We waited for 35 minutes in an empty line for cold food then we were refused a refund. We tried to be calm during the situation but the employees tripped out for no reason. If I could rate it 0 stars, I would. Gave it one more chance and it was the same employees who tripped out on us without reason this time, and food was cold again. And I try to be reasonable to fast food employees because they're people too with bills to pay. If I had the choice between living with my d¡ck in an anthill or ordering at this Mcdonalds again, I would be slathering on the honey before you even finished your sentence. This chain as taken a dump. First they raise the hell out of the prices with absolutely validate reason, no increase in quality or service, quite the contrary, a drop in both. If that's not enough, the price increase and drop in service & quality, the profits surely must be at the least level, though I suspect increasing, why would they need to overbill me the amount equal to the tax, but not show it on the receipt? Where could that amount possibly have gone? Well lets hypothesize, 10 billion (estimated) in sales in the US alone, using the US sales tax average of 6%, that comes to 600 million unearned dollars. That's not to say that this is a deliberate practice, simply a hypothesis. Let's continue assuming its simply an error and only occurs 10% of the time, that's 60 million, hum? I'm sure this hypothesis has false results, however it still doesn't explain why I get billed for tax that I shouldn't be paying, nor why when I question the manager about it and he never bothers to call back and explain. if I could give 0 stars I would, the past few times I have came to this McDonalds the service has sucked. In the future I will not be back. The employees are rude, then when you get up to the window you can hear them in there yelling and playing around, even the manger. Then the food is either burnt & over salted. It's just not good. I was on my way to the golf course and knew I should eat before I get there. So I use the mobile app to get my order. That part went ok. Out of two lines and a lobby. Only one line was open and one lane was open. It took 30 min to get up to the speaker to give them my order number. Then it took another 10 to get my food. I get to the window and the young lady working the window just handed it to me. Didn't say a word! No thank you have, have a nice day or anything!! Ok great, right? Nope! Get in the highway to head to the club and I pull out my Sausage McMuffin and it's like warm at best and there is no cheese on it. Pull out one of my hash browns and it's really good and hot enough to eat. Get the second Hash Brown out and it cold. I get they might be short staffed, I truly understand that, but come on man! You had one job. This confirms one of many reasons why I don't do fast food. The ONLY place I find acceptable is Chick-fil-A. Now those people know how to run a business. This location has a lot of work to do. 3 employees stocking the cups and cooler next to the ice cream machine. No one greeted me but finally one employee turned and came to the register, still no greeting. Ordered a small McFlurry and small shake. Paid, got receipt, then he took the order of the person behind me. Then walked to the back, and no one made my order! Finally someone asked about it and another employee questioned why he just walked away. Who knows. Garbage outside was overflowing, parking lot full of garbage, interior seemed dirty and the entire time we were there alarms were going off while at least 3 employees just stood talking. All I can say is wow... and not in a good way. I guess employee appearance is NOT a priority. Unshaven, unkept uniforms and major, untamed facial hair are not what I want to see when I order at a restaurant. I recently went to my McDonalds and was disgusted by the employee working there. I ordered a 3 cookies for 1 dollars and did not receive them. When I went to question them about my cookies they stated had none and did not give me a refund. There seats were coated with bread crumbs and a rat brushed past my leg.
