I pray my status of Yelp Elite displays a sense of credibility and value as you choose where to spend your hard earned money on a meal. Do not trust a single one of these good reviews!! My friend chose this place for a work lunch and I complied, despite my reservations after scouring Yelp. We entered around 2pm, and it was dead. We should've taken that as our first sign... We approached the order counter and were greeted by the NICEST and most helpful employee! He was a young man, brown hair, very tall, probably 18-25. Wish we got his name so we could applaud his service more appropriately. He informed me the paper menus were not as up-to-date as their electronic one overhead, and volunteered help with any questions we would have. He was very knowledgeable about the menu! So we ordered and it came to $35 for two young petite women. We did not go overboard, as to watch our figure. Well, my friend did not enjoy her breakfast tacos. She put some habanero salsa on one of them and it was so spicy that she almost vomited. My birria tacos were a little charred on the outside but I appreciate how the meal was made-to-order. The meat and cheese were cooked PERFECTLY and so tender, and the cheese pulls were lovely. However, they were so bland. I'm not sure what I was even eating, what animal it was, but it had absolutely no flavor. The chips and salsa we got to share, AGAIN, flavorless. I'm so confused with how this place retains customers. I'm from Arizona and used to very exceptional Mexican food, and they definitely had potential, but it's like there isn't a single seasoning in the entire building. My friend mentioned how the green salsa tasted like "dishwater" and my consomé for the birria was THICK? Like a tomato paste? And it had a steel, chemically flavor. I couldn't eat any of it. I was so incredibly disappointed. I didn't even have the appetite for my last taco. My friend is not picky at ALL, so I felt very validated when even SHE expressed her disgust in it. Overall, the workers and service are stellar. The gentleman was amazing and prepared our food perfect, but the restaurant overall lacked major flavor. Wouldn't return here if it was the last place on earth.

I love Rusty Taco! I first ate at a location when I was out west, and fell in love immediately. I don't know how long they've been around, but I think their a newer chain of fast casual taco places. So, it's a mandatory stop when I'm near one to stop in and eat. The menu's pretty decent and they have a great selection of items to choose from. I've tried a variety of different tacos while here, and today I went with the brisket tacos and queso dip. The gal working the counter was super efficient and helpful with putting my order together quickly and accurately. With my two tacos, queso dip and a fountain drink, the bill came to about $14 or so. Not cheap, but well worth it since the food here is actually pretty decent. If you're in the area and want good eats, stop in here. They literally have something for everyone. I also know that they have breakfast burritos that they serve all day, but I haven't tried them yet. Just another reason to come back and visit them again!

We had been made aware of this new chain recently. This was our first time to try it and we were generally favorably impressed. The location just off I-475 at the Dussel Rd. exit was convenient. It was off the main road in a well-kept strip plaza, but was not hard to spot. The facility was nice as they appeared to be going for a rustic cantina feel. It was a walk-up-and-order format and there was also a bar offering cervezas, margaritas, etc. The service was decent though it did take a little longer than I would have expected for our tacos to come up as it was not that busy. It was not too far out of line, however. This place met our needs at the time perfectly as I was moderately hungry while my wife was only slightly hungry. In that respect, this place scales well. We started with an order of chips and salsa to share. My wife had a BBQ Beef Brisket taco while I had a Steak, Egg and Cheese Taco and a Black Bean, Egg and Cheese Taco. We both had positive things to say about our fare and the portions were perfect. The prices were quite fair. With water to drink, tax and a small tip, our final bill was $14. At $7 per person, I was very happy with this value. This experience was more than good enough for us to give it another try.

Decent beer selection and margs. Can't go wrong!!!

I swore off chains during the pandemic in an effort to shop and eat small, but I broke my rule for Rusty Taco. It couldn't have been better! The margaritas are good- not winning any awards but better than expected. They have a great beer selection on tap. I don't think I've ever seen Modelo on tap in Ohio. The tacos are made to order, think subway for tacos with a grill. We had 5 tacos between the two of us and they were all great. The brisket was probably my favorite. The food is fast and affordable and they seem to be taking covid seriously.

Fun for lunch & cool for dinner.

The service was fast, the location was great, and the food looks delicious! They have vegetarian options and fish tacos in addition to traditional tacos. They have a lot of taco choices. The atmosphere is nice, sitting outside soaking up the sun.

I ordered the dish tacos and chips and guacamole had it delivered and I'll say it was worth it. Tacos was delicious but could be a little bit bigger. Chips and guacamole was great to.

So they never seem to have a dedicated bartender so whoever comes back there helps you. We don't eat there anymore so we are low maintenance. Why do I hate this place? We had visits where we had 1 drinks a piece and someone got a cheap $3 small individual wine to go Each of us left $5 tip and extra $3 for the wine. The ones fell off the bar apparently and the server came chasing us in the parking lot like we stole something. You just got $10 tip for 2 drinks... This past visit there were 3 of us and we had a total of 5 drinks and some queso. The server/bartender added $14 tip on her own. Now mind you I said these are $15 drinks. Unfortunately I didn't catch it til I got home so I added additional gratuity. I let it go but wth? Since when do you auto add gratuity for 3 folks? Came with a group from work, more issues. Oh well we didn't add that last drink on your ticket. Why not? Ehh not worth the trouble. If you go, check your receipt.

At first glance, I wasn't sure if it was a takeout place or a restaurant, but I could see it was a dine-in restaurant upon entering. The ambiance is rather dark but with a pleasant atmosphere with colorful decor. I was surprised that there weren't more people there at prime lunch time. I was promptly seated and served with tortilla chips and salsa while I reviewed the menu. The chips were thicker than I prefer and the salsa was rather thin/watery for my taste. The flavor of the salsa, however, was good. I ordered the lunch "Special Burrito" with shredded chicken and guacamole salad. It was promptly served. I would have preferred an entree with beans and rice but my server informed me that the beans were fried in lard; I'm not a fan of lard and there were no other bean options. The chicken burrito was decent and the guacamole was fresh. The fresh guacamole was the best part. I added some of the watery salsa to give the dish more flavor, but it mixed with the watery bland creamy red sauce that was already part of the burrito. It wasn't bad aside from the watery texture but definitely nothing I would crave. It was a fairly quick lunch that cost approximately $7.50 (only water as a beverage) before tip. I might stop in again if in the area, but might also keep driving. I've posted a picture of my lunch below.

When food arrived it was either, burnt, overcooked, or looked a plate of slop. Server did not check back at all. Left my entire plate, ate none of it, server didn't even ask if anything was wrong. Table we were at was wiped clean except for middle of table which was greasy and dirty. Our regular server Sandra was not working due to an injury to her arm. Sad part is we go almost every week, and this is the third time Sandra wasn't working. Based on that I know who takes pride in her job and the restaurant. My family and friends won't be back. Spent $49.92 for 2 Dr Peppers. Ended up going to Taco Bell, and the even sadder part, it actually tasted better.
