They even put what appears to be less than a scoop of rice in it and it was laid all to one side of the bowl. the amount of black bean juice dumped in the bowl was also gross. Would give a rating of none if Yelp had it. This place has reached the "Trash Level". First & second visits following their opening sometime ago, were very satisfying, the food was well prepared, had great flavor, on time and as ordered. From then on a downward spiral into the realm of Trash Restaurants. Next few visits, not only did they get the orders wrong, on one occasion they couldn't even find the order. Figured O well, they'll get back on track, not to be, the last two trips the orders are nearly indescribable; nearly half portion, food cold, rice undercooked, nacho's stale one time, cold, soft and chewy - no crunch whatsoever the next, my air fryer struggled to bring them back to life. And no, it was not from setting there waiting for us to pick up, placed the order from their parking lot, picked up 10 minutes later per "their" instructions. No pride, no quality control, no management oversight to ensure some sort of quality level above garbage. Great experience today at Chipotle. Food & customer service were both good. Store was clean and orderly.

i frequent Chipotle and this is the nearest one to me. Recently, they decided to change their phone system apparently, so i did try and speak to a person to express my frustration and try to figure something out, but apparently they would rather waste my already made food. I ordered via their website for delivery and they cancelled it because the dasher cancelled. In what world is that what we do? Why could you not have another dasher deliver? The icing on the cake was that the text notification said my food was picked up but when it didn't arrive I checked my email only to find it had been cancelled 20 minute prior at the time I was notified it was picked up. This is probably one of my worst customer service experiences and I am extremely disappointed. read more

Usually, Chipotle is excellent - food, customer service, cleanliness. This one is extremely disappointing. The counter area was dirty, staff was goofing off and cutting corners on the burrito and steak bowl. The tomatoes and cucumbers were stale, the staff didn't know how to wrap the burrito, and the steak was cut into large chunks and tough. read more

I wrote a Chipotle review the other day and ended up taking it down. I feel like I was trying to play into my sense of humor while also voicing that I was a bit miffed with Chipotle, but I feel like it really just came off rude, condescending, and disrespectful. So let's start over. I love Chipotle. It literally always sounds good, I always crave it, and I could probably eat it everyday. It's because of this love for Chipotle that when I'm so excited to get my bowl and come home and eat, it's soooooo upsetting when I realize it's the wrong one. I will take accountability in the fact that, like many people probably do, I sometimes make my bowls named silly/funny names. I try to not be vulgar, but still a silly goose. Either way, when you're ordering food and it's dinner time, it's so busy for the workers that I can imagine how easy it is to slip up and give someone the wrong food. This has unfortunately happened to me multiple times and I think that's why I was so frustrated. It also is frustrating because, as I said in my previous review, the workers don't apologize. I know it seems like a small thing, but at the very very least I'd like for someone to be like "oh I'm so sorry, we will make it right now for you". Again, I'm not demanding free stuff because that's just unfair, but it's frustrating!! All this to say, Chipotle I still love you, I didn't mean to say your red hot salsa was inedible in the sense that it was gross, it's just too hot for me.... I ordered online and while yes the order came out on time which is great I got extra rice, beans, and lettuce and yet when I received m bowl it was maybe half way filled with barely any rice or lettuce. Anyone who knows me knows I am a burrito connoisseur and that Chipotle is my one true love in life. Out of all the chipotle's I have ever been to, this is by far the best one. Everything is seasoned to perfection, actually tastes like good food, and the staff doesn't act like they hate their life- as many workers usually act at other Chipotle locations. Service is quick, friendly, and staff actually jokes around with you. The food is goddamn delicious and the burritos submerge me into a carb coma of dreams and wonder. 10/10 read more

