another voice they don't have bacon, it will take 5 minutes. I said that's fine, I don't mind waiting. I pay, he gives me my drinks and then asks me to pull forward and they will bring out the food when it's ready. I kid you not, 20 minutes goes by and at least 15 cars go through, get their order, and leave. I try to go in and the doors are locked. I call and tell them I want my money back! They start laughing into the phone and say, we were just going to start making your sandwiches. I can hear others laughing in the background. I drive around the building and have to wait to get up to the window. When I pull up, some new kid sticks cash out the window. I asked him if he was the manager and he said yes. I asked why they served so many people before even beginning our order? He said none of them had bacon and laughed. I said who cares, we placed our order and you proceeded to serve everyone after us before even starting ours!! He then started yelling at me and called me a child and threw the money in my face. Another woman then came to the window to try to help and did apologize for his behavior, but no one would give me the supposed managers name. Good thing for me, my daughter recorded the whole thing! I wish I could load pics or video on here so everyone can see Mr. Manager at Wendy's in Maumee on Dussel Drive who thinks customers are a joke and will scream and call you names instead of just taking the order and then handing the order to the customer. It is all teenagers in there and everything is a joke to them. I should not have even gone there, it is such a horrible restaurant anymore! Is this a drive in location or something? I ordered a jr cheeseburger and nuggets and they ask me to go park. I'm parked next to about 3 other patrons, and the drive through line is completely empty. We're approaching 10 minutes now, and I still don't have my burger and nuggets. I've never been to a Wendy's this slow, incompetent and ill prepared to handle customers. The hamburger was cold and not very tasty. I should have returned the burger but I was in a hurry to get to work. We went to this location Sunday afternoon 11/25 our cashier was very stressed didn't appear she liked her job. Very order was wrong people where coming back with wrong orders. Wrong change. We ordered chicken tenders which they said we will bring them out. My husband and I where done with our meal and she still didn't get her chicken. I ordered a $1.29 chicken sandwich. I got charged $4.79 spicy chicken sandwich. Worsted Wendy's I've ever been to. The bathrooms where dirty and was broken. Don't ever go to this location. This is not up to Wendy standards. read more

Cashier had a big smile on her face when we ordered. There a mix up in the drinks so she fixes it free of charge. After a few minutes she came out with an extra sandwich because they made one too many. My only complaint is the trashcan. It was overflowing and we had to put our trash on the table next to the trashcan. Other than that it was great! read more
