Gross, found a bug in my food. The manager offered to make me something different, without lettuce, because "the lettuce wasn't washed and that's why there was a bug in it". And that was supposed to make me feel better?

Came in here tonight for dinner. First time ever in a Chipotle. I love Hot head...so I am bias but the food was good...not as many selections as hot head....but my burrito was yummy. place was very crowded...but clean and the service was pleasant and fast. They did not have the pico (tomatoes) a bit bummed at that...and for a scoop of guacamole it would cost $2.00...which is a bit much (hot head only charges $1.00). All together for two meals...a burrito and a bowl with one soda/pop cost me $15.00...

Great food! The burritos are huge and made from very fresh ingredients.

Charles, the general manager, provided great customer service when I was there with my family today. He went above and beyond.

They get cold fast but at first few bites...top of the line. Make them thicker and I'm yours for life! We both got a Reeces chocolate and peanut butter shake. It's good, not great, but the two hour "half price for shakes" makes it worth it. Now the disappointment...the burgers. Literally thinner than the tomato. Very dried out. Good thing I added stone ground mustard and mayo, otherwise it would have been awful. I just know this could be improved on. Customer service was pretty good. Come on S&S, you can do it! 3/4 isn't bad but you gotta beef up your burger! (Beef up...see what I did there? :)

One of the managers came out and apologized and gave us free shake coupons for everyone at the table. That was nice until we went to use them and the same manager told us we could not use them on the same day (we are from out of town) so the apology and coupons were worthless. But I guess it's ok for our family to listen to the yelling and swearing during dinner...very tasteless and no class. This is not a family friendly place.

Was it worth $11.29 for a small smoked turkey breast sandwich and mac & cheese meal? Honestly…read more.. no. I originally stopped in thinking this might be more of a coffee shop so I could grab a snack and coffee while pumping gas--kill two birds with one stone. From the outside--and even inside--it's aesthetically appealing and looks like a great spot. But the experience didn't quite match that first impression. The food itself didn't hit the mark in the taste factor--nothing terrible, just not memorable or worth the price in my opinion. That said, I'm open to trying other menu items because maybe I just didn't order the right thing. Customer service was pretty average--nothing to complain about, but nothing that stood out either. Overall, it didn't hit the mark this time, but I'd consider giving it another shot.

Been here recently/last year three times, which has a refreshed look compared to the past. They have a variety of options with hot deli style sandwiches as a base, but have soups/salads as well as calzones, pizza, and flatbreads. If you have a sweet tooth, Cinnabon products are available as well as cookies and brownies. Breakfast is also available with breakfast sandwiches, burritos and tacos. The food quality is pretty good and a nice option to standards like McDonald's and Arbys etc. Cost seems higher for what it is, but to be fair in the past year (2025-2026) prices seem to be soaring due to tariffs and other economic issues. Food quality is not bad, but not a stand out either. Soups seem to be one of the better options. Service seems so so for friendliness as well as speed. The environment is OK, again not a standout. New look but has an "Empty Sterile" nervous vibe. Overall, OK especially if you need a break from the standard fast food chains noting the prices for McDonald's and others has skyrocketed and service and over all experience has been on the decline, putting Schlotzskys well positioned for fast food. Managing my bias here as I almost never eat fast food unless there is a need such as short on time or thats all thats available. Go ahead, worth a try if you are in the market for fast food and tired of the typical places.

Not too many people eating inside, and there were a few more DoorDash orders that came in while I was waiting for my order. I try not to do burgers too much these days because my doc told me to stay away for health reasons. But when I do crave some burgers, I'd much rather go to FG than any other fast food joints. One BIG reason being none of the fast food places can get the whole "protein style" right. It might be the unfamiliarity of the term itself, and sometimes it's just the simple fact that some fast food places opt for shredded lettuce and don't use lettuce leaves. But FG had lettuce leaves! When I asked them about it at the counter, they were more than happy to make it no-bun/wrapped in lettuce burger! Now, I can see the concerns other Yelpers have about staff laziness/competency. Like I said above, my visit was very tame in that there were maybe 2 orders before me and I didn't have to wait too long for mine to come out. But if I'm being objective, it could have come out a lot sooner than it did, and I can definitely see them being backed up had they had more orders than just a few. I generally like to base my reviews on quality/taste of the food only, unless the said places are 4-star restaurants that warrant the inclusion of their 4-star staff services. If it's a fast food place and their staff quality is sub-par, it's fine as long as they don't make my burger soggy right off the grill. To that point, FG has never disappointed me with their burger quality.