Service at this location is always hit or miss. There have been times I've been lectured to by their staff for not ordering our families kids meal first, seriously scolded. Then there have been times I've never had an issue. For the most part you can get in and out quickly, but tonight the line was almost out the door, all the tables were dirty as well. I would have to say that I've never had any issues with the food. It pretty much always seem fresh. For the most part the restaurant is always pretty clean as well. Pros: The food is filling for a very decent price. If you go there hungry, you will come out bloated and satisfied (that is if being bloated equals satisfaction in your opinion) Cons: Tastes like cardboard. I love Hot head...so I am bias but the food was good...not as many selections as hot head....but my burrito was yummy. place was very crowded...but clean and the service was pleasant and fast. They did not have the pico (tomatoes) a bit bummed at that...and for a scoop of guacamole it would cost $2.00...which is a bit much (hot head only charges $1.00). This was for a visit I did on July 8th. We have been to Chipotle's many times, but this was our first time at this location. The food was pretty good, but there were multiple things with the service that made the experience lousy. One thing that made the experience a pain was the way that the customers were basically "herded" to the register where they were to pay for their order and get their food there. In my opinion, a model of a fast-food restaurant is built around speed, not quality. Getting people to shuffle down (think Subway) and meet their food at the register works in some cases. When food is sufficiently complex or requires made-to-order cooking, you get people who are already paid-up and are now waiting at the register for their food. This model is not proper for the way you have the customer line flow and with food preparation. I'm sure Chipotle wants to prepare food promptly, but it doesn't deserve to be down to the level of Burger King or Subway and I'm sure many customers think better of the Chipotle chain. Thus, while the solution may seem to just have the food prepared faster, the quality solution would be to DELIVER their food to the table. Yes, deliver; give them a "number", and bring their food to their table. Costs extra money/time to do this? Maybe so, but tough! Suck it up because this current model shows a lack of sense in handling the people. There is only one person manning the register, I don't know what all those other people behind the counter are doing, the line of customers is now becoming a crowd at the kiosk, I basically have to "cut" or interrupt other people in the crowd in order to field questions (Uhm, can I get a cup for water? Oh, can I get these monster quesadillas cut into thirds or quarters or something?). Another issue was the men's bathroom, the soap dispenser was broken and I was wondering how many male employees came and went without washing their hands. I was able to fix it just so I could wash my own hands, thankfully it functioned after that. The next issue was the horrible response in just getting a simple request handled with our food preparation. Two persons in our party asked for a quesadilla. This is the first place that served quesadillas without cutting them up. After muscling my way through the crowd (see above), I asked, "Can you please cut these into slices?" We were told to instead use the plastic-ware, which were not adequately sharp/rigid enough to cut it. They might have as well been made of rubber. By not cutting it, you guys seemed like a bunch of slackers. By telling us to go cut it with the flimsy, good-for-nothing plastic-ware, you basically demonstrated that you don't have any real understanding of customer service, just only caring about getting our money and sending us away. Nevermind what issues or assistance we might need afterward. I then asked to get a real knife that I can use to cut it, only to be told that safety/insurance reasons prevented you from handing out real knives to customers. Really?? You're throwing out the 'insurance-card'?? Asking back, "Well if you can't give me a real knife, then can YOU cut it using your real knives?" The response, "Sir, there are knives (pointing to the island that held the plastic-ware) that can cut it." Me, "Those small, flimsy things? How hard is it to just cut this before you even brought it out to the customer?"... No response. What the 'F' is wrong here?... Was my request so outrageous that you felt it was so out-of-bounds that you're not going to deal with that? Fine... just give me my quesadillas, junky plasticware,... as soon as I'm done eating, get me the hell out of here. And after I've left, you can make some lemonade to sell from that sour attitude I was sporting. I also hope that I don't get food poisoning from any potentially unwashed hands. read more

Every time my fiancé and I go to Toledo/ Holland, we go to Chipotle for several reasons. One, The staff ALWAYS make me laugh. Their energy is actually really surprising! Two, the food isn't that expensive and their burritos are HUGE lol Dino eggs for sure. And third, I live in a small town and we don't have Chipotle so the first time I tried Chipotle was at this place and it was phenomenal. I'm officially as basic as it gets. Used to be good. They now have new employees that give small portions. Today I was in there for lunch around noon and I witnessed the employee that was working at the cash register pretend to be cleaning the dining area but in reality picked up money from the floor that a customer had obviously dropped, looked around to see if anyone saw her, and then immediately proceeded to the back area of the restaurant and then came back up front to the register. I go to this Chipotle often so I'm aware of who the managers are and they were both up front working. So clearly she did not tell them of the money she "found." Disappointing experience. read more

Can't believe some of the horror stories Iv heard. I don't believe a single one. Everyone is so quick to bad mouth chipotle, like E-coli in the spinach is their fault they play buy the stuff they don't make it. And that's been fixed now. I have NEVER had a bad meal at ANY location. The only problem I have is the atomic ache I get from being so full from the amazing food that I eat way too much of. Also I don't think any review can be complete without talking about "THE CHIPS" 100% BEST CHIPS EVER! Period. Lime and sea-salt splashed across every chip and extra crunchy. I placed an order online, I arrived about 15 minutes late but they still didn't have my order ready. I waited another 15 minutes for them to make my order. When I got home, my food was COLD! I have never had this issue with this location before, its like the food wasn't even warm to begin with. I also discovered that the steak in my salad and burrito bowl was attached by one huge piece of fat, in each item. They weren't very busy when I arrived, so I have no idea why my order wasn't ready and why it was so cold and the steak didn't have the fat trimmed off. read more

Ordered lunch on-line today for me and 2 other co-workers. Got there and they couldn't even find my order slip while sifting through a mess of slips. Wound up realizing they never printed it out so had to wait for order to get made. Got back to office and bit into my burrito and spit it out. Burrito is clearly not what I ordered and it went in the trash (tons of sour cream that I hate, pinto beans instead of black,etc).
